In the late 90s, Tenderheart was my favorite color. I loved the neutral, brown-pink color. The thinness of the lipstick also made it easy to apply. After seeing this shade on me (PPP) in photographs I think it may be too brown. I would probably now buy another shade that's more pink.

I like Clinique's Tenderheart lipstick. It's the kind of lipstick/gloss you can put on without having to worry about lipliner or without having to be concerned with it smudging.

This is my favorite everyday color, and it compliments many skintones. Light and glossy, but doesnt stay on long.

Sheer glossy pinky brown. A surprisingly MLBB on me (NC20). Now I know why there are a lot of raves for this shade, it's neither too pink or too brown - it's very natural looking. The texture of the lipstick glides on very smoothly. Took one lipstick off b/c it can sometimes look too brown/dark.

I'm not really sure what is 'different' about this lipstick, as it seems pretty average to me. There is a very subtle shimmer to this product, which I like, as it softens the colour of the lipstick. It is a pinky/brown colour, but goes on a nude with a hint of pink. Sadly, the product does not wear well.

I really wanted to like this lipstick, but unfortunately it's a little too brown for me (PPP) and tends to make my lips look even thinner than they are...luckily I have a friend who loves it, so I pass my GWP's on to her.

This is a very sheer light brown shade with only a dash of pink tone that leaves a subtle sheen on the lips. As a rule it's too brown for my cool-toned PPP complexion but with the right liner and clothes it can look nice. Being quite sheer it doesn't have great lasting power but it doesn't dry the lips and it feels quite nice to wear. I probably wouldn't repurchase again because I feel it's a bit too brown but Clinique make a range of nude-toned lippies and I prefer the ones that are pinker (eg. Sweet Honey). Clinique do make some great lipsticks. I think it's one of their fortes.

I received this in my Spring 2004 Holt Renfrew GWP. Normally I walk by the Clinique counter with nary a glance but a pretty GWP bag caught my eye and I was smitten.

Tenderheart is a versatile pinkish brown cream shade with no shimmer. I love the light gel texture on my lips. I think that the color lightens my teeth. I might not repurchase just given the size of my lippie collection. Great product otherwise!

This is a staple in my make-up bag. I adore the color and the texture is perfect. I love lipstick and have quite a collection from several manufacturers, but this is the only lipstick I buy over and over. Pair this color with Smashbox's Lip Illusions (a must have) and you have a great mauve, a sheer nude pink, and a red that very fair skinned women can wear.
