I LOVE this shadow very very much! it's very glittery n very very pigmented...just a swipe and u can see the colour...and the texture is super soft...love this to bits!
OMG the score here is too low for this amazing product, but then again it's nice to realize that I'm one of those lucky people that this doesn't turn orange, too glittery, frosty or too sheer. For me this is HG material! On my NW20 color, and hazel eyes this shade looks like heaven. It's my secret to sexy bambi eyes.I was like 'WOW' even when I swatched it on the back of my hand in the store and I was stunned the results when I see it on me on my first try at home. The texture and versatility are the other benefits in addition to the super pigmentation. It's just like a pressed form of pigments!
Love this shadow, I where it with chanel brun kohl and MAC woodwinked when i want definition or alone with mascara for a my lids but better effect. Very soft, with a slight shimmer that just makes you look radiant without trumpetting to the world 'I'M WEARING MAKEUP'. As with all MAC eyeshadows - very high quality, with great packaging (small black round flip-top with clear panel in lid so you can see the colour inside). High pigment concentration so you only have to use a little bit, and one pot of this will last for ever.
I have tried, and tried, and tried some more... For some reason this eye shadow does not work for me. Too orange, alas. I can usually do gold, but bronze-dipped peach is obviously a big mistake. Bummer. It truly is a beautiful color. I envy you warm girls!!! Everything about this eye shadow is right - except for the way that it looks on me... It is probably the grittiest lustre out there and I would not recommend touching it with your fingers; that feeling alone is a turn-off! However, a good base (I used CCB) and a good brush (239 is my weapon of choice) would do it for you! I just wanna lie in the shower and cry...
I love honey lust. Its the perfect nude/nuetral on my eyes. It has sparkles, but they actually stay on your lids! I love to pair it up with tan pigment-one of my favorite neutrals!
WHY is honey lust so underrated?I loved this shade. It has sparklen shimmers in it.Its a light apricot colour so light to be orange.I really loved the shade. It works well with browns, neutrals, taupes and bronzes.I am very happy with my purchase and would definetly buy it again.
Love this shadow -- I know lots of guys/gals hate the lustre formula, but I actually like it. Excellent base shade!
What a great color. I saw it and had to have it. I have several MAC eyeshadows and all are great, but this one and Honesty are my favorites. Looks really beautiful on. Will be repurchasing when I run out.

A chunky, glittery bronze when packed on the lid, as a wash it looks golden.
Too orange and glittery for my liking right now. Better color than “mythology” which was WAY too pink and copper for my taste. Honey lust would be a great color if I was into glitter at the moment, but I’m not. Application is easy to pack on the lid and wears well, especially with eye primer, but the glitter falls all over my lashes and face while applying, a major drawback. On the other hand, Honey Lust looks great with most makeup combinations, I like it most as a wash over greens and darker purples, or alone while faking a tan. Pretty for a night out but not the day. Pigmentation is good for a glitter eye shadow but I think this looks better on medium toned girls than on PPPs like me. Will not repurchase. NC15-20, light green eyes, brownish/blonde hair.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this eyeshadow. I'm not gonna bother describing the color because descriptions in other reviews were pretty accurate. I do not have a problem with it's staying power but because I have oily eyelids, my first step in my eye makeup is either Urban Decay Primer Potion or Mary Kay Eyeshadow Primer. My favorite combo is Honey Lust on the eyelid with swimming and gorgeous gold in the crease and idol eyes as a highlighter. My eyes are deep green with goldish flecks in them, and I always get tons of compliments when I wear this eyeshadow!! *NW15, blonde hair, green eyes)
