It was too dry which was really disappointing because I like E.L.F. But for the price, it was worth trying.

i bought it because i was having a hard time using the elf liquid eyeliner and even though the reviews said it was dried out when they opened it i still bought it and they were right! so i did dip the pen into my elf liquid liner tube to get some product that way and it works just as well!! kind of an inconvenience but it works for me and now i can still use both products! : D

I followed the instructions and left it facing down so the liquid could seep into the felt tip. But even then I would finish lining one eye and by the time I started on the second eye, it was too dry! It was only $1 so I guess I would be willing to buy another to see if I just got a bad one, but there are probably much better eyeliners out there, for just a little more money.

Unfortunately this product, I find, was way to dry for me! I've only used it once and I'm glad I paid $1 for it or else I would've been upset. I can't seem to get any color on my eyes and I find it's too hard to open. I would've really liked it if it weren't so dry but oh well.

This is a good pen for traveling but won't last long.. But for $1 I can't complain I have coffee so it would make my hazel eyes pop and it did the first week but after that you have to shake it to get the product out.. Not Horrible but Not Great. But would suggest to beginners in eyeliner (:

This eyeliner is easy to apply but not as pigmented as I'd like. The first couple of times I used it, it seemed almosy watery. For the price, though, I can't complain.

This $1 eyeliner is good to have when you are traveling. It won't leak and the color is pretty intense. But it seems to dry out really fast though. It didn't even last me a month. I like how easy it is to control because the tip is hard and the handle is long enough. This won't be my HG but it will be the first choice if I'm out traveling and forgot to bring eyeliner.

For 99 cents this is a steal. In fact, it's one of the better liquid eyeliners I've used. I usually find that liquid eyeliners go on too heavy, but this applicator actually enables you to make a very very thin line. It does not smudge very well though, so I only use it when I want clean black lines.

Ive got this in plum. Its black :P The stayingpower is okay. Lasts for a while, its not waterproof. Mine hasnt dried up yet and ive had it for 7 months.
Its really easy to use. So its great when you have to hurry :P

Will buy again

I don't know why this product received so many bad reviews. I love it! It has never dried out on me, and I've used it for quite a few months. I just ordered 2 more. It may not be as waterproof as it claims, but with an eye primer, it lasts all day. I just wish the tip wasn't so delicate. =\
