Good volume, but most of it ended up under my eyes less than an hour after application.
This gives me fantastic volume, though it can be a bit clumpy. Other than that, though, no complaints, and it really makes my blue eyes pop!
Okay, this mascara is ridiculously expensive. We get it! I wish folks wouldn't rate the mascara by its price, bur rather by what it actually does (or doesn't do). Now, I really like this mascara - it gives me the "false" eyelash look and I've had no problem with it flaking or getting those annoying eyelash marks on my upper eyelid. Would I buy again? Nah - its too pricey, plus I love the Diorshow Unlimited so much more!!
****EDIT: It is with much chagrin that I must lower my rating of this mascara. After less than a month, its already drying out! :( My Dioshor UNLIMITED is still going strong, but that may be because its a thinner formula.****
I LOVE this mascara!!! I have been using it for years. I am really surprised to hear some of the negative feedback because I have not come across any. The dramatic volumizing and lengthening effect is an excellent option next to false eyelashes.
wow. my asian eyelashes have never been so long with mascara. the brush is huge and the product is nice and thick, which is good for about 3 weeks but after that it tends to dry out a bit. which is unfortunate considering the tube sells for $23. still love it!
This mascara was so hyped on every board I checked so I ran out and dropped the $23.50 on it. Much to my dissapointment, it did nothing for my lashes. It also flaked and smudged, NOT GOOD. Maybe it works great if you already have really fabulous lashes, but if not, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. It's a little lower than mediocre, IMO.
This doesn't give me a false lash look but it does give me very pretty looking lashes with plenty of volume. It is the only mascara I have used that has attracted compliments. It has a slight rosewater scent to it. I was able to apply up to three coats without it clumping. The brush is huge, which was an advantage for me as I have naturally long lashes and large eyes but if you have smaller eyes, it may be difficult to work with. I had no problems with it drying out quickly and it kept the natural curl in my lashes, unlike some thicker formulas. However, I will not be buying it again because after a couple of months, the bit that you pull the brush through got stuck inside the lid. At first, replacing the lid then unscrewing it again detached it but then that stopped working too. What is the point of having a mascara that you can't use when you need it?! I ended up having to throw it away even though it was only half empty.
I wouldn't normally drop 20+ dollars on a mascara, but my sister's wedding is coming up and I was considering wearing false lashes. Now I don't have to! It's that good. Someone paid me a very nice compliment this morning ("You look like Kate Beckinsale!") and I think it was ALL about the new mascara I had on. :)
The best mascara! I know it is a bit pricy, but it is still relatively cheaper than Estee Lauder - ridiculously expensive, and does not deliver. Anyway, Diorshow is great - one coat is all you need. The large brush is a bit annoying, I agree, but it is ok once you get use to it.
