The small-brush gimmick worked on me. Every lash! Wow!

After getting frustrated with barely-there lashes, I finally mastered what this mascara should really be used for (in my case).

After I apply a mascara, I use this as a second coat to get the fine lashes I missed. Wiping the brush off it also useful in removing excess clumping and separating/shaping lashes.

I can imagine how this would be good for bottom lashes, but since I'm teary I would probably need the waterproof version of this for it.

I agree with jodybrown. This is great for lower lashes, but doesn't really dramatize top lashes. It does a good job of separating lashes and I like to use it for the outer corners of my top lashes, too.

I've discovered what I think this product is perfect for, and it's lower lashes. It's not oomphy enough for top lashes - I use Full N' Soft or another "big" mascara for those, usually. But lash discovery is perfect for below. You get color, definition & separation (assisted by the lovely and talented Tweezerman eyelash comb), but never clumps. The small wand design helps that. I'm such a fan of drugstore mascara - thanks to MUA, I've discovered so many wonderful and cheapo products. Thanks, everybody! continued >>

I have a love hate relationship with this product. Some days, it will give me long, lush lashes. On other days, my lashes look like a clumpy mess. I don't do anything different...I guess either this mascara is moody, or my lashes don't fully agree with it. Wouldn't purchase again, I prefer consistent results.

This mascara's alright. I got it because of the tiny brush which I thought was so cute! It's very good for catching all your lashes. It givesa very nice natural look. But as I've got extremely oily lids this did smudge on me.

I have Asian eyes, so this is perfect for me. The formula isn't anything special, but it's hard to find drugstore mascara that has a tiny applicator brush. I use this on my top and bottom lashes so I can get definition and into the corners and little lashes - the formula doesn't clump, which is great. Then I use L'Oreal Voluminous Waterproof mascara on my top lashes to give some more oomph! This brush is also nice to use at the tips of your lashes to give more length.

I think mascara is just OKAY, not a drugstore special like lash blast or lash stiletto (IMO). The tiny brush is good for getting at the roots, which makes my lashes appear more full. Also great for the tips, lengthening your lashes. Though, not significantly, I would still rather use a volumizing mascara (lash blast) and a lengthing one (lash stilette). Mine also smells like gasoline, yes, gasoline. I'm pretty sure I got a dud, but omg it smells so gross. That's one of the reasons why I can't use this mascara on a day-to-day basis. Eh, wouldn't really purchase again.

I bought this mascara just because it was buy one get one free, but I ended up really liking it. I was surprised by just how tiny the brush is, and didn't think that it would really do anything for my lashes. It worked just as well as a bigger brush as far as coating and giving length and volume, while not leaving smudges all over my eyelids. It's almost as good as Colossal but without the awful smell. I think I'll continue to repurchase this.

The forumla is nothing amazing, but this little brush is awesome!!
Just picked this up last night becuase I lost my Lash Stylist wand and the drugstore didn't have LS for some reason:(

Anyway, normally I use FullnSoft, then my Lash Stylist to lift and comb my lashes and it looks great. Lash Discovery seperates better and gets the tiny little lashes I usually miss. will repurchase!

This is the best mascara if you have tiny lashes. Others have brushes that just can't get to those little ones. So if all the lashes are covered, it gives you the appearance of more lashes. It builds great and as long as you use a curler, it does not give that fake look. This is the only mascara I'll use. I've quit trying for anything else.
