Smells great, lightweight formula, and provides great heat protection.
I have gone through 4 bottles of this stuff! I love it, it works so well and is really reasonably priced, instant protection!
This stuff is incredible.
Typical of TRESemme products, it looks super professional and expensive, even though it's ridiculously cheap. It also smells AMAZING. The I-really-want-to-eat-my-hair-right-now kind of amazing. My hair is ridiculously resistant to heat styling, and as a result I have to use the second highest setting on my curling iron to get proper curls. I also have frizzy, uncooperative hair, but this spray tamed and protected it from the heat. My hair looked shiny and soft, and I think that it's fair game for any hair type, really.
Don't believe the hype. Pleasant fruity smell, leaves hair moderately soft, but frizzy. I think it's too watery to offer heat protection, plus I don't want water in my hair while I straighten (burns it) and wet hair puts the wave back in. Lame
I was extremely lazy when it came to caring for or styling my hair or any sort of beauty regiment. But after I became consistent with taking better care of myself, I noticed some amazing results! I also decided that in order to keep my results, I should invest in a heat protectant. I heard a great review of the TRESemme one, so I decided to get it.
Here's a chronological list of my reactions to this product.
1) It's everywhere, so easy to find.
2) Cool looking bottle, professional / expensive looking.
3) Wow, it's only 5 bucks?
4) Oh Dear God! This stuff smells absolutely amazing!
5) Ooooh I like the spray, a fine consistent mist.
6) My hair use to feel hot when I blow dried my hair, but it's cool to the touch now!
7) I remember why I never blow dry my hair now, the frizzies, I want to see if my hair gets fro-ie.
8) Not perfectly sleek, but it leaves my hair looking like I air dried it.
9) My hair is so soft and smells so good right now, I want to eat it!
10) Sweet Mother of Mercy, my hair is so soft, and light, and smells so nice!
I didn't expect "Huzzah" and "Hallelujah" results, but WOW! It's pretty amazing stuff!
My hair seems drier and frizzier after I use this, so I quit using it, what's the point.
This is my first heat protectant product ever! shhhh don't tell anyone, lol. The smell is nice and the stream isn't outrageous, gives a nice even mist. I spray it before blowdrying my hair, or applying any sort of heat to my hair.
Bought this due to high recommendations from MUA and I have to say I am not disappointed! Smells good, is cheap, and works well! Doesn't leave your hair with a gross sticky film like other heat protectors I've used. A little bit goes a long way.
YAY to my first review in MUA!
Reason why I've chosen this product as my first review is because it has NEVER FAILED me.
I used to think I didn't need any heat protector to my hair until I felt my BFF's hair - soft as! I always wondered why my hair wasn't as soft as hers until I got this. It made my hair so soft after spraying (heavy handedly) on wet hair and then blow drying. My comb runs through it much easier than before and on top of that I noticed that my hair was always "tame" and manageable, meaning never frizzy or messy and lifeless.
You have to get this product if you are a person like me - oily hair, resorting to washing and blow drying (I hate the feeling of wet damp hair on my head) everyday.
I've recommended this to a few friends and all of them has repurchased.
Trust me it works for the price you pay - I've bought heaps and intend to buy more when mine runs out! <3 MY HG! continued >>
First and only heat protectant I've ever used and I can swear it doesn't do much of anything...actually it may cause more damage. I can wait any hour after I put this on to straighten my hair and I can still smell the product burning as if it was just sprayed, yet my flat iron doesn't burn my hair otherwise. Plus the scent...oh dear lord, everyone I walk buy asks what the heck I'm wearing...yes its that strong and I've had family members go into choking fits. Overall its probably better than nothing...but I think I'll try something else.
