I've been using this for 3 wks and it makes my hair feel so soft. I use it as a daily conditioner and a little goes a long way. I will continue to use this product for a LONG time!

HG product ALERT! This is a must have! Every single girl should try this stuff, there is no way you can miss with this stuff! Smells like... i don't know what is smells like it just smells incredible! And i actually love the packaging, at first i thought it was going to be inconvenient with having to take the top off every time i use it, but it actually works out well (mine came in a container different than the picture!!) It just smells so unbelievable and leaves my hair softer than i thought possible! You don't even have to leave it on for very long like some deep conditioners, a minute or two is enough! Try this amazing product! I dare you not to like it!

I recently purchased this to alternate with my Kerastase Nutridefense masque. It's a decent conditioner that detangles well and smells heavenly but my hair doesn't seem as smooth after blow drying when I use this. It doesn't weigh my fine 2A hair down which is good and I much prefer this to the Ultra Hydrating Balm.

Update 9/20/12: I decided to purchase the big sizes of this and the Hydrating shampoo since they were super cheap. My hair is growing out, down to my shoulders now. I have to say now that my hair is longer, I'm loving the combo. I rarely blowdry, I usually just use Paul Mitchell gel and go curly. My hair looks so much healthier now.

This is very cheap and quite possibly the most hydrating masque I have found yet. I use this in a sparing amount as my every day conditioner. It does such a great job of making my highly damaged, bleached hair feel soft and moisturized. It's so so so cheap. I got it at this one place for 12 dollars for a HUGE tub of it. This tub has 3/4 of it left and I have been using it every day for about 4 months. And I also think the tub is really cute for packaging. and this stuff smells quite pleasant, although faint.

I love the smell of this conditioner --- it is just so classic and nostalgic and yummy. However, it isn't the best conditioner that I've used and I don't find myself running to it when I'm in need of serious conditioning. Works well as a summer conditioner for me, but it definitely doesn't do the job in the colder months. It makes a good leave-in, though as a whole the product doesn't penetrate quite as well as I'd like it to. I probably won't repurchase, at least not for a long while.

I like this stuff a lot i use it as my regular conditioner. It is super moisturizing for my hair and makes it nice and soft. The smell is good too. For me the cost is a little high even though you get a lot of it. But I have since switched to Neutrogena pro deep conditioner in the tub just as good but cheaper.

Great moisturizer for dry hair. Hair feels really silky after rinsing. I like the fresh herbal smell as well. Nice product worth trying.

I LOVE this product. I have very coarse, thick hair that is color-treated, and I heat style (blow dry and sometimes flat iron) almost daily. My hair tends to be dry and needs daily TLC. This delivers. I use the BioInfusions hydrating shampoo (Walgreens knockoff of the Biolage) followed by the Biolage conditioning balm. The conditioning balm is thick and almost waxy - MUCH different and nicer than all of the Biolage balm knockoffs out there. I only need to use about 1/3 the amount of conditioner I would normally use on my hair. You don't want to slather this on and overdo it, use just enough to coat your hair. I comb it through, leave it on about 10 minutes while I shave my legs, then rinse. Rinses clean, leaves my hair soft, shiny, silky and smelling fabulous. A little pricey but worth it, and the concentrated formula means it lasts longer because I use less. For a long time I tried using the Sally Beauty "Biotera" knockoffs of the shampoo & conditioner, and they aren't the same. They contain lots of 'cones, leave my hair feeling slick and full of build-up, and the conditioner is much runnier and doesn't work near as well as this. This conditioning balm is a definite HG and will repurchase. continued >>

I love Matrix's Biolage Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioning Balm pair. Even better after I discovered the GVP brand generic at Sally Beauty Supply for $5.99 each.

I remember the first time I bought this. It was 2004 and I purchased the large tub. My hair stylist used this on my hair one day and I remember saying to her " Wow, that smells so good! What is that? " She said, It's this Biolage conditioner ". I bought it as soon as I could because more that the amazing aroma, this conditioner added lot's of body and shine to my hair. The body is what I was most impressed with. My hair can at times be hopelessly flat. Biolage is the only line of products I've tried that adds body and allows the texture to stay touchable and soft. I interchange between the hydrating balm and this conditioning balm and I'm so happy with it, I can't imagine using anything else.
