I love this color as a lid color with a dark brown like mystery in the crease. Its so pretty and looks n ice even on my fair skin tone. Its one of my favorites right now

I really like this, it gives some wet effect that i love, the only downside is that the reddish tones might make it seem like a dirty brown with certain eyeshadows. but paired with colors like electric eel, or dark browns, it looks great.

Club is just so pretty to look at! LOVE the duochromes from MAC! I'm not sure why everyone is saying it is so overlooked as I was drawn to its unique flash of colors. I think Club is worth getting because it is so much more different and complex than MAC's other browns. As others have mentioned, you NEED to use a primer, paint pot (Blackground is a good one), or shadestick underneath this shadow to bring out the blue green duochrome and true dimension this shadow has in the pan. I like using Club in the crease with ricepaper on the lid. This is also a great smokey, sultry alternative to gray and black smokey eyes. An MA showed me this color layered over MAC Smolder eye kohl and to my pleasant surprise, it turned out a gorgeous bright teal! I also tried this at home with a regular black eyeliner and got the same result :) Try it over a base and I guarantee you will love it!

I'm another user that shares no love for Club.... It has a beautiful duochrome that makes it quite gorgeous and appealing in the pot, a shimmery bluey reflect over a deepened brown - colours that are generally flattering on me. However, I knocked more than a few lippies off because this colour lied to me!! Applied it shows its true colours and the engaging blue/green duochrome and lovely dark brown fades significantly into an earthy red mess that just makes me look like I have been bashed.... being bashed by Club is not something that appeals to me...LOL... but if you like the bruised up look then this might work for you ;) The texture isnt too bad, it can be a little hard to blend, especially over a base like UDPP. This colour really needs to be foiled if you want the ducochrome to be apparent, otherwise, try Blue Brown pigment, its a more honest colour than Club, blends much better and you dont lose the duochrome either.

Mac eye shadows are by far my favorite. Club is one that I have used as a crease color. On my fair skin I used Shroom all over and applied the Club in the crease. I got more of the brown pigment out of the Club than anything. It was ok but with all the other Mac colors to explore, it's not one that I would buy again.

Ugh ... I SO wanted to love this one and with the high reviews on it .. I hate to give it such a bad rating, but I just for the life of me .. can't figure out how to wear this one without looking a little screwy and/or like I've been beaten by someone! In the pan, it looks like a dark smokey blackened blue/green .. upon application, it just looks like garbage! It's a duochrome, and I think that's what makes this morph into something repulsive when put on. It has a very odd reddish cast much like blue/brown pigment. I get none of that deep smoky goodness once I put it on unfortunately. I've tried this sucker over various "bases", layered it to death .. and it always looks the same tragically. The only reason this is even still in my stash is because it's in one of my holiday palettes, where it continues to remain untouched.

This color is awesome. I have it in the novel twist palette. It just goes with so many colors and you can change the color of it simply by using a different base color. I also own blue brown pigment which is a more pigmented version. So gorgeous :-)

This color is described as a muted reddish brown duochrome with green opalescent shimmer. It is a satin. Since this color has a lot of different color looks to it, it goes with SO many other colors. At first, it may look a little dirty, but once you start pairing it with other e/s, you'll fall in love with it. Looks great with vex and shroom. Definitely should give this color a try!!

I got this color in a swap and i tried it once but i just did not like this on me.. I would not buy again...

A great eyeshadow that matches great a variety of colours (reds, teals, purples, etc) as everyone in here has noticed. A newly discovered combination on my part is with sumptuous olive on the lid, since brown and red make SO shimmer.
