I bought this to try after having bad luck with Quo's dual-phase eye makeup remover for waterproof makeup. This removes my waterproof mascara and Liquidlast eyeliner fairly easily without turning my eyelids into a red, irritated, chapped mess like the Quo stuff did. It's also unfragranced, so my eyes don't tear up from the fumes of it (which was another problem I had with the Quo remover). It's oil-free, which only means it doesn't contain the traditional oils that most eye makeup removers use as a base. However, it doesn't mean it doesn't feel greasy, since there are other ingredients other than oil that can leave a greasy residue. I don't find this product to be particularly greasy (far less so than most other eye makeup removers), but I do always remove my eye makeup before washing my face, so I wash any residue away after anyways.
As an additional bonus, I like that the bottle on this product doesn't have a flip cap. I find flip caps to be a lot more messy and prone to leaking during travel, so I like that this bottle just has a regular screw-on cap.
I like this eye makeup remover. I would recommend it.
The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 is because it still doesn't remove Covergirl waterproof mascara very well (though I haven't found any product yet that does). In my opinion, Covergirl's waterproof mascaras are by far the most difficult to remove (LashBlast WP in particular, but also LashExact WP).

Wow, I love this stuff! It fixes my eye makeup oopsies in a flash. I use this to fix my eyeliner. Works great with a cotton swab. There's a funny story about this product. I used it for the longest time and it was oily to me. I was thinking to myself the name is a liar because this product is extremely oily. I read the directions and it said "Shake Well" and I did that and that has made the difference. I don't get that super oily feeling on my eyes anymore when I fix my eyeliner. I have to admit this product stings a tiny bit so I have to wash my eyes w/ warm water right after I use this product. Also, this product is pretty affordable, around $6 or $7. This is a great product!

I love finding a less expensive alternative to a product I love, and this has definitely replaced my $30 Chanel BiPhase eye makeup remover. It works just as well just as gently without any breakouts. There *is* a greasiness to it that the Chanel remover lacks, but as I only use eye makeup remover as an extra boost *before* my oil cleanser when wearing heavy eye makeup, that point is moot since I wash it all off with my normal cleanser anyway. $7 is a steal compared to the aforementioned $30, and since I don't use this all the time anyway (my oil cleanser removes almost all of my makeup) my one bottle will last forever. HG-worthy for sure.

Amazing! :) It doesn't sting your eyes and it applies the product gently on the eye-it doesn't sting unless you rubb on your eyelid with the product. One of my favorite eyemakeup removers by far!

This product removes my waterproof eye makeup easily and better than the $15 remover I brought from The Body Shop! It is a bit oily when you put it on, compared to other removers, but if you shake the bottle before you apply it, it's not that bad and removes all traces of makeup instantly. I also like that you don't have to use a lot and the bottle lasts a long time. I brought this on sale for $7 and will definitely buy again.

This basically does what you would want an eye makeup remover to do. It removes eyeshadow and liner effectively, but does leave behind some residue of mascara as its formula is made to be gentle. It did not irritate my eyes or the delicate skin around them at all, so It would be great for those with sensitive skin, but not for those who wear extremely heavy eye makeup.

I rarely use eye makeup remover because my oil cleansing method is enough for daily eye makeup. But if I wear strong smoky eyes for a night out, then I have to bust out the eyemakeup remover to get off all the residual. This product is great! You get a lot of bang for your buck (I think I paid $8 at the drugstore) and I've had it for more than 6months and there's still 4/5 of the bottle left. I think it's cool how there's two layers (oil and hydro) in it which you shake up so the oils are emulsified and can do it's magic. One swipe and all the fibers from my Fiberwig mascara comes off too

This product effectively removes makeup but also leaves a greasy residue which makes my eye feel uncomfortable. Secondly, as a contact lens wearer, it made my eye very very oily, prompting my eye doctor to tell me to stop using it as it was causing a build up of oil in my eye. Not worth the buy.

This product does remove/make it easier to remove eye makeup. This is why I didn't give it a one rating.
On the other hand, it also makes it a point to move product all around the eye, making it harder to remove. This also strings the hell out of my eyes, leaves my vision cloudy and leaves a greasy film. I can't understand the greasy part due to it being "oil free." The corners of my eyes were irritated as well. I'm NOT going to damage that fragile skin and get crows feet early because a makeup remover is poorly made.
I had to use baby wipes to clean up this removers mess and to clean up the remainder of the makeup.
i've had better luck with the baby wipes and vaseline.

Obviously not repurchasing and would not recommend.
