Love this! It's one of my fave mascaras! I have this in the darkest black color. I have nauturally pretty long lashes. This lengthens and volumizes beautifully in one coat! it makes them look really natural. The for night, two or three coats turns your lashes from natural to dramatic. It's perfect!

I've been using this for about four or five years and I have yet to switch to another mascara. I was struggling finding something that made my lashes look great. I have pretty full eye lashes but they aren't very long. When this came out I tried it and it works wonders! Though I love shopping at Sephora, I always buy this mascara from the drug store.
tip - i apply slowly and lightly until i'm happy with how full my lashes look.

I've tried virtually all drugstore mascaras from every brand, and this is the one that I keep coming back to. This volumizes so well, it lengthens, it does not clump, and the staying power is great even in the non-waterproof formula. My eyelashes look the best when I use this mascara. The price is good and it is very easy to find. I think after trying basically every mascara out there, this is my HG. I love it, and I would die if they discontinued this.

My HG mascara! It's cheap, it doesnt clump, it's SO volumizing, lengthingly and thickening, and the wand is so fantastic. Seriously, you have to check this mascara out!

I bought this mascara a couple of years ago before I started using HE brands. This mascara is just OK. The brush is the only thing I liked about it. The product doesn't clump all over the brush so my lashes didn't get all goopey, but there was no extra volume or length. It also flaked off and irritated my contacts so I never repurchased (and never will).

I really hated this mascara. I don't use a lot of Covergirl products, but I picked this one up one time because a friend of mine swore by it.

This did nothing for my lashes. For a mascara being so hyped up, I was expecting wonders, but honestly, my lashes looked better with nothing on. They're naturally pretty long and I'd say medium thickness, and this mascara just left them really lackluster.

I don't understand the wand, either, to have it be so fat and then such tiny little bristles? I don't know, it just didn't work for me. It's sitting in a drawer now wasting away because I kept trying to make it work and it's too late to return it to the store.

I bought this a while ago and ended up giving it away. I just was not as impressed as most people are with this product. I felt like it was dry and that the brush did not pick up enough product. I don't like my mascara super wet, but I also don't like to little product on the brush. It was just an okay mascara for me. A lot of people swear by this, but it just didn't work.
I really like bad gal lash by benefit because of the big brush and the amount of product, but it is so damn expensive. I hope to find something at the drugstore that works just as well, but this was not it.

I use this in the brown for every day wear. Right now, this is my HG mascara, and I have purchased it over and over. I gave it a low rank for packaging because it seems to dry out pretty quickly no matter how careful I am to keep it tightly contained.

Otherwise, I love this mascara. It goes on w great ease. I only brush it on my top lashes and they are full and rich looking for the entire day. I love how this mascara really increases the volume of my lashes and still looks incredibly natural. In fact, I stopped wearing eyeliner, because this mascara makes my eyes look so strong.

I haven't experienced the flaking that some have. It is not water resistant and comes off easily w remover or in the shower. I only purchase this mascara (and I have probably been through 20 tubes of it) when it is on sale. And, between CVS, Target, Walgreens and Wal Mart, there is always a sale.

Definitely a win for me.

I have a decent amount of short, asian lashes. They're not sparse, but they're not very full either. This mascara would work better for someone with fuller lashes. The brush isn't dense enough for me, and it feels very pokey. The formula is very wet and holds my curl well. It doesn't smudge and is the most waterproof mascara I have ever used. It's great BUT it's hard to remove, it's hard to apply, and it only makes my lashes look nice 50% of the time. If you have thin and short lashes, this may not be a good mascara for you.
