I am on my second tube and i have finally learned how to apply properly. the comments that it's dry and thick have to do with the amount you are using, which you probably think is very small.
with this concealer you literally do not need more than the head of a pin maximum. using less is preferable. it is made to be applied in very thin layers when you have dark spots especially. only a teeny teeny amount when it is a red spot. just pat on. don't spread.
i have tried just about every other concealer and this works. the others don't. not even the ones equal in price.
great stuff. keep in mind i am very fair and my color is #4. so be sure you try it on before purchasing.

I really, really, really wish this didn't break me out because this is quite possibly the best concealer I have ever used. It works for both my eyes and imperfections (acne. acne scars) and has amazing coverage that looks natural at the same time. However, the sodium chloride in this breaks me out so I only use it as an undereye concealer now :( color is a very good match too.

I really REALLY wanted to like this. I love MUFE and have a ton of their products but I just couldn't get this concealer to work for me. It was so cakey! Very drying and not flattering. I loved that it's waterproof but I couldn't get over the cakey-ness so it went back to Sephora :(

This is the best concealer I have ever used. It covers blemishes and redness like nothing else, and a little goes a long way. It sets to a very matte finish (those with dry skin might want to use a moisturizer beforehand) and stays on all day, even on very oily skin. Despite its finish, it blends quite nicely, regardless of what you're using (personally I apply it with my fingers but it also works well with a brush). The shade range is impressive, nice and neutral. Girls with very fair skin, take note: I'm N10-15 and the shade 03 is a perfect match. I could imagine 01 being perfect for those who cannot seem to find concealers that are light enough for their skin. Overall, this is an outstanding concealer that was well worth the (very steep) price I paid for it.

Great coverage without looking cakey or seeping into fine lines. Works perfectly for both dark circles and general redness or spots. One of the things I love most about it is that it looks completely natural in photographs, no weird lightness under the eyes that surprisingly appears in a photos...just natural like you don't have dark circles.

Definite HG item for me.

It is AWESOME!! it covers sooo naturally and it looks like I have no under eye circles!! (keep in mind that my under eye bags are decent) I believe that it will work quite well even with really dark eye circles.. I recommend it to everybody... Also, it stays on all day and BE CAREFUL not to apply too much!!!!

this is definitely my HG concealer, despite the price, I used to use Lancome Effacernes but that caked on me horribly. This concealer stays nice and put on my skin with no issue, and the great thing is a LITTLE goes a long way since it is so pigmented. It covered up my occasional blemish with no issue. I have to worn this during my 8 hr shifts and during shows/performance and it stayed put the entire time. i love it, no budge even under the humidity. when i run out i am definitely repurchasing this.

This concealer is almost there... but not quite. It's got pretty good coverage (though still not the best out there, frankly). But what puts me off is that it looks kind of fake. It dries quickly and doesn't blend well, and can be a bit dry and cakey under the eyes. (I have dry skin, which probably makes this worse.) I also got the wrong color, a yellowish tone which is a shade too light, and it makes my undereye circles look bizarrely blue. Weird.

After such and LOOONG hard search for a concealer that convers my HORRIBLY darkened under eyes with lines and I sweat A LOT...I have FINALLY found my solution...

I wasn't too happy about the purchase at first because its pricey...and after trying SOOO many concealers that would ALWAYS start forming lines under my eyes and run off, I was hesitant...so I went home and began testing this out...BOY did it cover up my undereyes...AND it only takes a bit of the product to do so...but I didn't want to get too excited just yet...the main test was if it would be able to withstand the very HOT and HUMID summer weather we were having here in NYC...I was scared all day and night and kept checking to see if I needed to reapply, since I was sweating like a crackhead in front of VCR...but NO...no need for touch ups...

I purchased a shade lighter then me, and it still look natural...also, I paired it with Smashbox primer, but one night when I couldn't find my primer I used it alone and WOW, it still had staying power...I LOVE THIS PRODUCT...

I bought this concealer when I went into Sephora looking for tattoo cover up. I was originally looking at Kat Von D's line, but the employee suggested I use Make Up For Ever because the coverage is amazing and it really is. It provides full coverage, is very thick, and conceals anything you need to conceal...including tattoos. I use just a dab on my face for acne scars when I need to and at times I'll use it to cover up one of my tattoos when necessary and put a little bit of powder on it and it'll be pretty camouflaged.
