FIND IT AT: Drug stores
J’ADORE:
1. PACKAGING: Sleek pencil look with the texture of cream but vibrancy of a shadow and same intensity as a liquid. Easy to use, if you can draw a line then you can use this.
2. COLORS: Very vibrant and rich. I own purple and emerald green and they are fun way to experiment with and helps make e/s pop. You can even use it as an all over e/s shadow instead of just as a liner.
3. TEXTURE: Is smooth, creamy, and glides easily and is a dupe for UD 24/7 liner.

Almost impossible to sharpen. Darker, truly intense color but smudges after an hr or so.
wow. i really like this eyeliner. i've tried a bunch of drugstore pencil liners, and this is my favorite. i got it in black, and it was sold out in the targets i went to, so i had a feeling it'd be a good product.
PROS:
-pigmentation. this stuff is really black. just the way i like it =D when they say extra intense, they mean it.
-it stayed on my top eyelid for the whole day! granted, i applied it around 2:30 PM today .. and it's almost 10 PM, but i still think that's friggin impressive. note: i have xtremely oily lids, and i also primed my eyes with two faced s.i., and mac painterly
-the price
-it claims to give the intense look of a liquid liner. i use liquid liner every day, and i have to agree with that claim
-i hate when the cap on a pencil liner comes off easily, and colors the inside of my purse. that hasn't happened yet ; )
CONS:
- i love using liner on my waterline, and when i use this one it only lasts for a few hours
-limited selection of colors
-wish it came in a waterproof version
overall, good job l'oreal. please don't discontinue this!

Love this! This eyeliner is like Urban Decay 24/7 liner only it doesn't cost as much! I love how it goes on and stays put! And it's only $9 compared to Urban Decay for $18.
My absolute favorite eyeliner ever!! It is amazing! I have plum, brown, and emerald. Emerald is so freaking gorgeous! They are sooo creamy and glide on effortlessly! About $8.
I happened to find the emerald and plum ones at the Dollar Tree and I figured, what the heck, I'll try them. I have to say, I really like them, especially the pigmentation of the emerald one. They provide just enough pop of color and they stay put pretty well. They do remind me of UD's 24/7 liners and for this priceI may just go buy a few more for backup.

I bought this completely at random without reading any reviews or even hearing about this product. I was at Walgreens and needed an eyeliner right then because I had an eye irritation and rubbed all my eyeliner off... so I grabbed this in blackest black and applied it as soon as i left the store. I love how smooth and creamy the liner is. It seems like it would smear easily because of how soft it is, yet it barely budged all day. The best thing about this liner is how dramatically dark and glossy it is, it seriously looks like thick liquid liner when its wet, and it stays that way all day. I want to get this in other colors as well now that I know how great it is, this is my new favorite eyeliner, at least until MAC kohl power Feline returns.
Update:
This does get smeary, not as bad as some liners but I had said before that it doesnt smudge, and I guess I jumped the gun. I still like it but I prefer a cream liner for staying power on the waterline.
I bought this about a month ago after reading the reviews here. I'm in love! I keep recommending it on the boards. Today, for example, I put it on my waterline around 1pm, went to class, came home, took a 3 hour nap (while wearing contacts) woke up, and an hour and a half after I woke up I took a picture of my eye and posted it on the boards. After the long day and nap the stuff holds up on your waterline. Yes, there was smudging and specks from sleeping, but it was still on my waterline. And if not for sleeping, it would still be a very rich black. This stuff is the best for the waterline and tight-lining, and good for lining the upper lids, but not so much for a thin line. If you work with it, you can get a thin line, but need to do some smudging/fixing with a Q tip. It really has a rich black color and looks like liquid liner on the upper lids. It does not move! It's really soft and rich, so sharpen gently. Try it, seriously! I added 2 pics from two separate times when I wore it. Once on the waterline, tightline, and upper lids, and the other just on the waterline after the long day and nap.
EDIT*** I've had this pencil for a long time now, and I'm really over it. Sharpening it is stressful because you can't get a perfect point, if you try to it breaks, and it needs to be sharpened way too often. I still like how long lasting it is, but it's too much trouble to work with. I won't be repurchasing. I'm using the NYX Slide On now, and it's really similar, but sharpens sooo much better.
I bought this eyeliner after reading the reviews. LADIES THIS IS THE BEST YET!!!! I turned my daughter on to it n she uses the black every day now. It glides on like velvet and stays put! The brown is rather boring tho. I do hope they come out with a bronze color n perhaps navy because this is the best pencil liner available yet.. You must have this liner! ATTENTION OLDER EYES LIKE MINE! This is an excellent liner but very thick especially when its dry almost like poster paint. Im not liking that for my older eyes although this has become my 20 yr olds fav. EL doublewear eyeliner is super!

Wow this product gets some pretty high reviews, and I have to agree! I agree with everything: It's very, very black. Creamy. And it stays!!!! A GREAT DS alternative to some of the more pricey UD eyeliners etc. at Sephora. Honestly you can't go wrong with this. I have it in black, and can't wait to try to other colors. I've used up my whole pencil almost. Next time you're at the DS pick this up!
