I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee this eyeliner. Its amazing, its so long lasting, I never have to touch up but I do wear eye primer and I don't have oily lids , its pigmented, its so easy to apply, it goes on silky smooth, a little jar goes a long way, the brush is good....I have nothing bad to say about this, ill keep buying it. I have tons of high end liners and I always go back to this, it works and its affordable

its cheaper at walmart

This is the only eyeliner I've found at all, period, that stays and doesn't smudge. I've used many eyeliners that "claim" to be waterproof and so far this is the best I've found. I'm so happy I chose to try this again, I got it in expresso and it's kind of a deep brown that makes my hazel eyes pop. So far I've used worn it 3 hours at one time, and with the others i'd already have the beginnings of a raccoon eye but this didn't smudge even a little. so I guess it's safe to say that I've found my HG eyeliner.

Ok I tried this again, being careful to let it completely dry before curling my lashes and it stayed on. I guess its just a very wet formula which isn't all bad because it glides on very smoothly. I still like L'oreal HIP more but since that line is discontinued this is an okay replacement, especially for the price.

To start of, I have seriously oily lids, and my eyes waters a lot. Living in a place where the wind blows hi-speed most of the times, doesn't help to keep my eyes not to get watery.

The Product
I like it. The black is deep although not so glossy. It's easy to control, but takes some time to set. Maybe it's my eyes, or maybe it's just how it is.
It holds up fine through the day, and snow and rain and wind. However, it does smudge a bit at the end of the day. It smudges, too, when I don't apply mascara to "seal" it. Not raccon kind of smudge, but it does transfer to the lower lashline.
I've tried swatching it on the back of my hand, waited for it to set, rub it. At this point, there was some color transfer to my index finger but the swatch did not look budged. I put it under running water from the tap, it didn't budge. Then I tried to rub it again, and it came out in flakes. It took so long for me to make it faded. It stayed on the back of my hand until the next day.
However, a friend borrowed this once. It held up fine on the night out, but completely gone after she had a crying fit for 2-whole hours afterwards. On top of it, she had a bad case of cold, so she was rubbing her eyes all the time.
I've had it for 5-months, and it doesn't look dried at all.

The Packaging
Living in NL, I got the international packaging version. I love it. The tiny frosted glass and the tin screw-top lid. Perfect. I think from all other gel liners out there, I love this packaging the most. The top screws fine, too, as my liner doesn't show any sign of drying.

The Brush
People rave about the brush they got with the liner. At first, I did think it looks fine, too. But when I used it for tightline, the bristles poked my lid. I though it was too stiff because it was new, so I washed it again. Nothing changed. It didn't go to waste, tho, since I use it to put shadows on my lower lashline.

The Price
EUR11 or 12 here in NL. Rip-off. For some reason, Maybelline, L'Oreal, Garnier, Max Factor, and Rimmer cost AN ARM AND LEG. Maybelline Falsies is sold for EUR16 here. Crazy ass.

Will I repurchase? Yes, if I don't find something better, and if I can get it through swap or having some good samaritan in the US send it to me or bring it to me.

I love, love, love this product! The gel goes on so smoothly, and the black shade is really full and lovely. The brush they provide is really tapered and accurate, and really helps to make the perfect line. This is the best eyeliner I have ever used, and will definitely buy again!

I love this eyeliner! The application is so smooth and the outcome is always great! Super easy to work with and the brush that comes with it is also very good.
I think they could make the packaging a little less fancy, so it could be a little cheaper, although the price is bearable. I'd definatly repurchace!

I absolutely love this eyeliner! I'd never tried a gel liner before and it seemed great, so I decided to buy it. It is probably my favorite eyeliner I have. It comes on super easy and off easy when you want it to, but it stays on as it says. It is very simple to apply and looks wonderful. The pigment is really deep and rich. Maybelline tends to be a hit or miss, but this was a definite hit!

I love it!!!

First of all, it comes with a brush, which is very handy. Second, it stays put. I've used eyeliner with better staying power so I didn't expect much but it doesn't smudge. It does flake but flaking is better than smudging. It's waterproof and the colour is quite intense, it's easy to remove which is one of the things that I love about this liner since I've gotten really fed up with my gloopy, inky, messy MAC Liquidlast. The price is not bad, not the cheapest but it works and that's enough to make me happy. Will repurchase.
