I really was shocked by this product. I am constantly on the hunt for the perfect mascara and am usually disappointed in one way or another by whatever product I buy.

This product doesn't dry out. the volume is insane.

I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said but I absolutely had to say that I love this product.

I am so digging this mascara. I've spent up to $32 on mascara (that still didn't work half as good as this!) & this us my absolute favourite. Ever.

The brush allows you to wiggle the wand through the base thoroughly and separates lashes wonderfully. No mascara has ever made my lashes so black, voluminous or keep a curl like this!

The other mascaras have entirely different wands so check'um out before purchasing. This mascara has a really slight mascara-y scent straight from the tube but once on your lashes it disappears within seconds. Product dries in a timely manner but isn't crusty, nor does it flake off!

This mascara isn't waterproof but it sure wont budge!

I remove it with coconut oil and a cotton ball. Let the coconut oil sit on the top lashes for a little bit :) continued >>

I bought this on a whim when I realized that spending the usual $20+ for a mascara wasn't in my current budget. I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised! This mascara makes my lashes look full and super dark - probably darker than any mascara I have ever used before. The packaging doesn't say waterproof, but even so, I didn't encounter any flaking or smudging even after wearing it during an 8 hour workday. You absolutely cannot beat the price which may be the very best part. I purchased this for $4.99 at my local Ulta and will be stocking up very soon!

I love, love this mascara. I live in Singapore and here, even the drugstore products go up to $20 like Maybelline, Lor'eal, Revlon.

So when I saw that this was 7 bucks, I immediately logged on to makeupallley and saw the reviews. I tried it on and I have NEVER been so pleasantly suprised. I have no need for falsies with this and it's really buildable and not clumpy at all. It stays put all throughout the day.

Removing it with Olive oil is a breeze. I recommend it to everyone.

Basically I'd agree with the majority of reviews here, I am on my 3rd tube, very good mascara would buy it over and over and over again, thumbs up!

Good mascara, does what it's supposed to do: lenghtens and gives volume. You can't beat it at this price point. The brush is not the best, especially for those who have small eyes, but it's a minor flaw :)

After reading several reviews on MUA about the Essence line of mascaras, I decided to head over to Ulta and get a couple to try. Yesterday I used the I Love Extreme Volume mascara and was quite pleased with the results. I have super long lashes, so all I really want is dramatic volume without the 2 step process some mascaras have. I find those that form the "tubes" on my eyelashes cause me to pull them off during the day and I end up losing eyelashes that way. The ILEV mascara was dramatic and created a glamorous look, but not inappropriate for the workplace. I have very sensitive eyes and this mascara did not bother them, even when I got a bit on my eye while experimenting with the fat brush. All in all, I really liked this mascara and the price can't be beat!

This is one of the best mascaras I have ever purchased! It makes my lashes long, thick and luscious. You need to get used to the extremely large applicator, but once that is mastered you will be fine! Long lasting with only minimal smudging through the day (the only thing that lasts better for me is waterproof mascara).

That being said, I wish they would make a waterproof version of this!

For the cheapness of this product (and yes, I am a cheapskate) I would definitely buy this mascara again. It makes my lashes look black and thick and the brush is pretty big. It transfers a bit onto my top lid when I put it on but then it's easily wiped off. It flakes a bit throughout the day but most of this I don't even care about because it was 3 euros and that's just A STEAL.
I usually buy essence eye shadow and eyeliner and this has been one of the best products to come out of essence. 8 out of 10 for thickness and blackness and of course cheapness!

Let me just say i love essence, especially the BIG lash in waterproof which is AMAZING! But wp being to harsh to use all the time I ventured into washable mascaras and came across this...and its decent IF you only plan on wearing it a few hours! No longer or it will start flaking of making lashes SHORTER and STUMPIER than they originally are! Over all very disappointed even worse because they look so nice to start with then just wither away to nothing but flakes=(
