Purchasing this product during the summer months in California was probably not the best choice for me as I tan easily. So unfortunately this came out way too light on my skin tone. As soon as my boyfriend called me Mulan, I knew I had to stop using this. As far as coverage goes, this really did not hide the blemishes too well. I had to add another layer to my face, which is probably what made my face look even whiter. I can't see how this could work on medium skintones. I'll update this review in the winter when I give it another try.

This bb cream is good for oily skin and has an amazing finish. Although I still get oily throughout the day, this bb cream does reduce oiliness. I expect that someone with oily skin that isn't too terrible will find this helpful. I also love the finish -- it's flawless and dewy! As for people with blemishes, this bb cream has pretty good coverage, as it can go from sheer to medium. If you go sheer, this looks so pretty and natural. You can definitely build, but of course, the more you put on, the less natural you will look. The packaging is awesome as well, which, aside from being cute and elegant, makes dispensing the product super easy.
As for the claims... I can't say anything about anti-wrinkle yet but I definitely do see improvement in terms of brightening and this does do a good job of keeping my skin hydrated without contributing to oiliness. Also, I am acne-prone but this has never broken me out (except when I take naps in it, which is a huge no-no).

The only downside is that this is pretty white. I don't think it will work for those with skin darker than NC20. If you're worried about a grey cast, don't be -- it definitely goes away in a couple of minutes.

I have combination skin, where i am oily on my T Zone. I do not like to put foundation on as I always feel like it suffocates my face. However this BB cream is light weight and doesn't "weigh down" on my face. It also lasts pretty much throughout the day for me. It does leave a dewy look after application, but if you put on powder, you will achieve the mattified look.
The only problem I think there will be ( I have not finished the bottle yet) is that there will be quite a bit of product left over due to the pump bottle design.

I have tried MANY bb creams...this is one of my two favorites. When I used this for the first time I thought that there was no way that this would work for me...upon application it is VERY light (I am NC-25), and it had a gray cast. Several minutes later it adjusted to my skintone and looked quite natural. This bb cream evens my skintone and covers redness, however, I do still need and use concealer on any blemishes and on my undereye area. It works well with my combination skin, provides moderate oil control, and it has not caused me to break out, which is a problem that I have had with other bb creams. This by no means makes my skin look flawless, but I do like this for everyday wear as it looks much more natural than foundation. The SKIN79 Gold is better for winter when my skin is more dry, the SKIN79 Orange did not work for me as the color never adjusted and stayed far too light (I wanted to love this because of the SPF 50), and the SKIN79 Diamond Absolute has better coverage but makes my skin look oily.

Wore this and it oxidized to a very pale me (too whitening) I am a NW25-30 and found this did not match me at all. I'm disappointed.

This BB cream is amazing! I'm in love with it since i purchased this back in november. I have oily/combination skin so I have a problem with oily areas as well as dry areas and using this BB cream my skin just feels amazingly even. Coverage is really good and very buildable, looks natural, it's really easy and quick to apply and the color matches a lot of skin tones.
Don't be scared if it looks way too pale for you at first. Leave it for about 5 minutes and you will start to see that it adapts to your skintone nicely.
The SPF is a plus for lazy girls like me who don't feel like using sunscreen before makeup. lol
I'm just in love with this bb cream in general. Too bad it makes some people break out. I never really had any issue with this product so I guess it depends on your own skin but anyways I recommended this product to my friends and I recommend it to everyone who likes the natural but yet flawless look!

I bought this bb cream after hearing so many great stuff about it. I'm asian (indo-chinese) with combination skin, and my skin color isn't as fair as other chinese girls (NC30). I read many reviews that this bb cream make them look greyish or that it's too fair, but for me i think it's just perfect. I love the colour, texture and smell of it. Also, My face usually start producing oil on the T-zone 1hr after wearing makeups, but this bb cream has pretty good oil control. For daily use I just wear this on top of my skin serum and put transparent powder on top of it if necessary.
So far it hasn't cause any breakouts, but I'm not very prone to acne.
Also, the price is affordable, esp if you buy them in asia.

I got few samples of this BB cream from my friends and really shocked how it could make my face look smooth and flawless after applying. But after few hours set on, my face begin oily in a understandable way, I mean it was oily but not that much, I still could handle it by using blotting papers. I was so amaze after soaking the oil in the morning, it could stay on my face until afternoon, without re-touch up and break out. Overall, I LOVE this BB cream, but i do still need BB cream that can stay on my super duper oily face last longer.

I desperately wanted to love this BB cream. After hearing all the glowing reviews about the Skin79 range of BB creams I went and bought the Pink & the VIP Gold but unfortunately both broke me out. I have dry/combination skin which is sensitive and post Yasmin, it is now also acne prone.

PROS: with the right moisturiser, this BB cream absorbs very well into the skin and has good staying power. It is not too drying for my dry combination skin. The texture & consistency is lovely.Thickish liquid - but not mousse like. Had a nice scent & blended in very well - it visibly filled in all my pores and coverage is sheer bit ok once powder was added. Controlled oily T-zone. I was so in love with this product I tried it on for 2 weeks despite suffering terrible breakouts.

CONS: It really broke me out. After checking out some of the ingredients, this is not a great BB cream for people with acne-prone skin.

TIPS: My skin became very oily and this BB cream slid all over my face and came off when I was using Estee Lauder Hydrationist (the normal & the dry version made no difference) but when I switched to a lighter lotion - Olay lotion for sensitive skin, this BB cream absorbed and stayed on my face. As this BB cream already has moisturiser in it, you just need something very light underneath.

Thank God! After 8 years of wearing Make Up, and searching for the right "foundation" with the right coverage I found it.
This BB Cream is AMAZING. I'm a NW 20 and I was a little sceptical because all the good rewiews were written by girls with NC15/20/25. It evens out my skintone perfectly and it feels so good on my skin. It also solves my oily T-Zone problem. :)
You don't have to set it with powder...in fact it looks better without any powder on top. It doesn't move around, even if its hot and humid outside.
And the best thing is: it makes my skin look so healthy and vital WITHOUT make up. I don't know what's in there but it works wonders! I love this stuff. If they ever discount it, I will cry for the rest of my life.

PS: the only thing I don't really understand is the difference between the gold label and the pink label. It looks the same, it feels the same... wtf?!
