I use this shadow for all my green looks. Its the perfect crease colour. And since its a Frost finish, it goes on like BUTTAH! I love it!

I'm Asian and many other brands of eyeshadows often have a hard time showing their colors on my yellow-toned skin. With MAC eyeshadows, the color is often what you see what what you get.
Humid is one of my all time favorite eyeshadows. On regular days, I used it as a liner because I find the color a bit too striking for everyday eye shadow. I use it as an eye shadow when I perform on stage because it looks amazing under stage lights. When puting it on top of the Minted EYE KOHL, the lights gives a big variety of greens. The green really brings out my brown eyes, love it!

Humid is a pretty dark green eyeshadow. I use it in my crease with green, brown, or gold eyeshadows and sometimes wet as a liner. I would repurchase it, but it will probably take years to finish it.
I've had this for a long time. If you love green, this is one of the classics. A deep jungle green (I wouldn't call it emerald b/c I don't see much blue in it), shimmery but not overly so. I tend to wear it with gold-based eyeshadows b/c those really make the green pop and bring out the golden shimmer. If you're looking for a dupe, Milani has one (Clover) that is not exact but pretty close.

I don't wear greens often, but when I do, I definitely reach for Humid. Humid is a jungle green shade that I think is wearable for everyone, depending on the application. I like to smudge it on the outer v with tan as a wash and bronze in the middle of the lid with bronze smudgepot or patina, woodwinked, and bronze in the crease and humid on the lower lashline. I think I bought it for $7.50 CDN and usually retails for $10.50 for just the pan.
i adored this color until it shattered on my cousin's floor after falling from my makeup bag....thats my one complaint, mac cases for eyeshadow are so easily broken. The clear part always pops out or the makeup breaks in some other way...would be nice if it had some staying power!
This is definitely my favorite (and most frequently used) eyeshadow. As others have said, it's a pretty shimmery dark green, that can easily go from natural to very dark and smoky, depending on how much you apply. And, as the previous reviewer mentioned, it also looks great with Old Gold pigment. I noticed the first few times using this that it was a bit more difficult to blend than some of my other MAC shadows, but haven't had any other problems with it since then. I love this on my light brown eyes, as it not only makes the brown pop but also brings out the slight hints of green that I also have. Favorite use is probably wet with an eyeliner brush. Will definitly re-purchase once I run out.

I have to agree with a previous post that this color is pretty common, but it is a great and very versatile color to wear.
My favorite thing to do is pair it with gold eyeshadows such as Gorgeous Gold or Old Gold pigment - the result is striking!
I think the best parts of this eyeshadow is the silky texture and the amount of pigmentation.
It's definitely worth purchasing!
Beautiful emerald green with a frosty finish. Good pigmentation, blends well, goes with tons of other colors, can easily be used as liner, crease, or lid color. I've noticed that many brands have a color similar to Humid, and I can see why. It isn't unique in any way, but MAC does jewel tone green well. I should probably note that mine shattered even though I wasn't hard on it, but this doesn't seem to be a common problem.
