LOVE LOVE LOVE! if they discontinue this, ill buy 50 of them. the only luminizer that doesnt get gritty or greasy looking on my skin. i use it on the apples of my cheeks and the bridge of my nose every day. beautiful neutral color. be careful not to OD!! lol
I didn't like this. As much as I wanted to, I didn't. However, I'm not going to say it is a bad product just because it didn't work for my skin tone.
I got this as part of MAC's Upstart kits (Flawless) and I was expecting it to be a highlighter that would give a subtle glow. I found it WAYYY too glittery though. I used the lightest hand and I even tried to buff it out afterwards but the glitter just spread everywhere :S I asked my boyfriend about my make up that day and he commented that I had glitter on my cheeks LOL (failed attempt at highlighting).
I unfortunately have a whole unused MSF now. I think it might work for my chest area during nights out but I haven't tried it.
I think this would work much better for fairer skin tones. Most of the positive reviews are from the fair-skinned ladies so if you fall in that category then give it a try. I have olive/tan skin (Indian skin tone - NC42) and this didn't work for me.
Absolutley love this! It is a great highlight on my cheecks and bridge of nose on my NC15/20 skin tone. Isn't too shimmery or chucky, and deffinatley something to repurchase! I don't mind the price tag scince there is so much product! Will repurchase <3
This is probably one of my favorite, more life changing make up products of all times, third to only concealer and blush. I think it looks beautiful on and you can do so many things with it.....I even like to highlight my collar bones and tops of my shoulders for a really sexy look. I found that it really lasted a long time and it was the FIRST non-liquid mac product that I ever ran out of because I used it so much. The best part about it is that its pressed so no mess. My first experience with highlighter was about 10 years ago....some revlon loose powder. Loved that too but this stuff is divine. It may be too shimmery for some folks, however a nice alternative might be the Smashbox Shimmer...I find it much more muted and natural, but still a nice glow.
This product gave a smooth silky glow to my skin. however it broke me out in a rash infact all of the mineralize range gave me a rash. so if you have sensitive skin i would not advise this product!
I love this product soooo much! It is the perfect highlight for my light skin with pink undertones. It doesn’t make me brake out which is a very big plus for me as I have acne-prone skin. If you apply to much it will look very shimmery and noticeable, so I would recommend using a brush to apply it. It is a bit pricey but it will last you a very long time. I have only had mine for a few months now and I have only made a small dent in it. This will forever be my go to highlighter :-)
I adore this product. Its the perfect tone for my fair skin and has just the right amount of shimmer to highlight your brow bone, cheekbones, bow of your lip, and bridge of nose. I've had it for over a year and barely have made a dent in it so it will last you a very long time; very worth the money.
This is my first MSF to try, I wanted a highlighter and this is so beautiful and perfect for enhancing the cheekbones! I put some under my brows and it made me look very glowy. A little goes a long way with this! I am interested in trying more, its expensive but its a lot of product for sure!
Perfect highlighter! Its not glittery, but it is shimmery if you apply too much. I hate when people say 'natural' glow since nobody looks like this when they wake up. It is obvious that you are wearing highlighter, but its very pretty. I apply this on the highest part of my cheekbones. I only wear this when im wearing bronzer since it shows up as a light golden glow. Ive had mine for over a year and theres only a slight dent in it, and i use a lot!
I think this is a really pretty product. it gives a nice highlight when used on the cheeks/cupids bow/inner corner of eye/down the nose etc and you dont need much to create the desired result - if you put too much on, it looks very shimmery! Although it has a rather hefty price tag, you don't use much each time, so cost per use is very low. For people who want a more obvious highlight, try MAC strobe liquid
