This body wash is fantastic! It feels wonderful and the big (24 oz) bottle lasts forever.
Great body wash that lathers well for a moisturizing version. Rinsed all the way and left my skin feeling soft. However I hated the smell, and that's reason enough for me to give it away and not buy it again.
I bought this b/c it was on sale at Wal-Mart for a dollar cheaper than my standby body wash, Oil of Olay's Complete with Shea Butter. I would say that the consistencies of these 2 body washes are very similar, both are very moisturizing. As far as smell, I like the Olay one better. Other than that, they are very comparable, and if this one was on sale again, I'd buy it again.
I love the sent of this body wash. I am african american and my skin is extremely dry but afer using this body was my skin is not dry. I still use lotion but not as much as before. This is a great body wash. I also like Oil olay for extra dry skin with shea butter but I am not to crazy about the scent.
I love anything Dove! I actually use their shampoo and conditioner too. Anyways, this body wash is the best stuff! It's creamy and decadent and moisturizes so well! It also smells so good! Very womanly.. I have only used Dove for 5 years now but when I get other stuff, I'm never satisfied.. This is the best body wash anyone could ever use because it's super gentle. They even have a sensitive skin formula! It's not too bad, pricewise, especially if you buy it at Costco! Then you get two LARGE bottles and some other gifts with it (ie beauty bar and puff). Love it! Won't ever be changing my mind unless they discontinue the stuff!
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just purchased yesterday at CVS and I tried it for the first time today. Talk about results. I live in Michigan and the winter season is the worst for me because my skin is constantly dry, no matter how much heavy cream and vasoline I put on my skin. I love the scent. It's very clean and light hearted. I aso love the creamy texture to the body wash, it almost looks and feels like lotion. No more high priced BBW and fragranced shower ges for me. This one is a keeper! You can't beat the price either. One very generously sized product is only about $4.
very creamy and foams well in the shower. It has a weird heavy petroluem smell to it... not pleasant nor is it repulsive but it just clings to me for a while after rinsing away. Leaves a layer of product which I suppose is to moisturize your skin after washing the foam away. More suited for dry climate countries than the humid environment (Singapore) that i live in.
This is my HG product. If I were on Survivor, I would take Dove body wash, Burt's Bees lip balm, and Lubriderm. Oh and a swiss army knife and my contacts but that's another story.
I, for one, love the Dove scent. I have dry sensitive skin and this body wash leaves my skin very soft. I've been using it for 10 years! It makes a great shaving lotion too.
My whole family uses this body wash, including my two small children. It's non-drying and non-irritating. If I see it on sale at Target, I stock up.
I like this stuff. Seriously. At first I was hesitant on buying it because I really don't like the "dove scent", but after feeling how soft it made my skin, I can handle it. The great thing is that the smell doesn't seem to linger on my skin after showering so I can use this a lot more (I hate the Dove scent). The price was very reasonable (under $4). It is okay at cleaning the skin, but not that great, so I only use it every other day.
My only complaint is the scent, I hate that faint smell of talc or whatever it is that plagues this bottle.
Despite that minor (or major) problem I recommend this body wash.
By the way, did I mention that I hate the Dove scent? ;)
