This is the first foundation that I've liked enough to use regularly, and it's been about 1.5 months since I started it. I use N3, and apply it using the sponge that comes with it. It holds up through a full day of work, and does wonders to even out my skin tone. I tried using a normal foundation brush to put it on, but that looked streaky and bad.
The compact comes with the foundation on a top layer, and the sponge/mirror underneath it, so you need to flip up the product to get to the sponge, and then back down to actually apply, which is tricky if you don't have a surface to put it down on.
I originally bought this in N2, but it was too light for my skin, so I exchanged it at CVS for the next shade darker, and it works wonderfully.

I bought this at Shoppers because I was tired of using the True Match Liquid Foundation, and wanted something easier to apply. It does the job, but I don't use a lot of product because I'm afraid of creasing or cake-face. With powder on top, it's pretty good. I could not apply it with my foundation brush, so I've been using the sponge-pad thing that comes with it, which is obviously not hygienic, so I'll be using fresh sponges from now on.

This is good stuff if you can figure out how to get it on without streaking! I am beginning to wear this now that the cold weather is coming up, and my skin is a little lackluster and needs something creamier than my usual mineral foundation. I have a tip: if you have a retractable kabuki, retract it part way and use the now more dense bristles to gently swipe it on. It goes on evenly and easily that way. Personally I don't want to bother with a sponge or applicator. As I said, this is nice, it's even, and the lightest shade is a perfect match for me (I'm a ginger). If you want to cover acne, I suggest a separate concealer, but honestly, this is a beautiful convenient foundation alone. Overall, it is a bit underrated due to application difficulties, but once you figure it out it's great.

I bought this product in W1 (porcelain) back at the end of April. I was switching from a Maybelline product because I seemed to be having a lot of acne issues. I did a lot of researching so I could find a really good product and this one seemed to be the best thing I could find (for a cream, not powder or liquid foundation). It comes with a fairly good sponge and a mirror, very handy for transportation. It works really well for me, evens out my skin tone. It doesn't cover up blemishes as much as I'd like it to, but I just try to make sure I take care of my skin so I don't get blemishes. Overall, it's pretty good, I paid $12.96 Canadian at Walmart, but I still have about half or a little less of the stuff left (since April 30, so going on 5 months) and I use it every day! So, I think it's a steal!

Love it!

It goes on smoothly and evenly and does not feel cakey at all. It covers nicely and it's easy to find your "true match". There's even an iphone app where you can answer some questions and find your shade, which is pretty accurate because even though I already knew what shade I was, it told me the one i was using.

I use very little with the sponge applicator it comes with and it stays on all day. I also love the built in mirror!

Okay, so I'm pretty new to makeup. Actually, when I first bought this I only got it because my friend used it as an eyeshadow primer and I thought I would too. A few days later, I look at it and was like, "Oh! It's really a foundation!"... So I tried it out by taking the sponge and applying it all over my face. Oh my gosh, it was awful. It didn't look good, didn't blend at all and just felt gross. I washed it off immediately, closed it up, and put it away to continue using as an eyeshadow primer. A few weeks later I decided to try a different approach. I was just playing around with it and didn't moisturise my face (next time I will, of course) but I soaked the sponge and squeezed out most of the excess water, swiped it over the foundation a few times then dabbed and blended it over my face. It worked amazing! I didn't use to much, but it covered up my redness and a few of my zits, which was great. I've seen a lot of complaints about major drying, and I have pretty dry skin but (like I said, without moisturising) it only showed a little bit of dry skin on my chin, which I'm sure won't happen next time when I put it on properly. Now that I've tried it this way, I think i's great and I can't wait to use it again! (I didn't know about the whole warm/cool skin tone thing when I got it, so I bought it in W2 and it works great, so I got lucky there) Make sure you use a wet sponge to put it on, because just applying it regularly was terrible. I'm glad I tried again!

Ok so you know when you go to CVS you pick up a color hoping it is the color match for your skin since you can not sample it on before purchase. So i take home my new product and the match did not work for my skin. So what I then do is go to thier website to research what color may work best for me. So i did the questionare and ba boom... found that I am cool (skin type) i have pink and red undertones and found that what I needed was a creamy natrual!
So i was so off! So being my 2nd try I am so happy with my purchase!
CVS takes the make up ( even if opened) Yes I made it look nice when I returned ( told the lady the color didnt work) Make sure to save the reciept ;-) and I am one happy girl with a product I think is going to save me money from my dept store brand which is 2 times as much!
So ladys the 1st color may be the wrong one... But believe in 2nd chances and do some research on the website....
So happy and ready to kayak with my great new skin (spf a bonus living in FL)

I wish I would of read reviews before purchasing this makeup. Ugh such a waste doesn't cover anything streaky no matter how I apply it. Creases around eyes and nose. Any dry skin this foundation will show it. I love Loreal but this is not for me

I have the shade n5 and it gives great coverage. It stays on pretty well on my oily skin without traveling or caking up. The negative aspects of this is that it takes some blending to get it to look right and I don't like the unhygenic sponge. You can place this easily in your purse or pocket so those on the go will like this. So far I have not broke out and will get the fluid version next time as that might be even better for me but this is a good alternative for those with oily skin imo.
