Just a nice shiny clear nail polish. Dried quickly and it has cute packaging.

I needed a basecoat to protect my nails from breaking and staining from dark and bright polish or to to use alone again for breakage problems. It dries quickly, keeps the nails from breaking but the smell is so strong and bad it wont go away unless i use polish over it but i still use it plain to keep them protected which it does so thats a small price to pay for 99 cents. I first bought Sinful basecoat which wasnt clear, took forevever to dry, 4 times more expensive, no shine used alone and when i did use polish on top it took half the polish off.

It's cheap and it does the job. It makes my nails looks clean and well groomed in just a few minutes. That's a lot quicker than using one of those nail buffers that make your nails shine, and I don't have a lot of free time to spend on grooming. With 2 coats I can build up to a nice, healthy, natural looking pink color.

I bought this because I was out of base coat and it was cheap ($0.99). It protects against staining, which is the main reason that I use base coat, and it dries pretty quickly. There is nothing outstanding about this product, but it meets my limited expectations. That said, I will probably not be buying it again because I am now on the lookout for a strengthening base coat.

I don't know if this is because of the nail color brand I used...but when I put this top coat on, it actually sweeped some color off along with the brush. I was shocked, so I waited a full day just to see if I needed to have it fully dried to use this; but even after that, it still took off some color during the application.
Not only that, this took forever to dry for me. These are one of those polishes where you'd have to wait at least 2-4 hours before going to bed or doing some serious activity. I waited about an hour and a half before hitting the bed and the next morning there were blanket marks on the nails.
At least it's cheap. It didn't kill me. I'll probably wear this alone and not use it as a top coat and see what happens.

I've been using this for 3 weeks now so I had to update my original review. It lasts at least a week on my fingers..even through showers (I shower just about every day because I work out) I've NEVER had a nail polish NOT peel off from a shower before..I use it on my toes as a base coat under my polish..so far so good. When I first started using it it took a long time to dry..but now I just use a thinner coat of it and it's fine. it's cheap too it's the best $1.97(Canadian) I've ever spent!!!

Edit: It stinks so badly. Spend a couple of more bucks and save yourself the migraines.

I've been using this for a week, and I absolutely love this product! I've been applying two coats of this, and it dries extremely quickly (it's dried by the time you finish painting the 9 other nails) and, like it claims, has "wild shine". It still has its wet look after a few days. It doesn't chip easily unless you constantly pick at your nails like I do. This is a great deal at 99 cents per bottle.

For many years this product has been a staple of mine. The multi-tasking capabilities are so incredible! It makes such an excellent base coat, as well as top coat! The shine is not over the top, but very nice all the same. And since I change my polish at least once a week, this product cannot be beat at $0.99 a bottle! Love it!!

This product is excellent as a base coat, a top coat or just on it's own. When used as a base coat, it prevents darker nail polishes from turning you nails yellow. As a top coat, it is one of the best I have ever tried. It really prevents chipping far longer than other pricier ones I've tried. And on it's own it is great as a nail protector that just gives shine to your natural nails. I will abosolutely repurchase this product. Can't beat it for the price.
