This product does not work to clear out your blackheads at all. But I liked this product because of the cream cleanser with the exfoliating beads in it. It feels good on my skin and like its really cleaning my face. Afterwards, it feels baby soft. But it does not work to get rid of blackheads.

Clean n clear have made the mistake of calling this a 'blackhead clearing' cleanser. Of course if u make bogus claims like that people are gonna give it bad reviews! It hasn't done anything for me in that respect. However, as a scrub i really love it. I find it's gentle enough to use once a day. I have normal/dry skin these days and this is one of the only cleansers that doesn't make my skin feel tight afterwards. My skin feels soft and supple after using it, and it gives a nice cooling sensation upon application. Contains salicylic acid so it helps keep my skin clear. My only problem with this is the horrendous smell, but i'm eager to look past that. Not a hg, but it does the job well enough.

I tried this scrub, because I wanted to get rid of my blackheads and it did not work for me. I did not see fewer blackheads at all.
I am still searching for the right product!

Works fine for me. Makes my skin pretty clear.. and its dirt cheap, only sgd3.90 at my neighbourhood beauty shops! It doesn't give me pimples as well. Only grouse is its pretty harsh. Makes my skin red sometimes!

Eh, it's an ok exfoliator. It has not done anything amazing for my skin. If I just wanted a good scrub I would have just bought St. Ives Medicated Apricot scrub. I was hoping to get rid of the tiny blackheads on my nose. They are still there. I will not buy this again as there has got to be something better.

Very creamy, does not leave skin feeling clean. Does not clear blackheads. Pretty poor product.

This product is decent. I do not have a blackhead problem but do sometimes struggle w/ hormone-related adult acne. This cleanser effectively cleanses my face and seems to help combat oncoming breakouts, however, the so-called exfoliating beads seem rather useless. They are diffucult to rinse completely away and even with multiple rinsings you are left with annoying little blue beads all over your sink and washcloth.

I have oily acne prone skin and I think this is a good cheap otc product to include in an acne management regimen. I use this every other day in the shower to exfoliate. My skin needs a lot of that! I would say it's somewhat effective in clearing blackheads. It seems to be a hit or miss thing for the day but it definitely helps control them. If I stop using it for a week I can tell that my blackheads are a lot worse. This also includes salycic acid so you have a chemical and physical exfoliation thing going on which is better than other products. Final note: don't count on this on completely getting rid of your blackheads but it is a good regular exfoliator that helps your blackheads from taking over your face.
