Very nice concealer/highlighter.
Coverage: Medium yet very brightning.
Color range: Super weak wich meand that this will only look good on super fair skin persons.
I guess I bought this concealer for the wrong reason. Bought this in hopes of covering up all of my blemishes and acne scars, and it failed miserably! After only a few hours this concealer would make my face look very splotchy and cakey. Just tried it out on my dark under-eye circles, and it worked quite well! I still prefer my Maybelline Dream Lumi concealer for brightening up my eyes though, so this product is a no-go for me. Not highlighting enough for under my eyes, and too cakey for facial blemishes.
I absolutely loove this product. I've bought this about 3 times already. It covers but it's not cakey. It stays on about 12h which is pretty good. If you find a color match you should definitely try this!
I love this concealer, it does not crease and really does brighten the under eye area. I am on my 3rd tube.
This is a great concealer.
It is smooth after you set it and it will last all day if you have dry skin. It does tend to wear off if you have oily skin but it is still great if your only going to wear it for a few hours.
It is a light coverage so don't expect it to work miracles but it works good enough that I would repurchase it.
I also like it because of the packaging. I like that you can just squeeze it and you don't have to bother with one of those applicators. It is cheap and will get the job done.
Ok guys, this is my HG concealer! I have been using this for a little over a year now and I LOVE it! I will start by saying, I have natural dark circles under my eyes and for a while I used Maybelline FIT Me concealer thinking it was great. I was wrong! I will continue to love this concealer until the day it goes discontinued. One thing I do not really love is the packaging but a little goes a long way and the tube usually lasts me about 3 months or so and the price point is perfect! I am starting to think Rimmel may be one of my favorite drugstore brands!
I have honestly been using this product for years - I think I've repurchased over 5 times. A tub of this usually lasts me around 6 months and I use it every day on my blemishes mostly. Through the years, I have figured out that it's not really the greatest thing on active acne or scars. It's too light to cover up any scabs from picking as well.
I've also discovered that it isn't a great product to apply before you go out into the sun. I have an obsession with making my face look flawless and I would put this on any imperfections before heading out to the beach in the summer. When I'd get home, I'd glance in the mirror and cringe at my blotchy face which would be white in random spots I had applied it and red along the rest of my face.
I have finally settled on using this as a highlighter only as there are way better blemish concealers out there. It works great for undereye circles, along the eyebrows, and around the nose. After purchasing it so many times, I'm quite hesitant about repurchasing it. It's around $7, which isn't expensive nor really cheap. I'd like it if they had more shades as I feel like Classic Beige is too light for me and the one after that is too dark...
I love this concealer, as it works amazingly on my super dark under-eye circles. And yes, it is a great highlighter as well! After I apply a few dots under my eye and blend it out, I take some product and pat it up my eye, up to the temple. It gives my eyes that elongated and pulled back look.
USAGE TIP: I totally hated the packaging at first because the brush makes it very difficult to use and was about to throw it out when I decided to snip off the bristles. Now its a flat top and when I squeeze the tube, I can totally control how much product I get. This also saves a bunch of product because it doesn't get stuck in the bristles and dry up over time.
For the price this isn't a bad concealer/highlighter at all. Infact it's quite good....what I like most about it is that it doesn't settle into the fine lines under my eyes like most other much more expensive concealers I have. I'm very pleasently surprised about this. I also really like the packaging too. If you're on a budget this is a must have, I highly recommend it!! Don't waste your money on more expensive brands until you've given this a go ; )
I love this concealer! It says on the product that it's a "2-in-1 Concealer & Highlighter," I don't really see this as being a highlighter, but it does work great to conceal! It's perfect for undereyes, I just put two or three little dots and then blend it in with my ring finger. I use Clinique Even Better Correcting Foundation first, blend it in very well, but then I still have some scars/blemishes showing through. I'm not one to layer my foundation on and on, so I go to this concealer. I put in on in streaks over problem areas, then I dab it in very lightly with my finger and wait a minute or two for it to get a little tacky, then I use an EcoTools fluffy blush brush to blend it in with circular buffing motions. It doesn't work all that well for textured acne (like if I have a scab over a zit I picked at), but it works well for spots and smooth blemishes. For textured problems I use Maybelline's Dream Mousse Concealer (yes, it is discontinued, but you can still buy it on eBay!). I set all this with Revlon ColorStay powder. A really great product for how cheap it is!
