I bought this product a little over a year ago and stuck it in my fridge (I read a review that it works better that way) and I must say I really did like it. When used 2-3x a day plus another drug store eye cream (Double Lift), I saw minor improvement after maybe a month's time of consistent use. I don't really use it anymore, only if I haven't slept for a while or if I've been crying or have bad allergies or something, because it does feel really good. But other than that I don't see it really doing much. It's still sitting in my fridge and I still have more than 1/2 of the product, which is I guess pretty good since I used it 2-3x per day for a month or two, and sporadically since then for over a year. I wouldn't buy again, but becuase I don't think I'd need to.

I wanted this product to work for me, since it's much cheaper than a lot of the other eye treatments out there...

It goes on nice and cool, I thought that I did see results quite quickly and was initially very happy with it...

However... my eye area is extremely sensitive and it completely wreaked me. It dried out all the skin and basically reduced it to scales, it was so horrible!! It took about two weeks to get my skin back to normal. :(

Sadly, will never buy again.

I needed something to get rid of my puffy eyes, so I decided to try this out. I'm surprised by the reviews, it definitely worked for me. The roller feels cool and gentle, its the best part! The puffiness vanished and I looked normal again, however it didn't do anything for the dark circles.

not the best or worst. works ok. does a lil of what it claims. the only this that i really hate is that it leave a residue of a weird rubbery thingy.i have to rub my undereye after applying this and lil things peels off. just like an eraser.

All in all, this was a fail for me. It didn't brighten dark circles or un-puff my eyes. In fact, the caffeine in it gave me a migraine a few hours later. If you get caffeine migraines or headaches, stay away!

I really dont know how effective this prodcut is since i havent been closley moinitoring that aspect , but even if is effective ( i dont know my cirlces/bags dont seem to look better maybe even worse?) it cannot be worth it as it comes with the worst side effect ever. i use this randomly when i feel my eyes are really puffy but whenever i do a couple days latter i end up with huge, sore, but shallow pimples right where my cheeks start ( like right where glases would sit). It makes sense that that they would be from this product because it is the only area of regular skin ( meaning non eye area skin) this product comes in contact with. This product probably has some extremley clogging ingriedients but the skin on your eyes and under is generally immune to pimples but as soon as it seeps about an inch under my eyes it leads to these sore pimples. Also they are not the regular greasy type of popable pimples that come to a head and can be 'drained" they are almost more like tiny welts tha do not respond to any pimple treatments and take weeks to go away and fade. I am offically throwing this out.

This product sucks, it tucks on the delicate skin around your eyes and does nothing for them. Do not waste your money on it.

I bought this a few months ago, not for my puffy eyes but for the dark lines i have underneath them, which is what the product is also supposedly said to reduce. In my case it didn't really do much of anything for the lines like it says it does. But some people who used it for the "puffiness" have rated it a little better claiming it worked. I can't remember exactly how much i bought this for and i'm too lazy to look it up, but i believe it was around $10, don't quote me on it! :) I would not use this for lines, but it is said my others that it truly does reduce puffiness!

I really surprised by all the poor reviews but to each his own. I personally tend to have a problem with puffiness will occasional darkness. When I get 3-4 hours of sleep a night ( which happens a lot b/c I'm in grad school) I just roll this on 1st, wait a minute or 2 (up to 10 min for full results) and then put on my eye cream. I've had other clinicians even comment me on how refreshed I look when they new I haven't slept. I hear they're supposed to come out with one for puffiness and dark circles- in a beige tube. I'm interested to try. Overall if you have large puffy eyes I would recommend this.

I think this product is FANTASTIC! I was very hesitant at first, because of the reviews and I really felt the whole concept of this product was kind of "gimicky"... however I had a $10 discount at a drugstore so I decided to try this product after eyeing it for several months. I have to stay, I am totally satisfied so far. I've only been using it for a week but I feel like it DOES do something for my eyes. It's very cooling, the rollerball sensation is the perfect wake up call, and it seems to moisturize and firm the delicate eye area. As for dark circles, I don't really think I've been using it long enough to say whether or not it works on those. The biggest thing I notice, though, is how it de-puffs the eyes. When I get up in the morning my eyes are kind of squinty, and one eye may seem more puffier than the other. After using this product, my eyes are even, bigger (more wide awake), and I look more alert. Even on 5 hours of sleep. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
