I've been on the hunt for a new eyeliner since Revlon Colorstay's (as much as I love it) has been quite a bother to remove lately and for some reason isn't applying as nicely as it has before. I picked this up due to the reviews on here. Let me say that this is the smoothest and creamest pencil-type eyeliner I've ever had. Its application is so nice! I apply it to my tightline and it actually stays and I don't bother my eyes as much since it doesn't take me as much time to do it. It stays on for a good while also and it's pigmentation is great. The only tiff I have with this product is in regards to sharpening. I have to agree with other reviewers in the fact that it sometimes the tip does break off while sharpening but that doesn't bother me nearly as much as the frequency that I have to sharpen it. I'm really anal in the fact that I like a sharp pencil and because of it's creamy consistency, it doesn't stay sharp for too long. I will purchase this again, I guess I'll just have to try different application techniques.
You know, I've been lurking on here reading everyone's reviews and I decided to pick this up while I was at Walmart this afternoon. I've been wearing this since 11 in the morning and it still looks great. I wouldn't recommend this for either waterline but I have to say that I look like I'm wearing my BB gel liner. For seven dollars and change you can't beat that and I look a lot better since I usually suck at putting gel liners on! I will edit this once I have to sharpen it since that's where the most complaints seem to be. All in all I love this! Sorry BB : )
overall, a really good product. on my upper lash line it lasts all day, rarely smudges and is a nice, intense black. i love lining my lower lashline with this because its soo creamy. it smudges easily when it has yet to set, so this is perfect for a smoky eye. the only issue i have with this liner thats its so creamy to the point where its difficult to sharpen, therefore difficult to apply sometimes as well. much of the time i have to apply this with an eyeliner brush, literally scraping the brush across the pencil =( wastes time...but other than that, this is good. id recommend if you have patience.
I bought this on a whim because it was on sale at Walgreens, and I'm really happy with it. I got the brown color because black is too harsh on me, and I love the way it looks. I generally only line my lash lines, and it looks great.
I applied it around 8 this morning, and at 7 this evening I can tell it's starting to fade a bit. I have oily skin though, so it might just be my eyelids although I did use a primer this morning. It looked really good throughout the day, and the application was very smooth.
It's not 100% brilliance, but it's extremely good for a d/s eyeliner and I'd buy it again.
It's a pretty decent eyeliner. Like others have said, it glides on your eyes; very creamy formula. It lasts a decent amount of time; it starts to fade on me after 5 hrs. The first time I wore this on my lower lash line, it smudged like crazy. So now I wear it on my lower waterline, and it seems to hold better there.
Would I buy again? Yeah, just as a go to eyeliner when I don't feel like using a brush and my BB gel liner.
this is a really great drugstore eyeliner it glides on smooth and is very pigmented i think it lasts a good amount of time on the waterline i'd say about 6 hours before i would have to touch up something i do have a problem with this liner is that it gets dull very easily and i would have to sharpen it each time i use it which is pretty annoying and makes you go through the product quickly but overall it's a great drugstore buy if you can catch this on sale i would pick it up but i wouldn't spend the whole 9$ on it :)

I do like this product! I purchased it at Walgreens when they had this on sale for $5. I had to have it because I've been monitoring this product for quite some time. Its very pigment and applies very smooth. It seemed to stay on pretty good, however I only applied it to my upper lash line. I did not use it on my bottom lash or waterlines. I will try that later when I don't have to do too much.
this product really looked like I used liquid eyeliner, which was a plus for me, because I have a hard time using liquid liner. I will update later if this product works on waterlines and lower lash line. It does have a nice staying power though.

This is a great pencil liner, the best of all the drugstore brands I've tried so far. It delivers on its promise of the look of liquid liner - it's very smooth without having to warm it up beforehand, and doesn't skip on my lid. I wore it all day at work today, and the line stayed crisp, and did not fade. It is starting to smudge as my eyelids get oilier, but it's been about 12 hours since I applied it.
Even though it didn't fade, I did still have a small amount of transfer on my top lid, and it didn't stay on my waterline for long at all; in under an hour it had all slid down into my lower lashline. Both of these have happened to me with every pencil liner I've ever owned, and I like the look of this one enough to just deal with it.
I will be buying this again, I like it better than the Colorstay pencil liner.
