I love this product. Why so expensive?

My mom suggested I use this makeup remover whenever I started using makeup. She always used it and we both agree that it is the best! I've never used any other makeup remover so I can't compare, but I have no reason to even try another one. Sure, it's more expensive, but you don't need to use that much to get the makeup off. Just a few swipes and it's off. Plus, she has gotten it free with other lancome purchases. I definitely recommend.

I swear you could pour this directly into your eyes with no adverse reactions. It's gentle, has very little fragrance and is the most effective eye makeup remover I've ever used. It's expensive, but you need such a small amount to remove makeup that it is definitely worth it.

I frequently receive this stuff in Lancome GWPs. It works much better than the average eye-makeup remover when it comes to removing my super hardcore waterproof eyemakeup, and for a long time, it was my remover of choice. However, I've found that Clinique's Take the Day Off remover does a better job - much less tugging. Because Clinique's product is a few bucks less and works a little better, I'll probably never pay money for the Bi-facil, but it's still a good product and does what it claims to do.

wow one wipe and everything is gone (my eyeliner gel has always been a hassel to remove). very clean. love it

It is amazing! It removes event the most stubborn mascara and eye liner while being very gentle with my eyes. No redness no burning sensation. It is very pricey and could do with better packaging, thus the 4 lippies.

This product worked very well for me, there was no tugging on my eyes, no stinging, nothing, the makeup came off almost instantly. It smelt nice, which is always good. The only thing is, it felt slightly oily, though it is supposed to be a non-oily product. It wasn't very oily but the feel of it was a little strange. Overall this is a great eye makeup remover!

This product is very oily, it feels like I'm cleaning my eyes with oil. It's very effective in removing eye make up! The opening is a little too big and it dispenses more than I need.

best makeup remover ever! the best part is, it is in almost all of the GWP and PWP that lancome offers! I've had one with a faulty lid, so packaging gets a 4, but i really have zero complaints! it is awesome!

I've always received this as part of my free gift when making Lancome purchases and it's really good. It does exactly what it's suppose to do.

However, I don't see the difference between this and baby oil or any oil for that matter; olive oil, coconut oil, etc. It's pricey and doesn't do anything out of the ordinary.

I wouldn't necessarily buy this product again, but I would love to receive it as a free gift with another purchase. Otherwise, I wouldn't spend any money on this. I'd rather use cheap, reliable baby oil.
