Love this! Great on its own or under my favourite lipstick. Does everything it claims and more!
I recommend this product and stand by it 100000% . You will not be disappointed
Love this lip balm its organic , it moisturizes my dry chapped lips and it smells soo good :D it Cost a little more then chap sticks but of course organic will always cost more but i feel like its worth it i mean its your lips and the less chemicals you put on your lips ,the less chemicals you consume in your body , overall it won't cure dry and chap lips , i have always have dry lips but its because i usually don't moisturize them everyday which is important and i have this dumb habit of licking my lips so my lips could look less dry but it only makes my lips drier , and also when i brush my teeth toothpaste comes on my lips and toothepaste drys my lips so bad for some reason, now i use the eos lip balm after i brush my teeth and i don't have a problem with having dry lips any more like i use too , i think its a great product i will keep purchasing it :)
This falls into the gimmicky category for me. I probably bought this because the packaging was interesting, but no way does this lip balm moisturize my lips. Very waxy, it just sits on top and i kept having to apply all day without any real satisfaction. Nice taste, it is natural, and the packagings kinda cool but having very dry lips this doesn't cut it. I'll stick with my Sally Hansen overnight lip repair balm.
This lip balm smells so amazing. Aside from that it works well, smooth lips for sure.
HINT: If you want really smooth lips, do what I do.
Take a toothbrush, soak it with water, and dip in sugar crystals. Sugar is an excellent exfoliant is gets rid of dead skin easily and very well. Rub on lips for a bit and wash off. Then apply some of this lip balm, or any other eos lip balm, and you will have lovely results.
This is one of the best balms in the world! I'm not even kidding because out of the 4 EOS balms I have, this one has to be my favorite and it was the very first scent I bought! Which I actually find so funny. I would definitely repurchase this because I love how it's so natural and almost completely organic and super moisturizing! The smell is so sweet and just melts into my lips; I love it!
Hello all. New here. I am gonna br honest with you, I love this lip balm. Aside from the smooth feel, and the easy to find packaging, and my favourite bit....it tastes... SWEEEET! I love sweet lippy, but usually they contain saccharin or other artificail sweetners. This one uses STEVIA...without the bitterness Stevia sometimes has. I have tried the Summer Fruit (first one I bought, BF's favourite, he finished it off while I was away. LOL), the Sweet Mint, and the Lemon drop. I only wish the Sweet Mint were slightly mintier, ex. Burt's Bees original. I am sorry some of you have gotten defective ones. I get mine at Walmart (except for the Lemon Drop, that was purchased at Ulta) and they are more often than not sold out, which may be why I haven't experienced these problems, High turnover rate = fresher product. Anyway, just thought I would share.
I bought this for $4.29 at my local drugstore, which I think is pretty expensive. This was a great, creamy lip balm when I first bought it and used it; however, as time wore on it became less and less moisturizing and just the tiniest bit grainy for me. I also find that while the egg shape is definitely adorable and very eye catching, it fits quite awkwardly in my bag. I'm halfway through this lip balm, but I hardly find myself reaching for it because it seems to wear off as soon as I talk or something. Not repurchasing the Summer Fruit but might try out the other flavors.
The packaging and the smell of this product is amazing, and the ingrediants are all natural, which is very good. Unfortunately, this lipbalm doesn't moisturize. It just leaves a waxy film on my lips, which is something that I hate. Also, the smell sort of flies away as the time passes, and when you have only a little left, the lipbalm just becomes useless and sticky. Will definitely not repurchase
I have several different flavors of eos Lip Balm Spheres and I adore all of them. I find Summer Fruit to be just as it sounds: a light, summery scent.
Packaging Quality: Many reviewers have said they find the shape gimmicky & impractical, but I completely disagree. I find the shape, texture & colors of the packaging to be both aesthetically pleasing & chic. I think the shape is utilitarian b/c I can always easily find it in my handbag. I also find the shape of the balm fun to use. More typically shaped lip balms often become lost in my bag even though I don't carry a lot of stuff in them. This lip balm is not pocket friendly, but I never carry anything in my pockets, doing so ruins the line of your clothes in my opinion! Some have mentioned that sometimes the product breaks away from the base, but I've found this to be occasionally true of all lip products. Thus this lip balm gets 5 lippies from me for packaging.
Price: At $2 to $3 each, sometimes less in a set, the price, while not completely dirt cheap, is a lot of bang for your buck.
Overall rating: I have very dry lips & use lip balm often. I've taken 1 lippie off b/c this balm isn't as moisturizing as I'd like, although I love the ingredients over all. I still use Carmex in the morning as part of my makeup routine but find it too messy to use during the day as you have to use your finger to apply & frankly, Carmex has zero sex appeal! Eos lip balm is perfect for use during the day to maintain happy lips. Thus eos lip balm gets an overall rating of 4 lippies from me.
I do purchase these again & again as I keep one in each of my favorite handbags & in my desk drawer at work. I think these little spheres are genius!

My first dissapointment with this product came when I opened up my balm and the little sphere broke right in half! This left me with two halves flush with the plastic so that I had to apply with my finger. I'm not sure why this happened, I opened it right after buying so its not like it sat in a hot car or anything. Later I tried to dig out the top half and reassemble it. Didn't work. Then I took a tip from another reviewer and heated it for a few seconds in microwave and stuck it in fridge. I now have a mishapen ugly mound of product and the heat slightly discolored the the plastic. Moving on...
My second complaint is the smell. Summerfruit sounded like a nice juicy flavor. Instead it actually smells like synthetic peach and past- its- prime passion fruit and yes, these ingredients combine to an odor slightly reminiscent of cat pee. It reminds me a bit of the garnier fruit fructise scent which I also personally dislike. I like that this product is organic but I didn't expect something organic to smell so fake.
As for the moisturizing capabilities of the product, I did not find it to be drying or irritating as some reviewers did. It is not extremely moisturizing but it does seem to be helping protect against chapped lips. Its a thick waxy texture so I think it is decent at acting as a barrier. It sits on my lips and doesn't really sink in so I don't think it is going to do much to moisturize them but it protects against weather and traps what moisture I do have in. It actually is somewhat matte and gives my lips no shine so I wouldn't wear it any time I really want to look pretty with full shiny lips. Its so thick that I don't think it would work very well under lip color though I have not tried that yet. The taste is even worse than the scent. It has a bitter quality to it.
The shape of the packaging is something I still would like if mine had not been defective. I'm always losing my lip balms and having to dig around in my bag for them and this one is easy to find and keep track of. The color and shape really appealed to me. I may at some point in the future try one of these out in a different flavor but will not repurchase summer fruit! Too bad, because the coral color really is the prettiest package in my opinion. The pastel ones remind me of some kind of femine hygiene package and I don't want to buy the bright yellow lemon one because I'm not a fan of lemon. EDIT This product makes a really nice cuticle and nail cream! Will purchase another scent for lips and use this one for nails
