We somehow ended up with a giant bottle of this from my husband's last trip from parents house. I checked the reviews out and decided to try it. it does a great job at throughly cleansing, especially if you have alot of buildup in your hair. I used it to remove all the 'cones before I started the condition only washings (I use their Kiwi & LIme conditioner to wash with )

but for those who use shampoo, this one is an awesome clarifier for $1

it is drying, but most of them are anyways. I didnt care for the scent, but since im not using it on a regular basis the one time wasnt that bad. It is a very clean scent, I just prefer yum fruity smells that stay with me all day :)

This is my HG staple when I am in the mood for clean, fresh hair and nothing more. It does not really moisturize or volumize hair like other shampoos. It simply gives you a gentle but effective clean and leaves your hair smelling like shampoo, and nothing fruity or floral. I always try to keep a bottle in the shower for guests or my husband or I. It is a shampoo for any age or gender.Leaves hair shiny and soft and is under a dollar. No complaints here.

I was using this up until I started coloring my hair. It was a GREAT, cheap shampoo that cleans well. I like the scent, the lather, how simple and inexpensive this is. When I started coloring my hair however...I found this too stripping and it faded my color too quickly. My hair even started to feel a bit dry. If I didnt have to color my hair, I'd continue using this. Im not a fan of sulfates, but for whatever reason, this shampoo never seemed to irritate me. I miss it :(

Love It! It is the absolute best, especially for clarifying all of the product out of my hair. Yes, it doesn't detangle, but nothing a good conditioner won't fix. It doesn't strip out the color, either. Under a buck, can't beat that.

I bought this shampoo because of all the great reviews...boy did they turn out to be wrong. It smells really nice, lathers up pretty nice, but my hair ended up in complete knots! I had to use my deep conditioner (usually once-weekly) to get all of the kinks and knots out. When I went to blow-dry, my hair kept knotting up, which it never does. Needless to say, I will not suffer through the pain of using this cheap shampoo ever again.

I bought this because it was the cheapest shampoo with interesting packaging. I actually bought it for my son but decided I would try it & was surprisingly impressed! I will buy this again & again! My H.G & Staple is Head and Shoulders but I admit, I Love the scent of this Shampoo :) and I do like the way it cleans. For a cheap price, its Good quality but I dont use it everyday thats my Head and Shoulders job but I dont mind using this as a nice Treat for my Hair too :) continued >>

I was looking for a cheap shampoo that wouldn't dry or damage my hair...so I came across the reviews for this and decided to give it a try. Wowsa! I love it, it is really a gentle shampoo that cleans my hair without stripping. I believe this shampoo contains sulfates, but is silicone free. It seems to make my hair softer, and does an excellent job of cleaning my scalp that gets easily gunky. I love it, and even better, it was only 66 cents at Walmart! Bargain!!! I think it was on sale, not sure, i think it is normally 96 cents (still a bargain though!). Will continue buying this again and again! Haven't tried the matching conditioner yet, but plan to in the future.

My favorite shampoo out there! Yes, I have many, and like to change around from time to time, but I just keep coming back to V05 Balsm and Protein / or Shampoo for Normal hair ( The golden brown one) I really am pleased with this product for a number of reasons. The smell is great. I really makes me feel clean. It's not a fruity, flowery smell, but just an all around nice CLEAN smell that really lathers up nice! The results are fantastic. I have thick, course, curly hair and this puts in the extra moisture my hair sometimes needs. My hair stays shiny I think because of this. Yes, I also use the matching conditioner and together this makes my hair look better then other products I have tried. This is a classic of mine, and I will keep purchasing it. It's so cheap. You can find large bottles of this for only 1.00! One dollar for the best shampoo on the market. How can you beat this deal? Try it!! :)

though I sometimes stray I always come back to this. I have thick, wavy hair that is colour treated and I often blow-dry it. Before I started using this I had oily scalp and dry ends, even with only washing my hair every other day. But this keeps my scalp from being an oil slick without drying out the rest of my hair. I love the smell too; honestly I wish I could find more products with this scent because I like it so much.
