I've had no luck in the past finding a waterproof mascara that actually stayed in place. By the end of the day, regardless of brand, I would end up with smudges, raccoon eyes and overall flimsy looking lashes. And don't even get me started on clumping! Every single brand I've used would clump and bunch at some point, and just look awful. When it came time to wash off my makeup, despite using a multitude of facial cleansers and eye make up removers, I would never fully get my eyes 100% clean and product free. Then I decided to try this mascara...

OMG! It is absolutely AMAZING! I've been using it for 2 weeks now, and it has become my #1 brand, hands down. I had read reviews on here before buying it, and figured I would try it myself to see how it works. When I apply it, I use the white primer on both top and bottom lashes of one eye, and follow it immediately with black. Then I do the same on my other eye, and it's done. Takes about a minute and a half and I'm all set for the day.

I've been through rain, snow, cold and allergies in the 2 weeks since I bought it, and this mascara lasts through it all. The length is incredible (I've NEVER had lashes like this without falsies on!) and the body/volume is better too. Taking it off is super easy, and doesn't leave any smudges or flakes on my skin.

The only thing I find tedious about this product is the packaging. It can be a bit of a pain having to take out one wand, use it and replace it, then have to turn the container and grab the other one. Then, you have to do it twice to get the maximum effect of the mascara. But believe me when I say it's a minor issue, and not one that will deter me from buying this on a regular basis :)

I didn't like this the first time I tried it bu I gave it another go when looking for a tube technology mascara. It's good for a tubing mascara. You have to take time and build up the mascara over the base before the white primer dries. If you keep going over it, you can build it up to look pretty good, but its not that volumizing. It's a thin mascara and I usually like thicker mascara a that are volumizing but the trade off is its so easy to get off at night. After it sets I don't have a problem with smudging and it stays put until I use warm water and then pull the tubes right off my lashes. I have been using it every day, love it. But you can't expect it to perform like a thicker volumizing mascara.

Wow, I never used to use mascara because they always smudged or flaked on me, even the waterproof ones and removing mascara was a big hassle as I have sensitive eyes. But this never smudges or flakes. It has a polymer material which coats your lashes yet removing it a breeze. There is no makeup remover required, it just falls off as polymer tubes just when warm water runs over your eyes in the shower. I can now wear mascara comfortably without worrying about having raccoon eyes or the nightmare of having to remove it. This gives me nice length and volume and opens up my eyes.

I was so disappointed with this. I bought it because I always have a problem with mascaras smudging on me. This one never ever smudges and removing it is like my wildest mascara dreams have come true. Cover your eye with a cotton pad soaked in warm water and gently sweep down and the mascara is gone. No tugging, pulling, or eyelash loss here! That being said, I have 2 big issues with this. First and foremost, it irritates my eyes. I have never had this issue with a mascara before. My eyes start itching immediately after I apply it. Second, the mascara itself sucks. It is a very wet formula that it is clumpy and completely kills my curl. I end up with what looks like 5 very long, stick straight eyelashes. It's also expensive for a drugstore mascara. I wouldn't mind if it worked well but this was a total waste of $11.

This mascara does not flake or smudge and stay power is amazing. It coats very well but does take a little work to make it look even. Unlike other base coat mascaras you don't wait for the primer to dry. This helps stop the spider lashes. This is by far the best Store bought mascara of all time. I believe it maybe the best mascara on the market including the very high end products and I have tried them all. I do wear it daily. The finished look is great length, thicker lashes and a Patent leather shine in light.

i can't give this more than a 3. it's volumizing i guess, but it does on very clumpy and does nothing for length. looks clumpy no matter what you do with it. serum/primer end of the stick doesn't seem to do much to help.

the one upside is that this stuff doesn't smear, but that is to be expected with tube mascaras. they shouldn't smear because of their very formulations.

i'm glad that drugstore companies are starting to create tube mascaras, but man i hope they get better than this in the future. will not repurchase.

LOVE!!!!!!!!!!! This can give you spider lashes if not applied properly. Can also clump if you wait too long bw the primer and the mascara. That being said this is my WOW mascara. It makes my lashes thick and long and comes of in the shower with only water. I get compliments on how amazing my eyes look all of the time. I use the brown black bc my hair is red and it is nicely pigmented. Will buy again and again.

This is just one of those products that you know you're going to either love or hate upon the first few uses. I am on the "yay" team for this one. It adds visible length & volume to my lashes, stays on all day without flaking or smudging & removes easily without the mess. i'm quite facinated by the little tubes that come off in the shower :-)

This may be one of my most favorite mascaras I've tried so far. continued >>

Let me start out by saying that though I'm only giving this 3 stars for now, I do plan on repurchasing and will update this review when I start wearing it again.
OKAY, on to the review :)
Let's start off with the cons:
- I am not generally a fan of two step mascaras/mascara primers because they can become goopy and hard to cover. This mascara was no exception. In the future I will use a separate wand to go over the initial application and thin it out. I think this is something that I can work out which is one of the reasons I will be repurchasing
- The first few months of wearing this were great, but all of the sudden it started flaking like crazy. I was on vacation at the time and had to make an emergency pit stop to replace it. It was just that bad. HOWEVER, at that point it was about 7-8 months old I think, and I know you really *should* replace your mascara every 3-4 months. This is the other reason I want to give it another try, b/c the first few months it really worked well.

Okay, the pros:
- tube mascaras are insanely easy to remove but won't rub off and leave you with raccoon eyes like other non waterproof mascaras.
- it *visibly* adds length as you use it. the primer adds some volume, but if you are looking for 'woah' volume this isn't the mascara for you
- up until the end it worked great for my sensitive eyes and allergies, and i think the problems i had towards the end of using it stemmed from using it too long
- price: this is one of the cheapest tube mascaras on the market

Like I said, I plan on picking up another tube of this and I'm hoping at that point I'll be able to upgrade to 4 or 5 lippies :)
