i love this stuff. it is one of my favorites. it does clump a tiny bit and it looks a little flakey but i dont get flakes on my face. but i really dont mind. i think it gives dramatic eyelashes which i love...!

I had terrible irritation with this mascara and whilst I do have sensitive eyes I have never had a problem with other mascaras at all until this one. Shame because it is actually quite good and gave good length and volume but I can't use it anymore.

I keep buying it for the big, fat brush. It grabs every eyelash with just a few run-throughs and I hardly ever experience any clumping. It definitely serves as a good replacement for more expensive brands when you don't have the cash to splurge.

I'm unsure at the moment if I would buy this again or not. Just something about it I'm not sure about. Maybe I need to use it for longer to get a feel for it. So far from using it, I can say that it doesn't smudge or clump with is very good but it doesn't really do anything different to my eyelashes that another mascara couldn't, very unsure.

Love it, I went back and played about with more coats and I really like it. It doesn't clump or look unnatural which is a first for black mascara on me because I'm so fair! I gave it a four because the smell is horrible! You can't smell it when it's on but you can when you are using it.

i have never in my life bought 3 of the same mascaras in a row. i have always changed from one to another but i wont do that with this one.
i love love love it. it makes my lashes so pretty and long and gives good volume.
will definately repurchase again

I've tried this for the past few days now.. and honestly it's not too bad after a couple of coats (after the first coat is dry of course). I have long, somewhat droopy eyelashes and it definitely gives my lashes a little more "full" yet clean look; even my boyfriend noticed! It's a good deal for an everyday wear because of its price and the 'naturality' it gives you. I would not, however, use this for a BOLD look... it just won't work.

Despite all the horrible reviews on this product, I love it.
It has all the qualities a great mascara should have, lengthening, volumizing, curling and seperate lash coatings. I LOVE IT!

I would actually give this a 3.5. I've seen some people obtain really dramatic results with this mascara, but it just doesn't work that well for me. I can get pretty nice results, but I have to reaaally work with it and build it up while trying to not clump at the same time. I don't like the way the brush feels. The brush is big, but the texture is weird and doesn't feel nice on my lashes. The smell is also annoying. I think they were trying to make it smell like DiorShow, but it just smells cheap and the smell lingers.

I usually use waterproof mascara just in case I get caught in the rain but trying to take it off every night felt like I was mistreating my lashes and eye area.. so i decided to get this mascara since I love the maybelline volum' express waterproof mascaras. This mascara layers on pretty well but it does not hold curls at all. My lashes then look super straight which takes away the effect of putting on mascara in the first place. Now I'm not sure what to do with this product because I feel like using it defeats the purpose of putting on mascara.. but I don't want to throw it away or have to buy another mascara. Definitely wouldn't buy again..

Love this stuff. For the price, you just cant beat it. Makes my lashes thick and long and you really cant tell the difference between this stuff and the more expensive stuff. There are certain things I will spend more money on but mascara is not one of them, especially with stuff like this around.
