I LOVE dark eyeliner, and for those who do also, this is the perfect product! It gives an intense, black, liquid look while having the ease of a pencil! This is very creamy, which is perfect for lining your waterline, but can be precise on your Alsolash line. This is my favorite pencil to do winged out eyeliner too. Also, if you are going for a smudged look, this would be perfect. Plus, this stuff has GREAT staying power! It will also stay on the waterline FOREVER! I have noticed that you have to put on a little more product than I would have liked for the waterline. But once it's on, it's on! I also have noticed that it's a hard pencil to sharpen. So, if you are looking for a dark, intense eyeliner that will look like liquid, or stay on the waterline, this is for you!

I have always been a liquid liner girl... Pencil liners never had the same staying power for me. Thanks to allergies and oily skin, I always end up looking like a panda bear with black stuff all over my face within an hour or 2. Then while searching through liquid liner reviews, I stumbled upon reviews for this liner. Went to Walmart and was so sad to see they were sold out.. Then I found a set in the mascara section, a package with the Collagen Volume Mascara & Liquid Pencil Liner, both for only $10! Havent tried the mascara, as i still have CG Lashblast... but the eyeliner is absolutely amazing!!!!!! I could not believe the smudge test. it really just STAYS ON! It even stays on after working out at the gym. This is just as good if not better than liquid/gel liners.. felt tip liquid liners are always great when brand new, but after using them a while they get all frayed which makes application difficult. This liner looks just as intense as liquid liner does, very dark pigmented, and when it dulls just sharpen up and its good as new! I have definitely found my new HG eyeliner! continued >>
This is by far the best eyeliner I have ever used. It goes on so smooth and easy, and stays put for the whole day! I don't have to constantly reapply or wipe off dark smudges from under my eyes. This is a new staple of my makeup collection. I'm so glad I found it!
This is my HG eyeliner!! I use it mainly on my waterline and I love how it goes on so creamy and smooth. I don't have to tug on my eye when applying this and it also lasts a good amount of time. It is a great price and the packaging is great all I have to do is sharpen it like any other pencil eyeliner and it gives me a fine tip. I have searched everywhere for the perfect eyeliner and I don't think I can use another eyeliner for my waterline<3 continued >>
I tend to stay away from black eyeliners -- I think black is too harsh a color for my skin tone. However, I do always keep one around just in case I need it, but I never want to spend a lot of money on something I use so rarely. This eyeliner applies just as smoothly and creamily as its higher-end counterparts (namely MAC and Urban Decay), and is an intense, deep, dark black. I am knocking it down to 4 lippies just because it uses up so quickly -- I have to sharpen it every time I want to use it again. Plus it does smudge a tad at the end of the day. However, a very good basic black liner that applies with the ease of a pencil, but the look of a liquid. I simply won't repurchase because I don't use black eyeliners often enough.

This is by far the best black eye liner that I have owned! I've tried them all, Nars, UD, MUFE, Mac and the Revlon Colorstay and this one out performs them ALL. It doesn't smudge on my eye lid during the day and it stays just as intense as when I apply it. There is a tiny bit of smudging throughout the day on lower line at the outer corner, but that's with every liner and its pretty much a non-issue if you use primer underneath. I will defo buy again! Bargain :)
Unbelievable. I thought I found my HG product in the 24/7 liners by Urban Decay. On the suggestion of a YouTube makeup guru, I decided to give these pencils a try.
OK, first test - swatched the UD liner and the L'Oreal liner on my hand. Pigmentation was comparable. Tried to wipe them off with a tissue. The UD one came off immediately. The L'Oreal one did not even smudge. I had to use make-up remover to get it off my hand.
Tried it the past couple of days and again, it held true to the color and did not budge on my lid. Wow.
I had been resigned to paying $17 for the UD liners, but now I've found a GREAT product for about $9. Still love my UD liners and will finish off what I have, but I'll be restocking with L'Oreal Liquid Pencils instead.
I bought this on a whim one day in the shade "Emerald" which is a beautiful emerald green with slight gold shimmer. I didn't really try it or anything in the store - just bought it for the colour. The colour is gorgeous on brown eyes so if you're a brown eyed babe definitely give it a try.
I tried this today and it is AMAZING. It is literally a dream product - very smooth and creamy, pigmented and DOES NOT BUDGE. I have tried at least 40 different eyeliners and nothing has been as good as this in terms of staying power. I am so impressed and I wish I picked up a few more while I could. I have very oily lids and I stay in a pretty humid environment. I wore this out the entire day and it stayed put and the colour did NOT fade. It was easy to remove despite the staying power.
This is supposed to be a liquid liner pencil and I think it works PERFECTLY as that. I personally don't like liquid liner as much so this is a great alternative. Really easy to apply and you can sharpen it with any pencil eyeliner sharpener.
I'm incredibly impressed with this liner and if I could I'd buy it in ALL the colours they have lol. This is a must try.
Better than the "Holy Grail" liner pencil Zero by Urban Decay that everyone goes gaga for. I did a "10 swipe test" (where I basically go over one line on my hand 10 times) between this pencil, Urban Decay's 24/7, and L'Oreal HIP Creamliner and although the Creamliner came first- the Extra Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner was a very, very close second. Thank god the 24/7 pencil came with my Naked Palette- because I would never shell out cash for it otherwise.
This pencil is EXTREMELY blendable, stays put, and has as amazing color pay-off as a pencil can have. I have extremely oily lids and it's a wonder how this thing is still 75% of what it was in the morning. My only qualm is that this does smudge into my crease (you ladies with small eyes know what I'm talking about). When I open my eyes, the liner moves... but I suppose that's my own personal beef as this happens with every liner I have ever tried. I should probably use a primer or sealer of some sort.
