This product dries my skin out, while making it look cakey and oily at the same time? It breaks me out too! The coverage is not enough for me and I do not like how it isn't oil free or non-comedigenic. It has talc in it, which is bad for your skin.
I used this after i used up my maybelline dream matte powder. I should have known: it's not matte, i'm covered in shimmer. Argh. I can't speak for the coverage as I don't have much to cover. It sets my other makeup but I will be avoiding this in the future. Love the packaging as it's chic black and less flimsy than the matte powder.

This powder was a disappointment. The colour selection is fantastic, but I found the powder felt heavy and my skin became more oily than normal. It seemed fine after the initial application for setting my foundation and mattifiying my face, but shortly thereafter my face became very oily and looked like I was wearing a lot of makeup. Even my daughter who has dry skin had the same outcome.

I was looking for a powder to set my Lancome Teint Miracle foundation with. I normally use a blot powder for oiliness but with Teint Miracle, I wanted smth that doesn't cancel out the luminous finish. This powder has VERY subtle shimmer to it, which is pearlescent rather than glittery, which is also true for TM. So they work nicely for me. But if you are looking for oil control, then skip this one. Great color choices, too. I also like the packaging. I DO take a lippy off though because the consistency could be more finely milled.
This powder doesn't give much coverage, but it helps set my makeup and give my skin a "flawless" look. On it's own, this won't give you coverage. It won't replace your foundation. However, for just some extra coverage, this is the product. It controls my oil for about 2-3 hours with foundation and 3-4 hours without foundation. I don't get very oily, but I like a matte face. For now, this is really good. For the summer however, I might need something a little more powerful.

When I first bought this I was hoping it gave good coverage but it gives no coverage at all! I didn't realize how shimmery this was either and when I put it on my face just looked shiny and NOT glowy look, but shiny. I gave this a 1 because I like it as a highlighter for my cheeks and that's it.
I have to change makeup products all the time through-out the year. Recently, this stuff wasn't really working for me. Until I started using it again this week. Over my Revlon Colorstay/any other foundation I may be using and this stuff really made it stay. Also it helped even out my skin tone. I'm surprised, lol. Another thing that I love is the packaging. It's really cute and the mirror is giant. So back to my makeup bag it goes.

I love this powder. I use this and the liquid foundation together and love how both work well on my skin. It keeps my skin from looking oily and for me when i wear foundation or powders after a while my skin tends to look a little oily. I love how flawless my skin looks. buy buy buy!
I picked this up with the matching foundation recently because both are exactly what I need- meaning formulas for dry skin so if you are oily, avoid this and the foundation.
That out of the way :) Fit Me shade 120 matches my Lancome Light Buff Photogenic powder and Buff 2 foundation almost exactly and does not oxidize nor break me out. This is sheer, non-matte, non-cakey and not incredibly long-wearing, but this time of year I don't need any of that in a powder. I usually use Smashbox Halo in Light but I can't carry that around with me so I got this to keep in my purse when my Lancome ran out and I wasn't sure I wanted to shell out for it again just yet.
My dry skin likes this; it's lightweight and has a bit of shimmery glow similar to why I like Halo. It breaks up the flat look most powders leave behind. This works best for me over foundation, especially the matching Fit Me foundation which I feel is kind of flat on it's own and needs this to set and polish off my finished look when I'm out and about and can't use my Halo. For the price I think it's one of the better drugstore powders for my skin type, although I wish the compact was a lot less bulky, but I can deal (or depot). I use a brush to apply it most of the time, and my own sponge for touch-ups because the puff they include couldn't be any more lame than it is, but there is plenty of space for your own, and maybe more than one if you are so inclined. Overall this has so far managed to avoid the return/exchange bin and still resides in my purse makeup bag, but I wasn't sure at first. I first tried it by itself which is definitely NOT the way to go. Used solo it's too sheer, settles in places it shouldn't, and has 0 coverage or staying power. This baby needs a foundation friend to pair with, no question. It's not a powder you can use as a foundation so keep that in mind if like me, you sometimes get lazy and want your powder to multi-task. This one won't cut it that way but worn over foundation it becomes a totally different animal.

i really like this. i hate foundation so i always buy powder. this covers nicely and it matches my skin tone perfect and it feels like i am not wearing anything at all. my shade is 220 and i will DEFINITELY buy this again. P.S. be careful with the amount you apply. it sometimes looks a little powdery. you know ???
