First off, always keep in mind that everyones lashes are different so mascara will work differently on everyone. That being said, i had recently took a trip to walmart because i needed a new mascara. I really wanted the lash perfection volumizing mascara by CG but of course, it was sold out. I saw this mascara and was curious to try it because it claims to give volume. Since i have long lashes this was exactly what i needed. I LOVE this!! When i applied one coat, i was shocked at how much volume it gave my lashes. I actually had ppl ask me if i was wearing false lashes while wearing this mascara! This may be my hg mascara. Its so buildable, no smudging and so easy to remove! I recommend this to mascara to anyone who has long lashes but need volume. I will def. repurchase

I'm shocked at how much I like this. I'm sadly one of those mascara snobs, but I think I've seen the light...this is just as good as my Chanel Sublime. No clumping, no smudging, easy to wash off, and seven bucks. My lashes are long, but I like them to be a bit thicker and this stuff adds volume in one coat. It's not a super-dramatic "going out" mascara, but it definitely packs a punch in the volume department. Fantastic!

it's a great everyday mascara, good at separating and giving a little volume. it almost never clumps on me, so easy to apply without having to use an eyelash comb to get rid of excess. im a fan of super dramatic, over the top lashes any day of the week, so to get that look, i would layer this with another mascara. will buy again cuz it's so darn affordable!

By far my favorite mascara yet and I have tried so many I can't even count.
I prefer mascaras with a normal brush wand rather than the new plastic/rubber ones. This wand is the perfect size and shape. It fans out my lashes really well and I don't need to use tons of layers of mascara to achieve the look I want. I like that the formula is slightly dryer than many because this actually helps my lashes stay curled and fanned out. I have this in black and brown and both are pretty much the same as far as performance.

I like this wand so much that a lot of times I apply other mascaras with it. It just works really well for me. This is the only mascara I've used that makes my lashes look like false lashes. It does not flake on me at all. The best part is that it costs only about $5-6 at most drugstores. I've repurchased a couple of times and will continue to do so.

Yes, supper thick and clumpy... This isn't the best or worst mascara I have tried. It's completely mediocre.

The main problem I have with it is that it makes my eyelashes stick together in clumps, which means I have to then get my old Maybelline XXL volume+length microfiber mascara brush (best brush design ever) to un-clump them. That completely defeated my goal of making the process faster, so my search will continue.

I just want to find a brush like the XXL volume+length. The only reason I haven't broken down and just bought that stuff again is because it's expensive, and I really don't need the Length part of the bottle, and the actual mascara part of the tube is only .35 fl. Rip Off! UGHH..

At first, I really liked this mascara and I used it everyday for school, since it's more ideal for a natural look. It doesn't flake and since my eyes arent watery, it didn't smudge(If you have watery eyes, I do not recommend this) and it has minimal clumps! However, as I used it more and more, I realized that it made my lashes sort of hard and dry looking, didnt curl/hold a curl, and it sometimes stung my eyes, which was annoying.

I do love the brush, because personally, the less "extravagant" the brush of a mascara is, the better the results are(at least 80% of the time) because its so simple to use.

This mascara makes my medium length and somewhat sparse lashes a bit fuller, but not by much. The other thing I did not like about this mascara was the packaging because it looked cheap, which it was..I think I bought this from shoppers for $5?

Overall, I recommend this product for those blessed with nice lashes and beginner mascara users, because it's so inexpensive.

well this dries out my lashes and flakes a bit because its so dry, but I liked it when it was new (: Too bad it doesnt hold a curl, either ):

This mascara is awesome. It applies quickly and pumps up your lashes without needing multiple coats. The brush is thick and easy to use. You can also go back and add more coats once it dries a little, and it doesn't get goopy or spiky. No smudging around my eyes or on my eyelids, and it washes off easily with face cleanser (unlike Voluminous). The price is super-cheap too.

The only worry I have is that it may dry out a little quickly, but it's so cheap and the performance is so good, it's okay. Way better than Great Lash, and cheaper than Voluminous.

Love, love, love this mascara! I've searched high and low for a mascara that doesn't smudge on me and leave me looking like a raccoon. This is it! And I found it thanks to all the reviews at MUA. The mascara can get a little clumpy on the brush but other than that, it's great. It really adds volume to my thin asian lashes. And the price can't be beat.

A reviewer below made a bold statement when she said a product shouldn't be rated this high. Obviously this works for most women who've reviewed it, and we've all tried a ton of mascaras. I've been looking for a 2000 Calorie replacement for months. Some women have very fine and short lashes. It takes a lot of effort for them to get substantial lashes. I have thick lashes that are long enough, but they can always be longer/thicker so I don't have to wear false lashes. I curl my lashes and let them rest for about five minutes. Once you do that then your curl will last all day with mascara. Otherwise applying mascara right away makes them fall and go straight. I know Cover Girl pushes Lash Blast constantly, but it's not that great. It has a huge wand and the formula isn't my favorite. I'm a fan of Max Factor 2000 Calorie, L'oreal Voluminous Carbon Black, and Prestige My Blackest Lashes. The last one is the best option I've found, but this one is less than $5 and so much easier to find. Cover Girl keeps their older mascaras at the bottom of the shelf, but they still work! It's a good mascara to have in your makeup collection. The formula is a little dry for a reason. It builds lash volume quickly, and that's the reason we buy it.

Wow! I'm so glad I read the reviews for this thanks MUA because I would have never tried this otherwise. The packaging doesn't stand out just nothing stands out for me to grab this or want to try it. I read the reviews and I had to try it. Now mascara is not one mascara fits all but I would say allot of people do and will love this since the formula is easy to work with. What makes this mascara unique is that is so buildable and buildable and buildable without clumping or looking like spider legs. I apply this for about a half of minute I just keep building no kidding and I'm left with lashes that are soo long but somehow natural looking since the brush comes off clean and smooth clump free. And it separates the lashes PERFECTLY..and it slighly CURLS and LIFTS the lashes up too..........I can't believe it does ALL of those things. It also makes the lashes look like fan. For me I get some thickness but the length I obtain from when I keep going and building without it cluping looks like I have fake lashes on!!I love it and I'm glad MUA told me about it cause this mascara does not scream out pick me in the store. I got this at a dollar general for around 4.75 and used a dollar off coupon
UPDATE I still cant believe how good this mascara is and I found it can be found at dollar general, family dollar, and I would say everywhere..so theres no excuse why you dont have it for it being so readily available!! It does kinda come under my eyes at the end of the day but it easily comes off and is easy to remove.
