Nice product! Smells delicious and I like the tub as it has a widemouth and is easy to get the product out. The granules don't last all that long but, on the plus side, are easy to wash off. I hate having residual scrub stuck to me. I purchased mine online for around $9.00 which I felt was a steal because it was at Target for $17.00 at one point.

This is a lovely procuct. It feels and smells good. I do have a few gripes with it, though. First, for $17CAD it is quite expensive for a 260 jar. Second, the sugar melts away before I can really scrub it into my skin. I discovered a beautiful, very similar scrub by Tree Hut for $6CAD that comes in a larger jar, has fewer ingredients, AND doesn't evaporate as quickly! It is still a quality product, though.

This scrub is my hg. I've used so many scrubs but rarely repeat buy. This stuff is always on my list when I run out. The warming is nice but I wish it lasted a little longer. The texture is amazing and it doesn't desolve instantly like salt or suger scrubs so you can really get the job done with this stuff. I will buy this until I can no longer find it. I hope I never see that day!

Great scrub. I love how it warms on contact and does not leave behind a greasy or oily residue. The smell is just devine - it smells like real cocoa beans and hot chocolate. I am very happy to have found this because B&BW used to carry the Simplicity line and they had a creamy scrub that I loved but was discontinued. I loved the smell and have not been able to find it's duplicate until I found Giovanni's Hot Chocolate Scrub.
I wish it was a bit more moisturizing but again, the fact that it does not leave behind a residue is better - so I just moisturize when I hop out of the shower like I always do. The scent and quality is fantastic - a bit expensive at $13.99 and I find that it's going quickly.

OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD.
i loooooooovvvvve this scrub. I'm so picky about scrubs. they never exfoliate enough and they leave me sooo greasy. I never understand all the oil scrubs have. if i wanted moisture i'd use lotion!

But this scrub is different. It is an AWESOME exfoliator. absolute best and i've tried many scrubs. the best way to get a good result is to apply to damp skin. I turn my shower off and let my skin drip dry for a bit and THEN i apply the scrub. And man does it do it's job then! i was so freakin soft and not a bit greasy. but my skin wasn't dry either. just perfect.

Even if this product didn't give me amazing results i'd STILL use it for the smell! it's unbelievable! you have to just smell it and you'll understand. so in love. HG status all the way. BUY IT IT'S SO REASONABLY PRICED!!!!

I have dry skin that gets itchy and needs lots of exfoliation and moisture in the winter. I've tried salt/oil based scrubs but they never seem to rinse cleanly. This scrub is great. It's sugar based and exfoliates well, smells fantastic (like the name implies, like hot chocolate, but it's not an overly sweet or cloying smell), and rinses cleanly. I would definitely repurchase. It's not terribly moisturizing, but it does leave my skin nice and smooth and ready to soak up my body lotion when I get out of the shower.

This product smells like chocolate and feels nice on my skin. I use this scrub about 3-4 times a week and it does well exfoliating my body. It's not the usual oily scrub, but it still does a great job.

I love this scrub as a pre-shave treatment. Unlike the mint lemonade scrub, this scrub doesn't leave my legs irritated and blotchy and it feels like I'm bathing in hot chocolate.

I love this product! It's my favorite sugar scrub out there, and I don't even like chocolate scents. It's a gentle, exfoliating scrub that smells heavenly and doesn't leave your skin oily. The packaging is pretty good, too--it's hard to get the lid on exactly the way it came, because of the strange shape of the tub, but I've never had any issues with leaks. Not to mention it's really cheap and animal friendly!

This sugar scrub works well and doesn't leave you greasy at all. On the down-side, it doesn't leave you greasy so it isn't very moisturizing. The smell is OK, but to me it just smells like fake chocolate scent, not like real chocolate. It does warm slightly when you first apply the scrub. It is nice and grainy, but doesn't irritate or scratch the skin. It's not the best scrub I've found, but it does a good job
