i am absolutely inlove with this blush! it such a gorgeous natural blush with a hint of gold shimmer. i've seriously tried so many different blushes but this one tops all of them. everyone gave this big hype about the nars blush so i gave it a try and i was really suprised by how good it was.i dont know why everyone says theres so much glitter seriously when you put it on or tap your brush before putting it on most of it falls off.i prefer this way better than the original O its pinkier and doesnt make me look so red

I must disagree with a lot of these reviews. Yes, when you open the compact, the glitter is QUITE scary and intimidating. However, if you are light handed with your brush and then tap off excess, you will see a large amount of glitter fly off of the brush. You are then left with a little sparkle and gorgeous color. I have grown to love it actually and it is quickly becoming one of my favorites. You just have to put a little work into it, and the glitter is a non-issue.

I do quite like this blush. Initially, I was hesitant, given the many rants that people have had about the glitter. However, I had a 15% coupon for sephora.com, so I decided to try it.

Compared to the regular O, this is much pinker, and there is not as much of that goldish sheen. In its place, however, is silver glitter. In that respect, it reminds me a bit of another Nars blush I used to own... Angelika, maybe?

I tapped my brush before applying, though, and did not get any crazy chunks of glitter on my face. In fact, by looking at my face, you wouldn't be able to tell I was using a product with glitter. The overall effect is a natural, pinkish flush. (I have NC20-25 skintone.).

I do like this a lot, though I think my default will still be the original O. This is nice to change it up, though!

Like all other NARS blushes, the rubber compact is slightly annoying (you can't see the color through the lid, and it gets dirty) - but the lasting power and color payoff is amazing! continued >>

I dont like this blush as much as I like the original O, this one has glitter in it and they dont even stay on your face they just splatter all over the place, if I really want them to stay then I gave to first spray my brush w/ some fix+ then get some super O, but then my cheeks will looks like little disco balls, soooo I only wear this at night, its good for going out! ;-0

Just like the original Orgasm, I love super orgasm too! I didn't need any blush because Orgasm lasts forever, but when I got a 15% off Friends and Family coupon from Lord and Taylor that was good on cosmetics (it was around the Holidays), I couldn't pass it up. The color and formula is slightly different then the original but it compliments me just the same. Great pigment, great staying power, last forever!

AND YES, tap the big specs of glitter off your brush. it only takes a second and they fall right off. Not a big deal. Get it, cherish it, and keep the plastic film that says NARS on top of the blush to keep it safe and keep the blush off the mirror.

Ladies if you want this blush to work on you without looking like you just splashed a ton of glitters on your face, make sure to TISSUE-OFF the excess glitters once you pick up the powder with your brush. all you have to do is shake/tap off the glitters on the tissue or whatnot and surprisingly all the glitters will fall off right away!!
i must say though, without all the glitters, this blush definitely triumphs the original orgasm in terms of colour and and long-lasting property. such a pretty pink that i could see on various skintones! i would definitely repurchase this once it's gone because without the glitters, this one is definitely my HG that i could wear it pretty much every day.

Do not waste your money on this product. Like many others have mentioned it is way too glittery. Anytime I use it I have to tap off the excess glitter. Too much work for me. Plus, the blush cracked to pieces only after a few months of owning it. I've never dropped it or anything like that to damage it. The formula of super orgasm is just so crumbly. I've had many other NARS blushes for years and that has never happened before.

the reviews here give a pretty accurate description of the product.
it really is "a hot mess of glitter in a pan of pink". this blush must come with a warning: unless you are an inspiring 70's style disco-diva, using this product could be hazardous to your face.
the word 'super' in the name is correct too. the blush is super-mica flaky, super sparkly, super scary. once applied, check yourself in a makeup mirror - you'll see nothing but super large, super awful flakes. its as if your face crumbles, covered by enormous sparkling blisters. BAD !!!.
in short, this blush gives 'orgasm' a bad name.

I liked the blush but it did not wow me like I expected. It turns much more orangey than I wanted. I don't mind the shimmer and the glitter like most people it's more the color didn't meet up to my expectations. It's not bad I would have preferred more pink in it.
