Staying power is zilch, and it looks like something is on the skin. I have it in medium, and it is orange on me.Takes a lot of blending, and it doesn't want to smooth out. I wanted to like Erase Paste, because I love anything from Benefit, but this is not something I'd re-buy. It takes a lot of rubbing to get it to blend, and I try to avoid being rough with my face, especially around the eyes.

Erase Paste is good, but probably not for everyone.
It does brighten under my eyes because it has a brightening formula. Ive tried other brightening formulas in the past and have been horrified that they drew attention TO my dark circles instead of covering. But this product conceals well.
Dont be put off by the product consistency, which is quite heavy and oily. The skin under your eyes is generally drier and can hold onto the concealer.
I would say to older skins to steer clear of this. The product works for me because although i have dark circles, my skin is still young and firm so i have a tight canvas to work on. I fear that this concealer would simply sit in the creases of a mature skin and make things look worse.
But for me I am happy to dab this on, dust on some powder..and off I go!

I love this! I am only so my skin is still quite soft, slightly oily around my T zone and the odd small blemishes, and most products work on my skin. It is quite creamy and when you touch it on your skin it feels slightly greasy, so I put paler powder on top of it. I only use it under my eyes because it came with the 'Confessions of a Concealaholic' set in the 2nd shade which is medium, but I have fair skin, so light would have worked better. It doesn't work very well all over your face though. It does seem to have a slight orange tinge to it but it looks fine with powder over it. It definitely covers up redness on blemishes but boi-ing is better for that. As I don't really have fine lines, it is good for me. However, I wouldn't reccomend it to people with oily skin, as it would just make it look worse because of it's shiny finish, but it is an excellent product. I will probably buy it again, but in the lighter shade.

I did not enjoy this product.
All of my concealers crease and settle into my fine lines under my eyes so I will not count that against it but I have the following issues with this product:
1. The pink color does not work well with my olive skin tone, makes me look sick.
2. It brightens my under eye a bit when I first apply but in order to prevent it from creasing horribly I have to blend it out and it does not provide good coverage when I do that.
3. It does not blend easily and has a very shiny tacky finish.
I can say this product is just ok.. nothing over the top, over priced, however, this will last you a long time. I definately will be trying Bobbi Browns corrector when I am done with this. I feel the need to use it up for it was so expensive and it is not bad, it is just not great or a holy grail that I will repurchase.
I was hoping that this would be a miracle product, but so far it's not really that great. I got the lightest shade, but it's still a bit dark for me. (I'm really pale.) It covers my dark circles somewhat, but only about 80%. For $26, I was hoping for 100% coverage. I don't feel like I was ripped off, but it's not a life-changing HG product for me.
I struggled a bit with this product at first, but I think thats because I didnt know how to use it properly. The little booklet that comes with it does have some really good tips, but I think trial and error worked out best for me!
First of all, the consistency is really good... although I do find if I'm not concentrating and apply too much to the undereyes it does tend to crease up in a matter of minutes., thats only because I've put too much to start with. It's tacky and thick, and when used VERY sparingly it works a dream.
The colour match was really good, I use the lightest one, and with blending I can get my really dark eye-bags looking more like I've had a good nights sleep.
However, I find it's use on my spots and discolouration from scars the best thing. I apply with a brush, starting with the tiniest amount and build up from there, eventually tapping over it with my finger to blend it completely in. I havent found a concealer so far that can cover up the redness that my foundation cant fix without looking fake-y and claggy which is brilliant.
One more thing, the pot (even though it's quite pricey) does last for absolutely ages, I've had mine for a year now after using nearly every day and there's still over half left. It doesn't break me out, even though I've had it for so long.
Always going to repurchase (:
I am up and down with this product, but I feel as though I have finally found a way to make it work for me! Here are some of the points that stick out, in terms of my personal experience:
~ I have found that the thick and tacky consistency is a plus - it lasts well under my eyes (particularly following eye moisturizer & primer steps). I use it very sparingly (honestly, the tiniest amount), dipping my finger into the pot and picking up a drop of product (it's nice that they include a spatula but I find it a bit unnecessary, to be honest - I always use a freshly cleaned finger). I then hold my finger down in the corner of my eye where my circles are most pronounced, which warms the product up, making it more workable and blendable. Then, I dot my finger down, never pulling, working the product down into my circles. I find that this ensures that the most product stays in the corner of my eyes, where I need more brightening, and the product gradually thins out into my circles. This keeps the product from creasing or caking terribly.
~ I use the lightest shade (Fair), which is probably a bit too light for me (it was given to me as a gift and I didn't bother exchanging it for the Medium) but it's still pretty close to my colouring (NC20-25).
~ I actually do find that this conceals my circles fairly effectively - nothing I've ever tried has disappeared them altogether but this does a pretty good job. My eyes certainly seem more bright when I use this.
~ I only use this for under my eyes (nothing beats Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage for the rest of my face!).
~ The longevity is not quite as good as Laura Mercier Secret Concealer (the other one I use under my eyes) but it does last longer than Bobbi Brown's concealer and creases much less.
Overall, this is not HG but it's still pretty good. In terms of concealer, I have found that Laura Mercier has the market cornered (just one girl's opinion!) but this is a nice back-up to have on hand. continued >>
