My new HG lip balm! This product glides on marvelously and makes my lips feel satiny smooth. I love it under my regular lip gloss. Alone, it is good before going to bed. I have extremely dried and chapped lips, and this product helps them heal faster. Some lip balms melt in the hot Hong Kong summer weather, but this one doesn't spoil. It's pricier than your regular lip balms, but it's definitely worth it.

Ridiculously expensive for the amount that you get (14.50 canadian) but then again I have spent 18$ on a lip gloss before so, guess I can't complain.
I got this after trying multiple drug/health store brands of lip balms, organic lip balms, chap sticks, medicated/unmedicated balms, even pure organic shea butter & shea oil on my lips to relieve the dryness and cracking but nothing worked..
This treatment is amazing. My lips were literally bleeding from having so many cracks, and severely chapped, but once i put this on they immediately had a soft, smooth, uniform appearance whereas every other balm would just sit on top-- this actually seemed to penetrate and do the job. Within 3-4 days the cracks had healed and as long as i apply once a day, there aren't any signs of them returning.
I think it's just the cold canadian winters but as long as they make this i will be repurchasing. Great product. continued >>

I got this in the most recent SkinCareRx Beauty Cache. Having lost my Carmex tube, my staple lip balm, I decided to give this a try since it promised to heal even the driest lips. I have been using it morning and night for about a week and I really like it! It keeps my lips very hydrated and does not have an offensive taste or smell. Its very minimalistic. I think I'll stick with my Carmex when I use this up, but it is a great and hydrating lip balm.
I have always had very dry lips. This is the only lip treatment stick that works really well. I love this product. Thank you la Roche Posay!

By far the best lip balm I know and believe me I know countless of them. Many give only initial relief and worsen the problem of chapped lips in the long run. Many leave a smeary residue or smell strangely. Nutritic doesn`t have such negative effects. The packaging reminds of doctor`s stuff and the stick itself is plain white without noticeable scent and it is really a remedy: if you suffer from sore burning coarse lips simply make a peeling made of honey and sugar and apply Nutritic afterwards. Your lips will feel heavenly soft afterwards and will continue to do so. I generally like RochePosay products and I also tried Ceralip which gets better ratings here but didn`t convince me the least: more expensive, used up faster and drying out instead of hydrating.
Nutritic hydrates without being oily and thus is also an excellent base for lipsticks. I will stick to that stick!

This is hands down the best lip balm I've tried. In the winter I often suffer from horribly cracked lips, especially in the corners, and it's not uncommon for them to bleed due to extreme dryness. Nutritic saved my lips two winters ago, and I've continued to repurchase ever since. I'm currently on my 3rd or 4th tube. It's quite a hard texture, not soft like many balms. I feel it still on my lips hours after applying, and it forms a smooth protective coating. I also love that it's a twist-up tube, and not in a pot, so my I don't have to touch my lips with my fingers (especially during flu season!). This also works well for me under lipstick and gloss.

I really, really wanted this to work for me. I LOVE most of the products in this line and when I read that this was for Severely Chapped Lips I was so excited that I had found the cure. Unfortunately, this took my rough, slightly chapped lips and made them maniacally flakey and even more chapped. It's been over a week since I stopped using it and I still can't fix what this did to me! I did love the packaging because you can apply it directly to your lips. The formula is just awful though.
This truly does transform your lips. I went from using Aquaphor -- about as emollient as you can get -- to this and I like this sooooo much better! The Aquaphor (and the dozen other products I've used in the past) all sit on top of your lips. They moisturize, but as soon as they've rubbed off, you basically need to reapply. Nutritic changed the nature of my dried-out, wintery, perimenopausal lips. I would pay twice as much for this gladly. I use it just twice a day and it works fabulously.

I'm generally a LRP fan and based on the good reviews here, I really..really...really wanted to like this product. Unfortunately it did not live up to its billing. Despite the labeling of "transforming care for dried out lips" it neither transformed my lips nor helped with their dryness. Even though this appears to be a hard balm (lipstick style) it goes on very, very thin. Its so thin and light you can barely feel it on your lips and it seems to evaporate within minutes. I have to swipe it back and forth at least 6 times to be able to actually feel the balm on the surface of my lips. As I said it disappears very quickly (even if your lips don't touch anything) and you're left still feeling dry. I've been using this daily for a month now....my lips are still dry, I see no visible improvements and am tired of the heavy-handed application required. I'm on to trying Lipolevres next!
