I hate this eyeliner!! I found the packaging misleading, the picture of what the tip is meant to look like implys its more of a felt tip... not a thin flimsy useless brush. Liquid is very watery and for $7NZD.... I feel ripped off. I will not be buying this ever again.

I have the liquid eyeliner in Coffee instead of black. It is crappy though so I can't expect the black to be any better than this dark brown. The packaging is nice enough and this is designed to stand on it's own in a cone shape bottle and top and has a wide base. I like that. The handle of the brush is long and thin and tapered and it fits the hand well and makes precise application a breeze. The actual brush is thin and it's tapered to a nice point and a little stiff so it holds it shape well. It's too bad the product is thin and it takes multiple strokes to get it on in a nice solid line. The color is weak and it does take going over the same place multiple times to try to build it up. Once dried this still smudges easily, so No Bueno for that! I'm just not impressed and I'd rather pay a bit more for something that really works rather than save a dollar for something that doesn't do very well and takes some work to get a good application. I don't have time for that. Skip this and buy your favorite higher priced liner, you can thank me later.

I should first start off by saying, my eyelids get oily. But normally eyeliners will not actually slide off my lids/smear like this one did. Within 20 minutes of wearing it it smeared so badly it looked like a small child had done my makeup. Not to mention it takes so long to dry once applied that I had to fan my eyelids to dry them before I could open my eye. That's a little ridiculous if you ask me! Never again will I buy a cheap eyeliner. And I had high hopes for E.L.F. Their products are usually very good! I guess you can't be good at everything.

This eyeliner is pretty good. Its not very pigmented so I have to go over my liner a few times and its not that black either. I'm an nc25-30 for reference. But it works just fine and considering the price its a nice product. This liner also dries matte and the brush is the ones with hair on it. No problem with application. I wound recommend this to fair skin people though because it will show up darker and overall preform better.

This is my everyday liquid eyeliner. I love the consistency and how black it is. It takes a little while to dry but once it does dry it doesn't move until I cry or take it off. Love this stuff.

The liner is water-y and takes forever to dry. It's actually very easy to apply and the brush included is really nice. It's very black and works nicely for me.

I've repurchased this product SO many times. I love liquid eye liners and this is one of the best. I work on an HD television set and this is the perfect, affordable, and reliable eye liner for me to use on a daily basis. Other people must love it too because it's always out of stock at Target/Walmart and other places where you can purchase ELF. LOVE this. Has lasted 12 hours for me without rubbing off.

I got this for $1 or $2, so I figured I'd give it a shot. It is a decent liquid eyeliner for the price and will do until I get around to finding something better.

Very Black
Relatively Easy to Apply

Takes long to dry
Can be watery
Can flake a little

**Ok edit.. IT FLAKES A LOT!!! If you even touch your eyes at all, it will flake off in that spot. By the end of the day I have half of my winged eyeliner! On the other hand I am not using a primer, but something tells me it is the quality of the product causing it to flake.

I think the effectiveness of this liner depends on your skin chemistry and how confident you are with applying liquid eyeliner. I apply a primer before I use it, and it lasts a long time. It is quite watery, which means that it's easy to mess up your line if you have shaky hands. But overall, I like it. It's a good, basic liquid liner that does its job. For very precise application, I'd stick to a gel liner and an angled brush.

I use this product almost everyday to do a winged eyeliner. I wear it for up to 13 hours and it does not move. I had naps with it on and it still did not move.
The little brush it comes with is great, very thin.
It is very black and I only need to apply one layer. The only thing I would change about this product is that I wish it was matte.
