I love the color payoff of this! I have the shade San Paolo and its a brilliant pop of color on the lips. I love the matte finish as well
My reason for giving it a 4 is because it is a bit drying on the lips. I find that I need to lick my lips from the dryness and then my lip color starts to come off :(
Also I noticed a decent amount of color transfer from my lips to cups that I drink out of.

But for the price, I would definitely recommend this and would purchase again.

This is a very good value for the price. I have no idea what the name of the color is that I have, but I really like the product in general. It's a bit drying, but if you put on balm a few minutes before application it really lessens the drying effect. The color is fairly opaque and I like the matte finish. If you pat some balm on top after, it keeps the matte finish and it makes it much more comfortable. I love it.

Just bought this online in the 3 pack; Antwerp, Addis Ababa and Tokyo. They are actually really good, I was afraid they'd be drying but not at all. The opacity is 5/5 and it is a very good matte effect. I'm going to buy their Red and Milan ones as well. Very nice product.

I absolutely love these lip cremes! They go on quite smooth (though you do need to do a couple of layers to build up the opacity), and the matte finish is subtle enough for everyday wear. The only downside is the sponge applicator, which tends to apply the creme a little streaky. Other than that, the price and colours or these are to die for - my favourite is 'Addis Ababa'.

This product is very pigmented, which is good, but because the product collects in the dry areas, it's very noticeable. I often have to exfoliate before using this. It doesn't smell very good either. This is a pretty decent product though, the matte-ness isnt too matte and keeps lift soft

This was one of my first NYX purchases. I was on a trip to the States and since there's no NYX where I live, I picked up a few blushes and some of these lip cremes.

I'm really impressed with the quality of their products for the price, but the lip cremes don't get a 5 star rating.

Unfortunately, the formula leaves much to be desired. I love the concept of a lip cream and I've been using L'Oreal's line Le Rouge Pulp (before it was discontinued) so I knew what to expect. This was not the same.

It's not as creamy, goes on rather oily and patchy and I have to go over different areas a few times so all areas of my lips are covered. It clings to the dry patches on my lips so exfoliating and moisturizing before is essential. I love the scent of this though and it feels light weight on the lips.

I love the slip it has before it sets a few seconds later. It does dry matte on my lips. Don't get me wrong, I love matte lipsticks but was expecting these to be creamier than they were. The formula reminds me of MAC's Pro Longwear Lip Colour - I had the same dry, matte finish with this.

The first time I wore this it was to a job interview and I checked my makeup in the mirror afterwards - this had flaked a tiny bit and one of the flakes was on my teeth! I don't think it was noticeable *facepalm* but I definitely saw it after. And let me tell you, I know how to put on lip products - I didn't have this smeared on the inside of my lips so I don't know what happened there.

The next time I wore this I made sure to moisturize really well and while this lip creme did stay on most of the day, it settled into the lines of my lips so when I smiled there were obvious lines of lipstick on my lips while the rest of my lips were somewhat bare. I tried scrubbing it off with some water and a paper towel but it didn't budge!

Another gripe I have is the packaging. I don't like doe-foot applicators, I'd prefer a squeeze tube. And the color on the outside of the container is different than what you get - I'd say that's true for all of the lip cremes in this range.

I'm going to try this with some lipliner underneath as well as a primer and see if it helps with the drying formula.
*EDIT- Found the best way to use this on my dry lips. I exfoliate then really prep my lips with a good balm or oil (my favorite is coconut oil!) then dab some of the lip cream on my finger and work it into my lips. I don't recommend using the applicator as it just applies way too much. It's not completely matte with this method but it doesn't flake like crazy this way. Love it! Bumped my rating up to a 4.

I always apply some sort of lip balm first, then apply this product to my lower lip, press my lips together then apply a bit more to my upper lip and it looks fantastic! I love how natural Antwerp looks on me and how lightweight it is! It literally feels like nothing on my lips.
And you can put a clear gloss over this to change the look.

I don't get the hype surrounding this product. This is a cream with a dry consistency. It's difficult to apply evenly. There is a very limited selection of colors. I was looking for a light pink. The closest shade I could find totally washed me out. It actually looked like I'd smeared my lips with concealer. Going straight back to Ulta to return.

Let me say that I didn't expect to like this so much! I'm also the type of person that doesn't wear lip gloss or lip stick all that often because I'm so picky..
> I have two of the reds: Monte Carlo (darker) and Amsterdam (pure red)
Pro:
- PRICE! Each of these babies are only $6! They're cheaper than a lot of the other lip sticks in drug stores like Revlon!
- Colors. They have 8 beautiful shades of pinks and reds.
- Can be found in many places of purchase! I got one from Urban Outfitters, and the other from a clothing retailer.
- Truly is matte finish, I can touch my lips and it will be smooth and NOT sticky
- Because it's not sticky, it doesn't lose pigmentation as easily
- Can be applied heavier for more pigmentation
- SMELLS SO GOOD :D like vanilla cupcakes
- packaging is classy, the rubber nozzle feels a lot like NARS packaging! It is duriable!
- small and compact-- it will travel easily without breaking or taking up too much room
- the names are after cities, very cute!
- It is a doe applicator

CON:
- there are ONLY 8 colors :( needs more!
- If you lick your lips a lot, this will become blotchy
- It is wet when first applied! If you don't let it dry completely, you will smear it
- It might be hard to take off at first

> overall, I would recommend this to a friend and would repurchase if not collect the other 6 colors
