I was looking for my HG under-eye concealer to cover mild-moderate dark circles. I like the texture - smooth and light and easy to blend even though it's a tad too watery. It's the colour collection that sucks - the lightest shade is Light Neutral (which I bought) and it is far too dark and yellow for my NC15 skin. Very disappointed!
I actually got a generous sample from the SA and this is one of the worst eye concealers I've tried. I really wanted to like it, but it also settles into my lines and looks really powdery and dry and accentutes the lines under my eyes and I used light neutral and it gave me raccoon eyes that made the circles more obvious. I tried applying it in different ways, including with a brush a sponge, the smallest amount possible, but layered. Nothing helped. This stuff just is NOT good for under eyes. It wasn't so much the raccoon effect that got me, because I could always try another color or something, but the way it looked kinda powdery and not only settled into my lines, but made my undereye area drier is not something another color can overcome. Bummer, I would certainly not recommend this product at all :( I REALLY wanted to like it too :(
ETA: raised it by one lippie since I've finally found it can be used. I place just the very tip of the brush into the concealer with the smallest possible amount on the brush and use that to cover the circles and its much less of a raccoon look.

Pros: Allergy Tested, 100% Fragrance Free, Ophthamologist Tested, Reduces Puffiness, Wide Range of Color, Did not break me out
Cons: Lightweight coverage and may settle into lines
Really this is a great product for ladies in the 20 - 30 age bracket who have light discoloration and few fine lines around this eyes. While it looks great on me, this product may settle into the wrinkles of an older person.
This has replaced my mac studio fix (which broke me out) but has a completely different feel and lighter, more blendable coverage.
I bought this product in a rush on my brother's wedding day, and instead of using my usual MAC moisturecover (which is similar in both texture and coverage) I used this. It actually worked out very well. I think it contains a couple ingredients that rid me of some of my puffiness, which my MAC concealer does not do. Overall I really like it, and I use less product than with the MAC wand (just a couple dots does the trick) but it doesn't disguise dark circles as well as some may like.
This concealer is disappointing. As other reviewers have noted, you have to use this concealer incredibly sparingly and apply very carefully, or it looks masky. It doesn't blend that well, and It seems to settle in creases. On a positive note, the colors are good.
I've recently started using Lancome's Effacernes undereye concealer and I think it works much better, truly brightens the eyes, covers those dark circles, and gives a soft, matte finish. It comes in a ton of colors, and at $27.50, (almost twice as much as the Clinique) it ain't cheap, but it's worth it!

I tried this concealer once when I was at the counter and thought it did an amazing job of covering up my dark circles. I ended up purchasing the product and found that I was disappointed...I must have been fooled by those terrible lights they always have in department stores :S The color itself it actually quite a good match for me (Medium Honey) but the consistency is just not opaque enough to entirely cover my circles. I use this as sort of a 'base' first and then add a different concealer on top, mostly because I don't want to waste the product. Will not repurchase.
I had heard that clinique all about eyes was an amazing concealer, so I was happy to try it out. I have dark circles and eye bags (even though I'm young) and still searching to find a great concealer.
This was kind of disappointing. I really thought it was going to work well, but it didn't cover up the dark circles and I could literally see the makeup on my skin, even after blending it.
I ADORE this product. After working my first "real" 9-6 job this year, I had to get something to hide the dark circles under my eyes from lack of sleep and stress. I was matched to 04 Medium Petal, which is a perfect match for my fair, yellow based skin. The tiniest dot is all that is necessary. I use my Sephora concealer brush to blend in because it makes it much faster. I should probably use my ring finger instead so that I do not pull the delicate skin around my eyes, but most morning I do not have the patience. That is how the Clinique MUA taught me to apply it. This is also going to last forever.
i am disappointed by this product, although i was kind of suprised by the color/coverage, because it seems to cover up the circles really well. my circles aren't horrid, but i have inherited puffiness, so if i don't wear concealer under my eyes i'm told that i look tired. i was initially really excited about this concealer because it said it reduced puffiness.
like i said, this stuff covers well but after a little while makes my eye area look extremely old, wrinkley and dry. it looks good from far away but up close...yuck! and when i smile....the lines...*shudders*. i guess i am still looking for the perfect concealer...although i don't know if ANYONE has found that yet lolll....

I'm in my mid-30s and have two small children, so I'm getting the double whammy of wrinkles from advancing age and dark circles from lack of sleep. Overall, I'm liking this concealer. It's got a good, light consistency and blends well. I use it over my eyecream and dust just a bit of powder over it to set it, otherwise I find it will crease and really accentuate my undereye lines. I have Light Petal and I find it "wakes up" my eyes when I wear it. You only need to use the smallest amount so one tube will last a long time. I like Clinique products, so I will probably re-purchase this. UPDATE: I'm finding that this stuff settles creases into fine lines as the day goes on, no matter how sparingly I use it or how well I blend. Too bad because it looks so great when first applied. Repurchase: maybe? ...
