This product is rubbish. The felt tip is too wide and flimsy. The formula feels awful on. It feels as if I put glue on my eyes. This product takes forever to dry and once it does it will not come off.... EVER. I know its waterproof but come on! Not even OLIVE OIL got this crap out of my eyes. I literally had to scrape it off with my nails.
There are things I don't like about this eyeliner but I have to say it's pretty indelible and doesn't budge once it's on. I've gone swimming and been out in extreme humidity and the stuff just doesn't move, which I can't say for any other waterproof liner or even mascara that I've tried. The brush is kind of hard and pointy and I have managed to poke myself in the eye a few times. Also, if I wear this too many days in a row it starts to make my eyes feel irritated and dry. It's a little tricky to use and takes a while to get a nice looking line. But as I said, if you need something that will truely last all day in crazy conditions that would melt anything else right off your face this is the stuff to use.

This product is very sticky,It feels like glue on my eyes. It takes time to dry or I wonder will I ever dry without the sticky feeling.also the applicator sucks up too much product and the liquid is very watery. Don't waste your money on this. I even regret spent 2.5USD on it.

This is quickly becoming one of my favourite liquid liners. I picked it up in black, and it is very opaque; a pure black that doesn't turn grey once on the lid. It lasted through hardcore dancing and getting misty-eyed during a speech and slideslow presentation. This liner is also very easy to wing out along the lashline, a problem I have with most liquid liners. As an admitted klutz, the fact that I can actually do a winged, cat-eye look is very exciting for me with this liner.
At the same time, this liner does pose cause some grief. Despite being somewhat idiot proof when it comes to the winged eye, it's rather difficult to actually get a straight line along the upper lashine. I also when practising the EOTD in sweatpants and PJs, managed to get some drainage along the lower lashline. This liner is still a bit of work but the applicator is fairly easy to use.
Again, I was amazed at how waterproof this liner actually was. However, this did pose some issues as it was nearly impossible to get off. I used LUSH Ultra Bland. I tried Ponds' Cold Cream on a cotton round. I used equal parts H2O to J&J Baby Shampoo. The only thing that got this off was Lancome's Bi-Facil. Personally, given the amount of time and effort this took to get off, I won't call it an HG or a new everyday liner, as the amount of inevitable pulling at my lids isn't worth it for me. But I would definately reccomend this liner to those who are just starting out with liquid liners or those who are having difficult with winging liner out. It is a great value for the price.
So, this is a GREAT WATERPROOF EYELINER. It will not come off with water. I repeat; it will not come off with water. I don't know why people here are trying to take this stuff off with water when it's WATERPROOF. Oh lordy, use your brains people!
I stayed all day with this PLUS the pool, where I kept wiping pool water off my eyes cuz that stuff burns. Even with the long day, hours of pool water, and my bothering my eyes, it DID NOT budge. LOL. okay, the taddest bit, but that's when you really look. It's not even noticeable.
One thing though. You NEED an eye makeup remover with this. I use eyemakeup remover all the time because I use waterproof mascaras all the time (they hold my curl with my stick straight eye lashes).
OMG though. Don't buy this and think it'll come off with some cleanser of yours. lol.
And oh please oh please you guys, don't think this will come off with water when it's FRIGGIN WATERPROOF. lol. That really frustrates me when people review waterproof stuff and say it doesn't come off with water. WTF! LOL.
So yeah, this stuff WORKS. It'll stay put.
Only thing I don't like about it is that it has all kinds of parabens.
I'm trying to stay away from parabens but man, A LOT of products have parabens in it. So, I'll let this one go cuz it's that awesome.
Another thing you should know about this is that it doesn't dry matte. It's shiny looking. Not too shiny, but yeah. It is NOT matte.
OH and another thing, which is IMPORTANT. You HAVE to shake this stuff before you use it, otherwise it'll come out too liquidy. Just shake it.
Alrighty.
I'm done. lol

Officially the best liquid liner I've EVER used, from Blinc to L'Oreal, department store and Sephora to drug store. The felt tip facilitates a steady line, the shade (black/brown) is dark enough for my dark hair, but not the usual obvious stripe. It can be smudged easily to look more natural, but will not budge or smudge even in the rain or intense exercise. I played an intense 2-hour game of ultimate frisbee in extremely hot, sweaty weather and got caught in the rain.I even rubbed my eyes a lot. It looked exactly the same at the end! Removal is easy with typical makeup remover. For the cheap price, I highly recommend. I haven't had the stickiness other MUAers complain about. It's tough to find in Toronto (it was at Walmart), but I'll stock up whenever I can! Love it!!!
This stuff is SO bad! I don't know where to begin!
First of all, it is cheap! It's only a few dollars... but if you want a drugstore eyeliner, I recommend L'Oreal Lineur Intense in Carbon black... it's worth the few extra dollars!
As for the Wet N Wild H20.... I'm sitting with it on my eyes right now. Let me just say... if you're looking for a eyeliner that WON'T wash off, look no further than this stuff! Unfortunately, I applied it without having any makeup remover on hand, so I'm screwed at the moment.
MY big problem with this stuff is that fact that it's insanely sticky. I literally feel like my eyes have been glued open! It's a very uncomfortable feeling, to say the least. The application isn't easy either. I had to go over my line three times to fill in the gaps.
There are many other products better than this. It isn't worth the penny pinching!
I am so impressed with Wet 'n' Wild as of late. I ran out of my Kat Von D liquid liner from Sephora and decided to try this as it is so cheap! I love a super rich, dark black for my eyes. This black is just that! I love the applicator/bottle. It allows for a more precision line IMO. Now, I absolutely love UD and my UD liners, but I am barely reaching for those liquid liners now that I have this! The only thing that I don't like about this is it does dry really fast and I have to dip the applicator quite a bit. Sometimes I can feel my lids tugging a bit too and when I apply mascara, if any of this has gotten on them, they feel a bit "crusty" and my lashes tug too. Regardless, great product and I will definitely buy this again!
This product is crap. I have been using liquid eyeliners for 13 years and have switched freely between many drugstore brands and not had problems... The only good thing about this liner is that it really is waterproof and does not budge.
1. It does not go on evenly. I am not sure if this is because of the brush or the texture of the actual liner liquid, but it is hard to draw a line that is equally dense from one side of the eyelid to the other. I have never had this problem with a brand new liquid eyeliner before and see others have complained about this.
2. It remains sticky/tacky for hours. I could feel my eyelid sticking slightly whenever I blinked- for most of the afternoon.
3. The brush is bad. Too hard. It feels like it is scratching my eyelid when I apply it. I feel like the skin is irritated at the end of the day.
I would never buy this again. I am going back to the Almay.
I have this in brown black. I use it almost every day and I'm very pleased with it. I usually only use it on my waterline and outer corner of my eye (where my eyes get extremely watery), and this does NOT budge ALL day! It really completes my extreme cat eye look. However, I do not use this on my top lid because it can make my eyelid sticky. It does dry shiny, but this isn't a problem for me -- I actually like how it looks. Overall, I really enjoy this eyeliner (and the price!) and will definitely continue using it.
