I had wanted to give Moroccan Oil a try, before finding the price wasn't within my budget. A search for a duplicate product led me to try the Argan Oil Treatment at my local Sally Beauty Supply. I'm pleased to report that it works beautifully for me, as I have thick, somewhat frizzy and coarse hair. It leaves it shiny with no frizz, and seems to enhance my natural hair color. A little goes a long way, I would repurchase this.
I purchased the sample size from Sally's because I did not want to regret purchasing this if it did not work for my hair. So far, I like this argan oil because it makes my hair feel softer and more manageable. I use after the shower and before I use heat appliances. Overall, a good product that works for my fine, brittle hair.
I bought this product as an alternative to Moroccan Oil, which I was too cheap to try ;) I've been using it for a few weeks. I like the way it makes my hair feel soft and silky, adds shine AND definitely cuts down my drying time. If you have thick hair like me, you know how precious something that cuts down your drying time is. It gets crap for the cones, BUT as someone who was CG for almost 2 years, then low-sulfate, no cones for another year, I can honestly say that my hair just looks consistently better with the "evil" cones. It may be "bad" but shiny, healthy, smooth hair doesn't lie, in my opinion.
EDIT: I have since switched to MorrocanOil. It works somewhat better for me, however I still think if you're on a budget, this product is a decent alternative.

Wanted to try Morrocan/Aragon oil after seeing MakeUpGeek on YouTube rave about it. After a long summer of fun in the sun-my already dry and color treated hair needed help. I couldn't bring myself to spend the $45 for the original Morrocan oil but then I purchased this in Sallys for only $10 after watching another YouTuber (nurberxo) compare the two products.
After applying to damp hair and letting air dry I really didn't notice a huge difference-It did feel softer and I loved the way it smells. I flat ironed my hair and-WOW- there was the difference-It was much easier to staighten my hair and something I hadn't seen in a long time SHINE!! In the past I have tried olive oil, coconut oil, almost tried motor oil at one point (just kidding) and nothing has ever worked like this. I will definitely re-purchase. Best $10 I have ever spent on myself.

WOW!!! This product performed a miracle on my fine, dry, crazy frizzy/ poofy and damaged hair- making it soft and manageable without feeling heavy or tacky. One'n'Only is the best silicone-type product I've ever used- and I've tried most of them.
I purchased this after reading the glowing reviews for Moroccan Oil and decided to purchase the less expensive version. So, I can't compare the two.
In the drier winter weather I usually use Sebastian Whipped Cream or Paul Mitchell Foaming Pomade over a good amount of PM's Super Skinny Serum...I think I may have found a replacement for a least the Super Skinny Serum- which is thicker and harder to distribute on finer hair than One'n'Only. I'll have to update as the air becomes drier.
Day two update: Will wonders never cease? Usually, two days post shampoo, my hair is greasy and limp at the scalp and very dried-out and snarly at the ends. Well, not with this product. ( FYI: I do not apply any of these products near my roots- ever! Will flatten and gunk up fine hair fast!) My hair looks almost as fresh as it did yesterday-it's only slightly oily at the scalp and the rest just (still) feels like silk ...Wow. Just, wow.

I do love my flip-top caps, and wish this product had one... other than than, it's just about perfect. My hair is curly, frizzy, thick, and ... well, rebellious. This product makes air-drying a real possibility (though I'm not wild about my the shape of my natural curls), and makes blow-drying an absolute pleasure! My hair is shiny and super-soft, now, and I am a VERY happy camper. Sally's has a generous return policy so try it... if you don't love it, take it back.... chances are, though, you'll like it, too!
MoroccanOil is my HG. I typically don't have good luck with "knock-offs" from Sallys - until now! I get exactly the same results from this product as MoroccanOil. The price is, of course, SO much better ($10 vs $40). I also like the plastic, squeezy bottle. Thanks to MUA for the recommendation!

I love One n Only's Argan Oil shampoo and conditioners so I thought for sure I would love this. For me, it's just....eh...no big deal. I don't hate it but I don't love it. I think maybe it has to do with the fact that I don't really heat style my hair and it seems most reviewers love this for blow drying or flat ironing hair. I was expecting this serum to make my hair look super shiny and conditioned and tame whatever little flyaways I have that my wonderful argan oil conditioner didn't get. For me, it doesn't do anything for my hair. I apply a dime size on wet hair and my hair looks exactly as it would have if I didn't apply this serum. A good thing is it doesn't make your hair greasy which is great but I think they could've added a little more argan oil to this. After I'm done with this, I think I'll try the proclaim version of this since there are a ton of raves on that one as well.

I absolutely have to say that I LOVE this product. I have heard many rave reviews about it and was a little skeptical because I also heard great things about another expensive version of this, which is crap in my opinion.
I bought this for about $2 when the beauty supply was having a great sale. Everyone kept saying it leaves your hair so soft, etc. I purchased this and used it on my wet hair. I didn't really like the results but that may be beacause I did not let my hair dry all the way and instead just waited a few minutes. Nothing bad but nothing to talk about. It did help my hair dry much faster though. I then put in my daily moisturizer, this to seal in the repair lotion. IT WAS AMAZING. Absolutely amazing results. My hair never felt so soft. Usually I have a lot of breakage. After doing this I had NO hair coming out. My hair did not feel greasy and weighed down how it usually feels after I mositurize and seal. Since I have been consistently using this I have noticed my hair has felt more moisturized and the breakage has reduced. I cannot say enough about this product. It is definitely a staple and I will ALWAYS have this in my stash.
I found the One and Only Argan Oil at Sally Beauty's supply and I must say Best FIND EVER!! This is the knock off brand of Morrocan Oil. I can't even tell the difference between the two, but for the price of the Argan Oil being much cheeper than the Morrocan Oil. They both smell the same, same texture, same results. This product has an earthy smell and a little product goes a long way, and it's totally worth the 9$. I'm totally sold on this product!! This product completely transformed my hair!! My hair was very damaged and dry from having flat ironed it for years. That, along with years of highlighting and trying the garnier blow dry thing that left my hair in worse condition about a month ago. However, after trying TONS of conditioners, leave-in treatments, serums, etc., I have found my holy grail! I apply it when my hair is damp before I blow dry and a little bit more before I flat iron when I do.I use this on even days I'm just wearing a ponytail and brush a few drops through and it completely took care of my dry scalp problem that sometimes I thought was dandruff anyway after 3 wks the result is instant- silky, shiny, healthy hair. Not only is the result instant, the good it has done to my hair after using it consistently for 3 weeks now, is unbelievable! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!My hair has also grown faster then usual I think from sucking this good stuff up.I have bi-racial hair btw I prob use more than the average person since my hair is dryer.I will never stop using this it took the place of all my serums I can't believe it!!
