This is a great moisturizer for my oily/acne prone skin. Soaks in quickly and doesn't leave my skin looking like an oil slick. Great base for makeup yet also works well as a night time moisturizer. I don't have a huge amount of fine lines and wrinkles but I have not noticed this helps the little fine lines around my eye area (yes I use this all over my face, which includes patting some around my eyes). However seeing as my skin is still quite young, I don't have an issue with the fact that this does not help me with anti-aging. Its really just a great moisturizer if you have oily skin. I also work in a really REALLY dry office and this helps to keep flakies at bay which I have had a big issue with. Its also super cheap at your local drugstore so that is a huge bonus. I have to thank MakeupAlley actually because I bought this after reading good reviews on it here. It is a product I would never have thought to look twice at if it weren't for you guys. Great buy!

I love this product. I very rarely give anything five stars, because I can always find *something* to nitpick about! But this product is a GEM.
I have skin that tends to get oily, but I still needed a decent moisturizer. Something I could use daily underneath my makeup. This product does the trick! It's lightweight, sinks in like a dream, and doesn't leave your face all greasy. It's perfect for me, it's cheap, and the tub will last forever. What more could you want?
I also find the unsanitary claims ridiculous. If you don't want to stick your finger in there, use a clean q-tip. Problem solved, that's what I do with my foundation as well. Don't pass up amazing products just because they don't come with a pump!
I used up a sample of MUFE Hope in a Jar and liked it well enough, but I'm telling you...this product does the same exact thing. Definetely HG status for me.

This moisturizer is fantastic! I needed something that would take care of my dry patches but not be too much for my oily skin and this definitely did the trick! It's very light and sinks into the skin nicely. It's enough moisture for your skin in the winter but its not too heavy for the summer! I love it and highly recommend!

I have oily, but aging skin. Obviously, at my age, I need anti aging properties, but most anti aging products are far too emollient and hydrating for me and either leave me greasy and shiny, or cause breakouts and irritation.
I've tried all kinds of products from low end to high end. And what I have learned after 44 years is that my face likes it simple. Generally speaking, I've found that the more expensive and "specially formulated" a product is, the more it irritates my skin.
My face likes this. A lot.
It's very light and sinks in quickly with no greasy residue whatsoever. It does, however, make my skin feel nicely hydrated and soft. I feel that it gives me an acceptable level of moisture without exacerbating the oiliness. It sits very well under makeup, so I use it both day and night. I bring it all the way up to my undereye area as well and it does not irritate my eyes at all.
The smell is not an issue for me. It's quite light and disappears quickly. The fact that it does not contain SPF is actually an advantage for me. Chemical sunscreens do not play well with oily skin and it's very hard to find face products these days without SPF.
I don't mind the tub. For less than $5 you can't expect high end packaging. The "unsanitary" claims are ridiculous. Your purse and your phone both have more germs than your face cream, I guarantee you and not many people give either of those things a second thought. I always apply immediately after having cleansed my face, so I'm not terribly worried about my face cream harboring anything nasty.
I've been using this for several months now and I believe it has also improved the tone and texture of my skin; evening my complection and fading some of my hyperpigmentation, although those are not severe problems for me. This product makes no claims in that respect, so it was a nice little bonus.
This is a great little workhorse of a product for a terriffic price. Don't pass it up because it doesn't have a fancy label or a pump.

I love this moisturizer for my oily skin. It doesn't ever feel greasy and doesn't feel like it just sits on my skin. I have really noticed much softer skin and it doesn't seem as oily. It has a nice scent - similar to aloe. I like how thick it is as well.
The best moisturizer I have ever use!! its cheap, works like a charm, does not make me break out, good under my bare minerals makeup, Im only 22 and take good care of my skin and If the anti aging in this is good or not I do not know, but Ive been reading here it does work for that as well so thats a plus too. Really loving it Im going through my third jar... it long lasting I bought 2 jars cause Im afraid they might run out
This is a great moisturizer. Its not too thick and not greasy at all, but it keeps my skin hydrated all day long. Super cheap for a big container. I even use this in the winter and my skin does flake. great product!!!
Let me start off by saying that I initially hear about this from Dr. Oz and figured I'd give it a try since it was so cheap. I have combination skin and typically get a little oily around my nose, chin, cheeks and forehead (T-zone). I have been using this for about a month and I actually really like it. I like how it soaks into my skin in a matter of seconds and never feels greasy, nor does it leave a residue. I feel that over the past month it has really made a difference in the softness of my skin and overall it just feels good. When I first started using it, it did give me a tiny break out on my face but it hasn't ever since that first time. I typically apply it only at night all over my face and on my neck. I feel like my skin overall feels soft and has more of a glowing appearance. The only downfall I could find about this is that since there is so much product in such a huge jar, it's not ideal, hygienically speaking, having to repeatedly dip your fingers into the jar. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a lightweight moisturizer.

I've got combination skin, so this was a lifesaver! I was using Cetaphil's moisturizer before this and found it a bit too greasy for me. St. Ives Timeless Skin has really made my skin feel ( and look!) amazing. It's a lightweight moisturizer that my skin sucked in quickly without leaving a shiny residue afterwords like many other had before. It's not expensive either, being around 4.84 at my local Walmart. I only need to dab a little on, and it comes in a pretty big container which will probably last me a few months before I'll need to buy another. Will definitely be buying this again.
HG moisturizer right here. I use this at night on my face, and it's simply amazing. I was skeptical when I saw it listed on a blogger's must-have list, but I bought it when I saw it on impulse at a Sears Grand. I haven't seen it at a Target or anywhere else though.
This moisturizer is really thick but my combination skin drinks it up. I was having a problem with dry spots before I started using this, and they're really improving the longer I use it (which has been about a month now). I also like to use it on ashy elbows, dry feet, pretty much anywhere I need it. It was especially great while my newest tattoo was healing on my back!
My only gripe is that I wish it came in a pump. It comes in a big round container with a lid that screws off, which isn't the most sanitary for something I use every day.
