I am a NC35 and this product showed up slightly orange, once I got outside. I returned it. The hype on this product prompted me to buy it. Will not repurchase.

I am a little torn about this product. It definitely helps highlight and also brighten up my dark eye circles to give me a 'perked-up' look. All the more since it does not seem drying as I have dry eye lids. On the other side, I've started getting milia seeds-alike mini bumps at the corners of my eyes. Has anyone else gotten those? Quite a letdown. I will stay off it for the time being.

I, like everybody else it seems, bought this product after reading so many positive reviews in magazines etc etc. I think I paid about £26 or something for it, and bought it primarily as an undereye concealer in shade 1.
I'm not going to lie, at the beginning I was absolutely gutted that I had just spent that much on a product which did not seem to conceal my dark circles at all. Then, after literally going through many, MANY youtube tutorials and how-to blogs, I have finally leant how to use it.
As others have said, this is actually a highlighter. I still have to use a concealer to help shift the dark shadows. Leave your concealer for about 2-3 minutes and dot on your 'bag' line - I find about 4-5 dots is fine. Smudge - do not rub in - so that your line is covered and leave for another 1-2 minutes, then gently tap in until it becomes invisible.
I don't know why doing this works so much better than patting it in straight away, but it really does help give a much more 'awake' look which in turn helps to reduce the appearance of dark undereye circles.
I have never used it underneath my brows or on top of my lids so cannot say whether this is good for highlighting those areas. Also, don't use this as a concealer for spots!! In the beginning, still under the illusion that this was a concealer I decided to paint half of my face with this stuff. The result was not pretty! Also, wipe the applicator about once a week if you can - I use a bit of the mac brush cleaner and a cotton pad which works fine.
I'm still a little mad that this was ever stated in magazines and so forth that this is an undereye concealer when in reality you still have to use a decent concealer for it to have any effect. That being said however, after learning how to use it, it does actually make my eyes look better. It is pricey but to be fair I have used it every day (and on the days I was trying to figure out how to use it, more like 5-6 times a day), and it's still going strong. I will probably repurchase this when it does run out.

This morning, I realized that soon I will have to repurchase. This will be my third purchase of Touche Eclat and it won't be my last.
First of all, I just want to reiterate what others have said--This is NOT a concealer. It is a highlighter and is great for giving your face a nice glow. I use this underneath my browbone. I add a little teeny touch of it at the two points of the cupids' bow of my lips--it makes my mouth look slightly plumper! The main reason I like this so much is that I wear glasses. When you wear glasses you have those shadows than can sometimes make your face look weird. I find that using this under my eyes, keeps those shadows at bay and just makes my eyes more prominent.
Great product. Pricey--but it goes a long way and lasts a pretty long time.

I love this product. I think if people used it correctly, then it wouldn't get as many negative reviews. This is NOT a concealer, it is meant to be a highlighter - hence the watery consistency. It does not have enough coverage to conceal dark circles or blemishes. I have dark circles on days I don't get enough rest and when I do, I use my regular concealer and then wait a few minutes to apply the highlighter. The overall affect is amazing and makes your skin look youthful and glowy. I love it and will definitely repurchase!

I have used this product for some time despite its extremely high price tag. I don't *love* it, but I'm a repeat buyer. So what makes it worth it? I'm Asian and have been on a lifelong search to find a product to minimize hereditary undereye circles which only worsen when I don't sleep enough/stay out too late. This is the only product I've found that can do so. It significantly brightens and evens out your undereye, bridge and mouth area without looking cakey, it's smooth and blends easily and is easy to use. (A tip - I often layer it over Benefit Boing concealer for the undereye.) It is a good concealer alone for spots or blemishes. And, the color (#3) works well with skin with yellowish undertones. Finally, for those who do not like foundation, this is enough for good coverage if you have a good finishing powder.

The major downside is that it does not last long (3-4 months with everyday use) and is very expensive. If I could find a cheaper alternative, I would use it, but this is the best I've found.

Realllllllllly don't get the fuss over this product. Have tried far cheaper concealers and got way better results than with using this. Doesn't really seem to do much at all cover-up wise, and the 'highlight' component is seemingly non-existent. A waste of space and money.

I bought this after reading so much hype about it (like a lot of other people apparently!). It wasn't as expensive as it usually is, as I got it for about half price from Strawberrynet, but I think the usual price is around $AU79 which I certainly can't afford to pay! The packaging is stunning and I felt a little bit special taking it out of my makeup bag.

As for the product itself...it was a little illuminating but probably nothing will get rid of my hereditary under-eye bags. Nice, but nothing to shout from the rooftops about.

I won't consider repurchasing until I've tried the equivalent product in other brands, like L'Oreal and Maybelline.

I bought this product because of the hype that surrounds it! So many people rave about it and i just had to have it! I eventually bought it when it was only Aust $39 at a Chemist Warehouse type place.
I am so devastated because i just don't see what all the fuss is about! I so badly want to like this product but it just doesn't seem to work for me.
When i put it on under my eyes it goes very powdery and emphasises my non-existent fine lines! It seems very drying almost immediately after putting it on the skin. I have also tried to use it around my nostrils and down the lines outside my mouth which was also unimpressive. Perhaps my expectations were too high because it seems to be everyone's HG item? I haven't been able to give mine away yet (my friends are all much darker than myself). I would definitely not repurchase it. Particularly not for the full price! So glad i only paid half! I can't bring myself to chuck it out and keep promising myself i'll keep trying it until i like it; but no luck yet!!

I really can't imagine using this as a highlighter, it's the same color as my NW15 skin so it doesn't really highlight anything. I use it to conceal my under eye circles as it works well for that but it's absolutely amazing for covering blemishes..the brush is so precise and the consistency is thick enough to cover absolutely everything. Yes I know this isn't a concealer but it works for me. I have the lightest shade and it's perfect for my NW15 skin. I don't really like the applicator though, it's not very hygienic (especially because I'm using it for covering blemishes...). And I noticed that if I don't use the product for a month or two it starts to smell really bad and I have to dispense some product and wash the brush (which means wasting product). Will not repurchase though, it's not worth it, I'll try the cheaper alternatives instead.
