I would like to know if anyone is having "eye ache" and some sharp pains after using Rapidlash for a while. I have been using it for almost one year with no trouble until recently. My eyes hurt so I thought it was my contacts. I went to the eye doctor and he found my cornea to be fine and eye pressure to be fine. I stopped wearing my contacts, which can bother me at times, and stopped the Rapidlash for about 8 days. Started contacts again and a few days later applied a new tube of Rapidlash (I was thinking maybe the old one was too old...it does last a long time, or maybe I had cross contaminated since I use it on my eyebrows). Two days after I restarted Rapidlash my eyes were hurting again. I am still not sure if it is my contacts which can feel tight at times, or the Rapidlash. I am wondering if anyone has had a similar reaction. It seems odd since I have been using it for a year with no problems, but now am wondering if they changed the formula? Or if maybe a year is just too long to use it. I have noticed the brush is much thinner. I love the product. It does work, but not worth it if it causes my eyes to hurt like this. Help!
i just bough RapidLash this is my second day using it and there is a red/pink ring around my eye from where i placed it last night. its not super noticeable but concerns me that itll only get worse. i cant find any reviews of people experiencing this, whats going on!

i normally do not write reviews, but i had to with this one. first off, i noticed awhile back that my lashes were not as long or full as they once were (age, ladies, it happens!)
i was really hating putting SOOO much mascara on and not really seeing a benefit..so i read some of the reviews..i didnt want to try latisse..i have light eyes and didnt want to risk darkening them.
for the first few weeks, nothing. i was thinkin i wasted my money.
now i wish i would have taken photos!! i dont really see any fullness, but the length is much more noticeable!! i am really happy with this..i have not had any irratitation. it did take about 3 weeks with nightly application, but it seems i woke up one mornin, was doiin my makeup and WOW!! LASHES!! love it and wont go without it!
p.s. you can also get a better deal on amazon

I only started using Rapidlash last week, and I had a bald spot on my right eye from my eyelash curler ripping lashes out. I didn't think those lashes would ever grow back, but by the third day of using this I could see some stubbly hairs growing there. By the end of only one week, the lashes where the bald spot was are long enough to show up now with mascara.
Rapidlash is working great for me so far. My other lashes already are longer than they were last week. I can't wait to see what happens after the 4th week and will update the progress then. I would definitely buy this again.
Edit: 12/1/10 This really works! I have more eyelashes now and they're longer. I don't notice any thickening and still wear mascara, but I'm very happy with Rapidlash.
Wow, I wish that I had taken before and after pictures! I have been using this for a little over 3 months. Since the instructions said that results were visible in 4-6 weeks, I was so disappointed when I didn't see anything for two months. I almost gave up, but decided to persevere and continue using it every single night.
And then, after 3 months, I started noticing that every mascara looked really good on my lashes! My bare lashes are almost twice as long as they used to be! Granted, I started off with stubby little nubs, so now my lashes are probably the length of normal people's. Even my husband noticed and commented, "When did your eyelashes get so long?"
I also notice that my lashes have a nice natural curl to them, so I no longer have to use a lash curler. Additionally, they feel softer, and very slightly more voluminous.
Rapidlash is easy to apply; it has a thin little brush like a liquid eyeliner, and I just apply one coat along the top lashes every night and one coat along the lower lashes every other night. I do experience a tingling sensation, but it usually goes away after about 5 minutes.
I got mine at Duane Reade for under $45 (it retails for $50, but I had a $5 coupon), but you can always find it on Drugstore.com and even the Rapidlash site for a little less. For the price, I think it is very effective, and would definitely recommend. continued >>

OK, I have a love-hate relationship with this product! I've been useing it for eight months. It took about 4 months for it work, and then did it ever, my eyelashes were soo long! The downside was everytime I used it, it felt like the eye doctor had put those drops in my eyes! Soo uncomfortable..but it really worked! I needed a break from that awefull feeling so i recently stopped useing for a month..everything reversed itself! I lost lashes like crazy and they went back to sparse little stubbs. So here i am starting all over again! Ladies please note that this product really delivers..but you can never stop!
This product took me about a month and a half to fully kick in and when it did the results were amazing..
BUT after about 3.5 months of using it they started to shed like crazy, and even though i naturally have thick but short eyelashes, it made them sparse, and thin. I am not sure if this is due to my lash growth cycle or bc my body isnt reacting to it anymore, but either way I was extremly upset, and just purchased Lilash, hopefully Ill get results that really last..
I am very curious to see if anyone had similiar results..
When did I start using this??? I don't quite remember, maybe 9 or 10 weeks ago. How ever long ago it was, I only started to notice a difference about a week ago. It definitely took some time for this to show results, but the results are there. I use this once daily in the evening (only missed 2 applications). I had tiny sparse Asian lashes that you'd barely notice even with several coats of mascara on. Now, guess what? They are long and thick enough just to get by on one coat of mascara alone. No liner needed. Well, I still use liner when I want the look, but previously without it, my lashes were nearly invisible. I can't compare this to any of the pricier lash enhancing products, as I refuse to purchase something that I just can not afford to buy again if I love it. The only others that I have tried have been from L'Oreal and DHC. I saw ZERO change with those two. I got this for just under $30USD on Amazon. So far it seems like I have quite a bit of product left, so maybe I can squeeze 4 months out of it. FYI I use this on my brows too. Those have seen some filling in, but negligible.
I hate to be one of the only people giving this product a bad review, but sadly for me it has made very little difference.
I purchased this end of July and have been using it ever since, except one week in September, so nearly three months now and seriously I cannot notice much of a difference at all! It has added some length - and i have to exaggerate SOME, but I mean I'm sure vaseline could have done that?! I had such high hopes for this product and am really disappointed! :(
The one positive is that I still have a lot of product left so I will continue to use it with a slight midgen of hope that they miraculously grow wings! And in fact I've been layering and layering until the serum literally looks like its going to fall from my eyelashes like raindrops. So yes, I now apply it on my lashline and eyelashes - might be illegal but hey, a girls gotta do what shes gotta do - and thats make these damn eyelashes longer than Beyonce's legs!!!
