I purchased this product today, in the norma/dry formula, and am so far really pleased. My bottle is a slightly different packaging to the one displayed in the picture, it doesn't contain "softflex" and the cap displays "24 hrs". Oddly enough, the tester bottle for this WAS the one displayed in the picture above, so I figure they're the same anyway. While the bottle is attractive enough, it is a real pain, hence why I only gave it 4 lippies. It has no pump, and you're left with having to pour the product out of a big hole. Not the most efficient and can be very annoying, but the product itself makes up for this. Before I brought this I had been using Clarins Ever Matte (£12 more than this), and whilst I was quite happy with it, I was still searching for my HG foundation. After hearing rave reviews I purchased this, and it hasn't disappointed me yet. In the Clarins I was matched up to Ivory, but in Revlon I am Buff (Revlon's Ivory was far too pale for me), which I think is a better colour on me than the Clarins as it has more of a yellow undertone and evens out my red patchy areas. I applied this without primer with an Ecotools kabuki brush and set with Max Factor creme puff powder. It's a better coverage than Clarins and I felt it made my skin look healthier, and it covered my large pores well. I only had to touch up a few pimples and apply under eye concealer, but I didn't expect it to completely cover all that anyway (my skin is a nightmare). What really impressed me about this is it's staying power. After a very intense workout and lots of sweating, it still remained flawless - I can believe that it WOULD last many, many hours and as I've heard mentioned, would require a good cleanser or makeup remover to remove. For a foundation, that, to me, is amazing. I've never had a foundation last through such "trauma" as this has today.

For a high street foundation it is very good, and beats many of it's more expensive counterparts. Give it a try!

For the past couple of months I have been using the Maybelline foundations because I could not find a decent foundation. I was tired of wasting money on products that didn't work so I stuck with the Maybelline. Don't get me wrong it's an okay one. It got me through. But even the lightest shade did not go with my skin tone. I came across the Revlon Colorstay and I was very wary of buying it but I went ahead anyways and I LOVE it. Yes, it is thick but personally I like that. It's more coverage and I love full coverage. I get the combo/oily skin one and it works perfectly. As soon as it dries it stays dry. No oils leak through. I almost don't even need powder to set it but I do anyways just for the heck of it. I do not need as much as I would have used before. All day it stays on my face. Dry and no oily shine. By the end of the day before, my foundation would be blotchy and sliding off. With this, it's still on and working. It is hard to get off even with face wash but I don't see that as a big deal. Another thing I like is it doesn't transfer! Before when I go to hug someone the makeup would rub off on their clothes. This, it stays on. If you have a hugging party, I would recommend this :P. Honestly, I don't see cakeyness unless the colors are horribly different. Other than that it just looks like you are wearing makeup. And! One last thing, the scent. My eyes are super sensitive so I cannot use any product with any kind of scent or they start to burn. This has no scent to me. So if you have sensitive skin or eyes, this should work pretty well.

This was a very thick, hard to blend consistency. Always leaves my looking cakey.

By far, this is one of the best foundations I have ever tried. I have tried Chanel, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, Make Up Forver etc... I hate wearing foundation because it makes me feel like there's an extra layer on my face and it's clogging my pores. But this foundation makes me feel like I am not wearing one and it matches my complexion colour very well. The coverage is quite good as well. I have dark south east asian skin colour and I am using Hale/Toast. The only disadvantage of this product is that it doesnt have a pump. But with this price, it's def worth it and I would buy again!!!

By far my favorite drugstore foundation. I was so skeptical about this foundation because of the bad reviews it had which i don't know why it would have bad reviews. But i ran out of my Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation, and i don't live close to a Sephora so i had to buy a drugstore one until i went to the mall. Anyways, damn i brought 5 different foundations before i bought this one. Big mistake i kept having to go return every foundation because they were complete crap. This one is perfect. It stays on my face ALL DAY and i don't have to wear a primer underneath anymore, and i had to wear a primer with LM one. It leaves a flawless finish, not cakey at all. Definitely recommend to people with oily skin. I'm in the shade 250 Fresh Beige because i haven't been in the sun but i'll definitely need a darker shade in the summer. Definitely sticking to this foundation. Especially because its only 10 dollars while the Laura Mercier one is 45 dollars. Yeahh i save a lot of money!

I have been using this for about two years. I stray and try others, but I always come back. It really does work very well as far as staying power goes. It can get a little cakey, but I live in the epitome of a humid climit and I have yet to find any foundation that can withstand the SE Texas elements. However, this one does a pretty decent job. Setting this with my MAC Mineralize Skinfinish gives me a few hours of near perfection. Do make sure and blend, blend, and then blend some more around the perimeters, as this foundation has a big tendency to show lines more than any other I've used. Keeping that in mind though and finding a good powder to go along with it make it definitely a keeper.

I bought this foundation with high expectations. The color match was ok but the consistency was very thin and there is no pump so it is way too messy. The opening on the top is too big so i cant even shake the bottle with my finger over it to get the product like I can L'oreal true match. For the money I will buy the whipped version because it is way better and doesnt leave my face sticky.

Very disappointed at this product, read up on reviews which recommended foundation but feel as though I have wasted my money. Shade was not a good match, did not like consistency found it very thin and did not like the dispensing of foundation. There was no pump and did not come out easy.
Would not buy again :(

I had heard many good reviews on this product and was excited to try it. It was on the more expensive side as far as drugstore foundations go, but i still bought it. I tried it that day, only to find that it was a waste of money. I have pretty good skin other than minor acne scarring but this foundation didn't even cover that. It had very light coverage and didn't do much for my skin. Anouther down side is that even though i got it in the dry skin formula, it clung to all my little dry patches even though i moisturized before applying the foundation. It left my skin looking uneven and blotchy, and my acne scars were still completely showing! Maybe i just got a defected foundation, but i was really hoping for better out of this product! :(

I tried this out after hearing so many beauty gurus on YouTube rave about this foundation. I used MAC's studio fix fluid for years and hated it, wanting something better but couldn't find something with great coverage that didn't break me out. I tried this (I find its expensive for drugstore, only down side) and I love it. I have oily skin and this leaves me matte all day, doesn't feel heavy which is my biggest pet peeve, doesn't have an annoying smell, has great coverage.. I just love this stuff. I threw my MAC out as soon as I started using this. Great stuff.
