Horrible product. I am being punished again for shopping without checking MUA first. This product has nothing to do with removing makeup and stings my eyes badly. I can't believe Estee Lauder has such a product to ruin its reputation.

Ok--- had to edit my previous review. I think this was reformulated, because I recently got a sample as a GWP and it worked really really well for me.
Took off all my makeup, didn't sting my eyes at all or leave any residue.
This reminds me of my HG MAC pro eye makeup remover. (prob the same since they are both EL companies.) Both are frag free and very gentle. would definitely use this one again!!!

This does not dissolve eyeliner and requires an abrasive rubbing effort to get eyeliner off.

Neutrogena's Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover is cheaper and does a much better job.

This product removes eyeshadows but when it comes to eyeliner or liquid it doesn't dissolve it all and I still have some of it on my lid near my lashes and its hard to take it off and I have to apply alot to it so far it's good in removing shadows but not eyeliners.

Wow. I agree with the reviewer below me! Not gentle in ANY respect. The first time I used it and it stung my eyes HORRIBLY!!!, the area all around my eyes turned extremely red and the next morning they were red and so puffy that I couldn't open my eyes all the way! and since then the areas around my eye have become super sensitive and although before I didn't have problems with using things on my face in terms of allergies, now I have to constatnly be extra careful around my eyes!
I ran out and got neutrogena eye makeup remover the next day and I am pretty satisified with it. Before that I was using Clinique take the day off and I liked that one alot except for the oily residue and the price! Neutrogena gets the job done as well. I might go and try lumene next.

Gentle? This must be a joke. Itīs like putting a chilli sauce on my face. It burnt me and I got red stains on the skin around my eyes. Plus, it didnīt remove liquid eyeliner and three layers of mascara! This is without any doubt the worst eye makeup remover Iīve ever tried. Iīm going back to Mary Kay or Biotherm - those two are able to remove even waterproof makeup.

I didnt really like this eye makeup remover. It was decent but it wasnt as gentle as i would have liked it to be. Theres no scent to it and its not the eye makeup remover that i grab every night to remove my makeup. It removes most of the eye makeup but sometimes you have to use a few cottonballs of this stuff to remove waterproof makeup.

Love this product. it leaves the skin so soft and smooth (other brands I tried so far, dried my skin out)
Quite expensive, but I will buy it again and again as I'm very pleased with the results

I got this as a GWP. Good, removes eyeshadow well and easily without the need to rub and wipe. It removes mascara well but usually I require a 2 or 3 times of cleaning. Very gentle with no odour that I can detect but it's too expensive.

Since I have sensitive skin, it's very hard for me to find eye makeup removers that don't burn my eyes. I'm glad to say that this product works! I highly recommend it.
