I am so on the fence with Benefit's products! Some are worthless, others are complete gems! This is a gem!!! I received a mini of this as a sephora 100 point perk in early december 2011, I have used this every single day on my nose since I opened it, and I still have plenty of product left! I will repurchase because this lasts a long time, a little goes a long way, it minimizes pores and helps my oily nose, and I can trust that it works year round! I'm very pleased with this product and have had no issues with it it at all.

I bought this with the belief it would help control a bit of oil and minimize my pores, I usually like benefit so I wasn't hesitant even with the $30 price tag. I got it and hated it, it left my skin feeling smooth, but did absolutely nothing for my pores and left my skin just as oily. I will not repurchase.

I just think this product has been completely over hyped. It feels so lovely to apply and makes skin silky soft but thats where it ends for me. It doesn't reduce my pore size and it doesn't help keep make up in place.

I wouldn't recommend.

I have tried a few different primers, but so far The POREfessional is my favorite. I really love how silky it makes my skin. A small amount under my eyes and over my cheeks smooths my skin and really evens the tone. I have some larger pores on my nose and this conceals them almost entirely. Some days, especially when I'm tan, I don't even need foundation because this primer is so smoothing. A little blush over it and a bit of concealer under my eyes and I'm set. I find that it makes my makeup last much longer, even in very hot Oklahoma when I used to have to reapply often in the summer. I don't mind the slightly floral scent at all, but I do cringe a bit at the $29 price tag. The packaging is cute, too. Overall, I'm very happy with this primer. If you can find a mini to try, I recommend doing that before purchasing the large tube. Often Benefit has little travel sets with mini sized products in it, and that's a great way to see what you think.

Like a lot of the recent reviews on here, I got this as a sample in Glamour. It goes onto your skin amazingly well, like silk, and gives your skin a nice matte sort of sheen and evens out skin tone. I don't really have a problem with enlarged pores but the visible pores I do have don't exactly disappear. But it is good for fine lines around the eyes. It's a really good base for make up and I just pat on some powder to finish it off. Pretty expensive but you don't need a lot to get the effect you want.

It's one of those products. It feels great, you can't wait to use it, but does it really change anything? No. I think this is a waste of money. The truth is, if you have enlarged pores, this isn't going to actually change them. You might feel like your skin is smoother, but it doesn't actually change how it looks much. I tried this after it came free with a magazine and whilst I wouldn't be dissapointed if I had actually bought it (because it feels nice and I enjoy applying it), and that's half the reason I buy make-up), I wouldn't have repurchased. It creates such a small difference that's barely noticeable, I really think this is just a product to make you feel better inside, rather than look better outside. It is very expensive too, so just brave the enlarged pores. No one will notice this product's absence.

I really dont get the hype about this product.
I got a sample from glamour magazine and was quite shocked to discover that it had a tint to it, i was always under the impression that it was clear?
Anyway i applied some to the tip of my nose which is where my pores are more noticeable and all it did was make them look a bit hazy, like i'm looking at my skin through a foggy window.
I also applied some to the bit of my forehead between my eyebrows, again no major difference, but at the end of the day my partner commented saying that the area between my eyebrows looked bigger (he did not know i applied the pore minimiser) so it just made me look shiny and apparently enlarged!?

I got a sample of this from ulta. probably wont repurchase because of the price and it doesnt minimize all my pores (maybe because my pores are pretty large and i have a lot). i do like the texture dries to a powdery finish. but the down side to that is: if you dont blend it well into your skin it could look patchy and like you have dry skin. but if you dont have super large pores give it a try

I used the gwp size for a few days and I have pimples now ...not just regular pimples I have massive pimples and I rarely have pimples. I know this product broke my skin out because I have pimples on my nose where I applied it. They popped up not even by the end of the day. Ugh good thing I had a swap for the new fs I had.

This stuff has rather grown on me. At first I was put off by the color and scent. Lately, however, I have been wearing just this (without foundation) on days when I want just a touch of makeup. I would describe the scent as pleasant and it fades quickly. The tint works just fine on my very fair skin. It does a pretty decent job at minimizing pores and mattifying and just evening everything out a bit. This will probably be my go-to for summer when I want a quick and effortless look. Works great under my tinted moisturizer, too.
