I've only given this a 3 although I do like it and find I am wearing it now nearly every day - easy to apply and comfortable to wear, and a pleasant soft pinky brown colour. However, my main gripe is the packaging, even though I notice it scores quite well generally with other reviewers for packaging. I haven't had it long and already the cap has cracked slightly. Also, I don't know if the name of the lipstick was originally on the side, but if so, it has completely disappeared already, and there is nowhere on the product that reminds you of the make and title. Only the colour name and shade still appears clearly on the base. So if I were to forget where I bought this, and that it was a Revlon product, then it would be annoying in future if I wanted to repurchase and had forgotten what it was! I'm sure this can happen if you own a lot of lipstick products and sometimes stop wearing a particular one for a while, to return to it later on. Apart from that, I think it's an excellent lip gloss/stain and good value, comparing well with Clinique chubby sticks.

I have very dry lips with stubborn flaking which is very unattractive and not conducive to wearing lipstick.

This is the first product I have ever tried that moisturizes my lips long term. I only have to use it every other day or less frequently to make my lips soft and smooth.

I don't know which ingredient/ingredients are so beneficial to my specific problems but they work.

My only gripe is that the color is a bit too gray, which is a bit unflattering but it fades within the first 15 min leaving just the pink part of the pigment visible for hours.

Revlon, please never discontinue this product.

Overall, this product is of good quality but I won't repurchase because I think the colour doesn't suit me.

Product: This is my first time trying my balm stain, and with all other Revlon products, I am impressed with this balm stain. The colour lasts for a very long time and doesn't transfer onto glasses or water bottles when you drink water. Even after you drink water, there's still a stain of colour on your lips (not an obvious one, just a flush of colour).

Colour: The colour seems to change colour when its on your lips and when you test it on your hands. On my hands, it looks like a mauvey colour. On my lips, it turns into a more pinkish colour which doesnt suit my skin tone as well as the mauvey colour would. I'm tan and the pinkish colour doesn't look that nice on me. I was looking for something MLBB but this is not it! I wish Revlon has a wider range of colour for this product, because the product is really awesome! Would definitely repurchase if there's a more suitable colour for me.

Application: I love the stick and crayon-style stain, its easy to apply and doesn't get everywhere. I've read reviews of the lid breaking but mine's still fine so far.

At first I didn't like this color. It just didn't look like anything special on my NC35 skin. I think I must have been in bad lighting though, because I've been wearing it every day since I bought it and LOVING it!

Honey is a really nice daytime color for when you don't want to wear a lot of makeup but still want to look fresh and put together. It looks mauve in the tube, but it goes on pink. It's bright but not BRIGHT. I have olive toned skin and can look yellow at times--this pink just really brightens up my entire face in a very natural, low-key way. Once the balmyness wears off your lips are stained this very pretty, natural color, like a your-lips-but-better color. I will definitely be repurchasing, I can't believe I almost returned this.

Love this stuff. Slightly minty. Stays forever.

It has a light taste of mint when you apply it...
the colour stays on the lips for more than 5 hours and looks so natural that is gorgeous!

I bought this because I didn't want to spend out on the Clinique chubby stick, but I like the wind-up function of this. Max Factor has a similar one but you have to sharpen it.

I prefer this to the chubby stick (melon) that I own. Mainly because it doesn't have the offensive wax lipstick smell. The colour is good, neutral, not as shiny as a gloss, not as opaque as a lipstick. It's perfect for a natural daytime look. The mint scent smells good, but weirdly doesn't make my lips feel cool like other menthol products? I like the wind up feature although mine is only just bought so I haven't actually used it. I admit I didn't read the description and didn't notice it was a balm stain, however I haven't had a problem with it making a ring round my lips.

I got this as part of a 3 for 2 deal which makes it seem a bit more affordable, I think £7.99 is pretty pricey. Would definitely by again.

Love the shade this is, a very natural but not invisible soft pink nude. I am NW20 and this works quite well, but without a primer underneath it morphs into a weird orange shade of pink. As long as I remember to use some chapstick under it it works very well. I love the crayon twist up top that so many of the companies are doing right now. No sharpening!

I love this product. The kissable stain doesn't transfer at all, just let it dry for a couple minutes. This doesn't dry my lips like the original just bitten stain. It last for me, a little comes off with a make up wipe at the end of the day.
The Honey Dulce is a very natural color so perfect for work.
I would like more selection, many of the other colors are a bit extreme.

I like this product and I like the colour. The colour is the best, I feel it just enhances the colour of your lips while adding a subtle pink. Very wearable. It goes on well and the minty feeling is great. The idea of the balm itself is fine but i wouldn't recommend if you actually have dry lips. The only problem i have with it is, it doesn't last long on your lips and it tends to stain and build up with each re-apply on the rim of your lips. So you walk around with darks rims on your lips and nothing any where else. It just plain looks funny. I would buy again but only wear on occasions where i can easy reapply and don't have to be there long.
