Miles above other drug store brands! Much better coverage than Neutrogena and not as cakey as Revlon. Very silky and very easy to blend. I use in conjunction with the True Match pressed powder and my skin looks flawless. I have a bit of roscea and acne scars and this stuff makes all of that disappear. I will say that it definitely needs to be blended very well at the jaw line, or else can leave a line, but that's just my ill-technique, not necessarily the product. One thing that bugs me is that it's very difficult to wash from my fingertips after applying. I don't care for the sponges, so I just go with my clean fingertips to blend. And even after soap and water, there's still a bit that comes off on the towel after wiping them dry. Someone mentioned using makeup remover, but that just seems like an irritating extra step to take. But all in all, this is a great product and I'll be using it until I win the lotto and can afford the pricey stuff! :)

I loooove this product!!. L'Oreal true match foundation is great I've been using this for a years. Through out highschool I was always on the look for an inexpensive foundation that works for my combo skin and this was the only one I stuck to since.

Pro's: inexpensive, decent coverage, feels light on the skin, a great range of colors, didn't break me out, very blendable makeup, great matte finish.

Con's: glass bottle packaging sucks!, staying power is not the best (so make sure you have a good primer before hand and powder to set the foundation otherwise it will slide off you face at the end of the day) so far the best DS foundation I've ever bought!! I will definitely purchase again when I run out.

I was digging through my Sephora train case for my usual foundation - Estee Lauder Double Wear - and I came across my True Blend instead. I know it's not a long-lasting foundation, but I thought I'd give it a whirl; I hadn't used it yet because I had the DW. It blends like a dream, and there are soooo many colors -- a very good range for women of all colors. I put on Smashbox's primer underneath it, though, to make sure it didn't come off, being a lighter-weight foundation. The coverage is extremely smooth, and if it doesn't match in certain parts of your face (if you have redness in one area or age spots, for example), just blend, blend, blend, and it'll surprise you. Some cases may require concealer, though, if blending and re-applying this foundation doesn't cover all blemishes. That said, I really like this foundation. I put it on after giving up finding my Double Wear, and it really is silky and gives your skin a bit of a glow. I took off one lippie because the bottle could be a little more user-friendly. Other than that, I'm smitten.

I use this as my back-up foundation. It's not an AMAZING product, but it's rather nice to have. First of all, the color selection is great! Second, it has sunscreen. Third, it gives nice coverage without being cakey or too matte and lasts a good amount of time. The only thing I don't like is that the bottle it comes in lets the liquid foundation get caught up in the cap, and sometimes it leaks over when I put the cap back on. So there you go, it's a good foundation and definately better than most DS foundations!

I love this product! Its a nice alternat to Infalliable, which I also love but it breaks my skin out. I love that it comes in so many shades, no just one generic "ivory" color thats uber pasty. Love, love, love.

I bought the Caramel Beige W7, although I am a medium tan skinned. But the foundation is very forgiving as it blends very well and matches to different shades if you have happened to pick up a slightly lighter or darker shade. It's great for allover light coverage and great for people with oily skin. But conceal it does not do a good job in.... so if you have dark pigmentation from acne or age spots, you may have to use a concealer with it... With the perfect primer and concealer this light foundation can be used as a full coverage makeup. I paid $10.49 for this product. Not pricey at all and worked out for me so far.

I have to say, I am really impressed by this product. Because of the bad reviews, I always stayed away from the True Match display - too many reviews of it causing breakouts (and being a teen, I feel I have to be more careful with my skin) and having no lasting power. But after I heard a friend rave about it, I decided to give it a try.

Like the reviewer below, I have a really difficult time finding foundations that match me. I am pale with warm undertones, and it seems like almost all pale shades in drugstores come with cool/pink undertones, making me look like I put my foundation on in the dark. But W2 is basically a dead-on match for me, and I love how blendable it is. When I first apply, it gives me a slight powdery-matte finish, but within an hour when it has mixed with the oils in my skin, I find a really natural (not too matte, not too oily) look that I'm pleased with.

Now, to address the breakout problem. I'm a lucky teen that has pretty good skin (not naturally oily or acne-prone), but I take very good care of it, and I don't end up having to deal with breakouts very often. I've been using this for about three and a half weeks, and I have not broken out from it. I'm wondering if it's the sunscreen that's making some have this effect and others not? Either way, I'm guessing you will have to just try for yourself and see how your skin reacts to it, if your naturally oily and/or acne-prone.

The reason for rating this a four, is the lasting power. It's not bad, but it's not great either. I feel like I have to touch-up with powder about 4 hours after applying, which I suppose is pretty good for a drugstore foundation.

The glass bottle packaging is a little annoying, but I have found that after I shake it up, there is a good amount of product left in the cap and I can just dab my finger into the cap and then onto my skin. All in all, I am happy with this product and will be repurchasing when I run out.

Price: A little over $8.00 at Walmart, 9.99 at CVS

I like the coverage, color range, and feel of this product. I'm not an easy person to match foundation-wise because I'm so fair and yellow-toned, so I was happy to find a decent match in the second lightest warm shade as my summer shade. I find the coverage to be very good. I apply a second light layer over my blemishes and red spots and don't really need additional concealer. I apply this with my fingers and it blends nicely. It dries to a powder-like finish that lasts very well. I wore it today in high-90-degree heat and it looked great a few hours later. I also like the fact that it has SPF. I don't have oily skin, but I am acne-prone, so time will only tell if it causes me to break out. I paid around $10 - 13 at CVS and received a pressed powder for free, so the price is decent. I don't use too much product, so the bottle should last me awhile. Speaking of bottle, I don't like the packaging. Glass isn't a good idea for this klutz with a two-year-old in a tile bathroom. It's cute, but not very practical.

I did not like this product because it was very hard to find my match. It says if someone looks good in green, brown and orange, that person is warm tone. I am asian and i look very good only in red, pink, blue and white colour. Strangely enough, C2 looked better on me than N2 or W2. But this was also not an exact match. I tried W2, N2, W3 still not a right match for me. Everything looked just not right. Besides, this product did break me out in 5 hours and once having flawless skin, after using this product i ended up having 20 zits!!! i am very angry. Besides this product does feel heavy and you cant forget that you are wearing makeup. This foundation also accentuates the flakes i did not know i had on my face.

I would never buy this again.

Before I discovered MUA, I really didn't wear too much makeup, and I mostly resorted to DS randoms and my mom's rejects. However, I really liked one product, and that was my True Match foundation. It really did match my skin tone (I was darker at the time, thanks to tanning!) and felt really nice on my skin. However it was the cause of some breakouts for me, as I'm acne-prone. I do think that the line has an awesome range of colors and the price is great (usuallly always a sale going on in some DS!).
