I love this shadow. It is a creamy textured, matte2 shadow and is a very light ivory color. I use this every day. I put this directly under my eyebrows and blend it down to give a soft highlight and to tone down shimmer from crease colors. I love shimmery shadows, but too much shine right under me brows looks crazy on me. With this, I can use all the shimmer I want, then blend just enough away. MAC's Polished Ivory pigment is wonderful for a natural highlight for my fair skin, but Type is very convenient because it is right there in my palette. I LOVE the Matte2 formula so much. I have eight of them and I hope to see some more.

The perfect base and highlighter. Such a nice texture and can be used for nearly every look. My most used eyeshadow.

At first when I applied this, I said OMG im returning this crap tomorrow, but weeks later, I still have it!! haha, I apologized to it, because it is not crap, I was just applying wayyy too much and not using the right colors with it. This is a very nice shade for my lid, then I just apply a nice color to the crease, very neutral, office friendly look !!! ;-)

love the formula!! bought it as a hightlight after much thought since i am nc42 and was scared that it would be too light for me. but it actually brightens up my eye very well. i do apply it rather lightly since it can build up pretty much to a white. would def pick it up again when i do hit pan, but i dont see that happening soon.

I originally bought this color thinking I would use it as a highlight color. I was quite skeptical to buy it because it looks so white and matte. I wasn't sure what the color would look like on my skin. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised with how this color showed up on my skin. I wear NC25 foundation, and this color looks beautiful on! It's not too light and not too matte! Now I use this color almost everyday for a wash. I really love it!

This is a yellow based creamy white color with matte finish.I v regret buying it I can't find how to use this,It's too matte to be used as a highlighter,too matte,dry and washed off color to be used as an all over color and the texture is very dry and uneven so to use it as my main lid color at the moment I use it only to highlight my bridge of my nose.What a waste of money.....I slightly like the formula but this color for me it's very unnecessary and even if you like to have o color like that in your collection buy a cheaper one there is no reason to spend that money on a color like this one.And have in mind that the color that I see in the picture here it's not the color of this eye shadow.The real color is 2 or maybe 3 shades lighter than this one as I said is a yellow based creamy white color

Beautiful matte ivory colour. The texture is very soft and creamy despite being a matte. I have very pale skin so I use it all around my eye including to go over my undereye concealer and it just brightens up the whole area and evens out the colour. Highly recommended!

This is just really amazing. It's a thick, matte, easy to blend, highly pigmented whitish vanilla color. I used to love "Brule" but after trying this, it's just a bit lighter, and makes my brown eyes look naturally beautiful. Looks great on lid by itself, or you can wear something matte in the crease (Copperplate, Malted).

Call me crazy, but this is my favorite MAC eyeshadow. I'm a little shocked because I usually love alot of COLOR. However, this eyeshadow is so versatile for me. I'd tried (alot of) other "neutral" shades from MAC (brule, etc) and they all tended to end up more orangey or pinky on me. This is a nice neutral shade that isn't exactly white but doesn't have a great deal of color, either. It makes my eyes look awake and refreshed. I'm considering proposing to and running off with this color. Who knew that something so simple could be and look so fabulous? PERFECT for brides.

I love this eye shadow. This is a great shadow for blending. It is also very useful if you have your shadow a little darker then you want you can use this shade to lighten it. I can't live without this color. A must have.
